It was a peaceful thing, and he liked it better when he was caught up with his work and not procrastinating like some of his students did. However, ever since Hogwarts' had been in lock down, things had changed a bit. Teachers and prefects were often scourging the halls ready to stop any trouble that might be taking place. The threats issued to the students and the school in general weren't something taken lightly. So, instead, he has his Saturday morning to patrol the Owlery, which was completely off limits; because sending and receiving owls were completely prohibited. Once he had showered and dressed, Theo walked through his office, which was now very much disorganized. He wasn't usually such a messy liver, however, the disruptions and the threats were something he worried about much more than a organized office.
Once he had finished, Theo exiting his office, locking it behind him, and continued down the fifth floor hallway, and towards the Grand Staircase. The walk down stairs was somewhat slow, because hardly anyone was about. Shaking his head slightly, Theo focused his attention on reaching the Owlery and doing his, now, routine check around it. The chilly morning air hit him, as he stepped outside, his destination in view. Theo ran his soft brown eyes across the grounds and found it depressing that on a Saturday morning not many students were outside. The threats must've been keeping them inside the castle and in their common rooms. They were probably the safest places to be at the moment. In no time, he had reached the Owlery, having climbed all of it's steps, and now stood at the entrance, the many owls perched upon their respective places. A small smile grew on his lips. He loved the world he lived in. Theo couldn't imagine what a muggle's life would be like.

In her lifetime she had played many roles, ones that she had played and because of that she became who she is today. Whether it was the good girl or the naughty girl she had a way with words and feminine wilds. It was apparent that her mother had always been a bit of a player in her younger days before she had met her father. The story was told that they had fallen in love and gotten married. But it was obvious that they had married because it was the right thing to do. Because they were both from pureblooded families and it was required that they should marry. In this blondes mind that was exactly why they had gotten married. To make their parents, her grandparents pleased because that’s what all of them did. They did things to make their parents happy, but not this one. No she did things on her own whim. Whatever made her happy is what she did. Whether her parents or her grandparents were disappointed in her she couldn’t give a damn. Their lives were short enough as it was so they might as well make themselves happy first.
Smoothing out her cotton black and grey dress as she stood up, she looked into the mirror. The two cerulean blue eyes pierced her back as she examined herself. The colour she had chosen as a tank only accented her tanned skin and bright eyes. It also showed off her toned arms and body. To finish off her look was a pair of black tights. Working out and tanning had done her well over the summer. The blonde shook her head as she walked away from the mirror. Slipping on a pair of black kitten heels she headed out of her room.
Letting her feet go where they wanted, she didn’t know where she was going as of yet. Since being back from Christmas break and the school being in lockdown, she hadn’t explored much. Alexandra sighed as she walked to the owlery to find her owl Patron. Original, oh yes she knew that but she didn’t care. Alex was well informed that the owlery had been out of bonds, but rules where meant to be broken, right? Unfortunatly there was many steps involved in order to see all the glory that the owlery had to offer. But in Miss Zabini’s mind it was more than worth it. She needed the time to get her thoughts straight, to be alone. Making her way up the many stairs she smiled softly to herself. It was fitting that her first outing be to her favourite place at all of Hogwarts. It took her a good fifteen minutes before her efforts were rewarded. Finishing the last two steps, victory was hers. A victorious smile washed over her. As quick as it appeared, it vanished due to the appearance of a particular professor. Place a hand on the railing she lifted herself up so she could sit upon the railing. Pushing her back against the stone wall she lifted one leg up. As one leg rested on the railing, the other dangled over nothing. It had never bothered her that she could simply just fall into nothing, obviously the fall would kill her. But since a young age the girl had no fear. Simply she silently gazed at the professor.

They were all incredible beings, in his mind. But even the owls couldn't keep his mind off the dangers that existed outside of Hogwarts, or the reason why he was at the Owlery in the first place. Things couldn't just stop at Voldemort. They had to continue with his right-hand woman. And having heard many not-so-pleasant stories about Bellatrix Lestrange, the magical and the muggle world were both in very deep trouble. Hogwarts was the only safe place left, or so everyone thought it that way. Theo considered himself lucky to be a professor at the school. He was one of the youngest, and he didn't take his acceptance as a professor lightly. He worked just as hard as the other professors and treated everyone fairly. Never favoring the Gryffindors, just because he use to be one, Theo wasn't a biased teacher.
As he made his way towards the entrance of the Owlery, intent on leaving it, now that he had made sure that no student was about, Theo was stopped in tracks, as his eyes fell upon one of his Slytherin students, Alexandra Zabini. He knew that name, because she hadn't turned in one of her assignments and he had meant to speak to her about it; and she wasn't really suppose to be around the Owlery. Letting a small professor-like smile take his features, Theo careful approached the known to be rather tough Slytherin girl, "Miss Zabini," he started, "is there a particular reason that you're out by the Owlery? You know it's off limits." He began, obviously reluctant to discuss this, "And while we're on the subject of you, I noticed you haven't turned in an assignment in my class."
