It was late at night, and the dark prince was sitting on a roof accross the street from his greatest enemies home. The man who had killed his father. True as it were he had gotten vengence in excess by twisting his enemies youngest childs mind and making her a murderer. If that weren't enough he made her a death eater, and anounced to just that morning he had it anounced to the world in the daily prophet what she was.
He had also made an attempt on the lives of many of his family members. He had recently raped the mans daughter in law. Surely this man would not be happy to see him. It would be an amusing encounter just to see how the man would react to finaly meeting the man who was tearing apart his life. Though he planned to keep things peaceful he was unsure of whether it would work. Could his enemy remain calm?
It was doubtfull. Even though the dark prince planned to remain peacefull he would be unable to resist taunting his enemy. His eyes were locked on the house accross from him. He could sense all of it's protection, and he was working feverently to break it. The dark prince was very skilled at breaking through even the strongest barriers, but it still took time to do so. He could feel it weakening.
The protections became weaker, and weaker until they broke with a loud pop. Once they were gone the dark prince disappeared in a cloud of grey smoke, and shot off towards the house The smoke went down the chimney into the house. It went directly into the room where it sensed his enemy. A large room with many books, and a desk what appeared to be a study. His enemy sitting behind the desk.
The smoke cleared to reveal a man wearing deatheater robes. The mans hair was jet black, and wild. His eyes burned a bright red seemingly giving off their own sinister light. A cruel smile crossed his face as he looked at the man called the chosen one. At last he got to meet the person he hated more than anyone. "Hello Potter. I would introduce myself, but I have a sneaky suspicion you already know who I am."

Clutching the Daily Prophet in his hands, Harry starred down at the ashamed face of his daughter on the front page. Above her picture in big, bold flashing letters the words, POTTER A DEATH EATER!, rang out. His stomach churned as he watched the ashamed picture of his daughter look at him, her eyes looking up and down him rapidly, then around the room. A solid tear slipped from his eye and down his cheek before he wadded the newspaper up and threw it into the fire. This was no doubt the working of either Jack or Bellatrix.
He stared at the fire for a brief moment, his eyes locking with the flames as he went into a moment of peace, the only peace he had felt in almost two whole weeks. Things were going down hill, and fast. Jack had corrupted his daughter, turned her into a Death Eater, Bellatrix was after her, and now everyone was bound to know who she really was. That would probably set Bellatrix off and kill her finally. He turned away from the fire and headed for his desk, sitting down behind it. He took his wand out, and started tracing little doodles in the once perfect wood. Nothing was perfect though, the house was a mes. The willow tree was finally starting to deteriorate from where he had burned it in anger. And now, his scar was prickling.
Harry sat up, wand in hand as he heard the loud pop, the protections being lifted and he knew someone was here. Soon enough, thick black smoke poured from the mouth of the fireplace, forming its self into the shape of a man. Once the smoke cleared he knew the face immediately. "Hello Potter. I would introduce myself, but I have a sneaky suspicion you already know who I am." it said. Potter nodded softly. "Jack Lestrange. Unless it's Bellatrix with another polyjuice potion again?" he said, smiling rather calmly and chuckling. He had grown up since his days at Hogwarts, dealt with alot of enemies. One thing he learned was to remain calm. "Would you like a drink?" Harry asked, pulling out a bottle of whiskey and two glasses from his desk and sitting them on top. He flicked his wand, causing a chair to slide over in front of the desk. "Please sit at least."

