Before you walk into Blackout it looks as if it is going to fall down. It has places where you can see threw the wood, and see some bricks. Giving the effect that the buildings old, and raggedy. But once you enter Blackout everything changes. the dark blue walls give the whole building a dark look. Small candles are placed around giving a dim light to the restaurant. There are small black and silver tables scattered among the floor. If you look up you see a again, old looking candle chandelier. If you walk to the back of Blackout you will see a small staircase. Traveling up wards you see the large open floor. There are black, and midnight blue cushions on the floor, with black low tables, again dimly lit by few candles.
