After a lifetime of hurt, AnaLeigh Natlick had learned to trust no one and keep everyone out. Of course, she had friends and a life, but nothing that really meant anything. In a matter of months she would be leaving Hogwarts and eventually the people that used to mean everything to her would be just blurs and faint memories that wouldn’t matter. Of course, there were exceptions to everything.
Ana had met Robin Ayers in her second year. They weren’t close immediately, but over time they grew closer. Robin was a shoulder to cry on and Ana would always choose her over those other girls she hung out with. Out of everybody Ana had met at Hogwarts, Robin was one of the few that meant more to Ana than a party friend, or another face she saw in the corridors. When Ana left home at fourteen to get away from those awful people she was guarded, antisocial, and had never felt more alone she turned to her best friend and Robin never turned her away. As silly as it might seem, up until recently Robin was the only person she trusted. In so many ways, her other half.
The thought of all the stupid things they had done together made Ana smile as she wandered the empty halls as she so often did. It was funny, Ana had wished so many times to leave Hogwarts and now that she was about to it made her sad. Just the thought of leaving made her tear up. Being an adult was such a scary thing and she wasn’t entirely sure she could handle it all on her own. Hopefully, she would leave behind a legacy, and after all the good times that she had, every future generation would want to dominate like Ana had. She would be leaving behind quite a roll to fill. Smirking, she knew that nobody would ever be just like her. One of a kind, ‘a real pain’ as a teacher once said.
This ending was bittersweet, as so many are; a whole world to explore, but no comfort or security. And as it seemed in Ana’s case, you don’t always get what you want, but you will always get what need.
NOTES?!:It rambles, and it's short. Do not be mad at me?<3
MUSE?!:You can't always get what you want, glee cast. And our own conversations xD
WORDS?!:374 :l
TAGS?! Robin.
OUTFIT?!:Coming soon. i think.