Jack smirked at the man who was suppose to be his enemy. This was very calm for a person facing the man who had been tearing apart his family. The dark prince was not going to argue it. He took the seat that was offered to him. "No need to use my cover name here. It is Jack Lestrange Riddle. The one and only dark prince." His smile was very smug showing off how confident he was.
He accepted the drink with a polite nodd. This was all to kind and formal for a meeting with the most twisted man alive. How Jack was playing it so was not something anyone would really be able to understand. When you put on a show for as many years as he had it becomes all to easy to do it even when you don't mean to. This could only last so long as his menacing smile made very clear.
"Potter I would apologize for what I have done with your daughter except I am not sorry at all. You should be happy that you only had to pay such a small price in retribution for killing my father. As for the deal with the rest of your family it has nothing to do with you. Your niece brought it upon herself. I protected her from your daughter saving her life many times, and then she practically spit in my face."
His eyes turned towards nothing glaring off into space as if staring down a disgusting foe. "Your niece will pay for her betrayel, but not to worry I do not intend to inflict any real harm on the girl, or even anyone she cares about. I only intend to scare her a little bit, just to get my point accross so that she doesn't make the mistake of doing anything to upset me ever again. Hell I kept her from Azkaban just a few days ago."
He then held up his hand, and he shook his head. "This is not why I am here though. I am here to make a deal with you. I do not work for my mother nor do I have the same ideals as her. I follow my own agenda, and if you give me what I want no harm will come to your family from me again, and I will even help the ministry to bring down my mother. I am the best chance at stopping her, and you know it."

"No need to use my cover name here. It is Jack Lestrange Riddle. The one and only dark prince." Jack told him, Harry seeing the little smug smile he was showing. It took Harry every ounce of might not to just jump over the desk and ram him into the floor. Growing up with muggles, he learned how to fight from his cousin Dudley, though he rarely one due to the size difference.
Jack gave a nod for the drink and Harry started to pour, filling both the crystal glasses a quarter of the way full. He sat down around the time Jack did and then slid his glass over to him from across the desk.
Harry gave a slight nod at this, then spoke up in turn. "Well I'd spit in your face too, but thats just me." He said, giving a very sarcastic chuckle. Things were getting a little too formal and he didn't like it one bit. He raised the glass of whiskey to his lips and took a little swallow of it as he listend to Jack speak once again. "Your niece will pay for her betrayel, but not to worry I do not intend to inflict any real harm on the girl, or even anyone she cares about. I only intend to scare her a little bit, just to get my point accross so that she doesn't make the mistake of doing anything to upset me ever again. Hell I kept her from Azkaban just a few days ago." Jack was now looking off, and Harry sat his glass down.
"I do thank you for keeping her out of Azkaban, though at the same time I'm not thankful at all." He said, mimicking Jack. "In fact, I find it rather funny that you are even here in my opinion, but please continue." Harry gave him a rather smart-ass look and leaned back in his chair, his hand slowly creeping down his pants leg to his pocket, gripping tightly the wand that had face Jack's so called father years before.
He chuckled a bit sarcastically as Jack held up his hand and shook his head.
He couldn't help but laugh at this. "I'm sorry, but you want to bring your own mother down?" Harry blinked a bit. "And just for your information, you're not the best chance at stopping her, and there is even someone who can stop you." He looked around for a moment then took another swig from his glass. "But, ignore those things for a moment and tell me what your deal is?"

Jack rolled his eyes at the man before him. He was obviously not fully grasping what was going on. "First of all Potter my parents betrayed me by trying to use me against you when I was seventeen. Had I done what they wanted me to things would have turned out very differently."
Jack then pulled out a badge from his inside pocket, and he put it on the desk in front of potter. The badge read U.S. senate of sorcery secret forces. "You don't have anyone that can best me. I am the senates top agent. I have gotten ever other magical government to cave into our demands."
He took a drink from his glass emptying it. he then placed the cup on the desk."I am here on a mission. My government would preffer for the matter to be resolved peacefully, but I am no required to do so. My government, as well as all other magical governments will be backing my mother if you refuse. Also she will be made the U.S. embassador to england. Giving her diplomatic immunity here. Now it's your choice what happens from here."

Harry sat perfectly still in the chair, his hand still wrapped tight around the wand that aid in his pants pocket, his other on the glass of whiskey that was in clear sight on the table. The man's voice cut through the air as he gave an eye roll towards Harry. Seemed Mr. Potter might have stuck a nerve? Or maybe just annoyed him a bit. Either way, it felt good. He was shocked by what Jack said. Bellatrix tried to use him when he was Seventeen? Harry wasn't shocked by the mother's plan, but shocked cause Jack didn't go through with it. "May I ask why you didn't go through with whatever it was?" He was polite now, seeing that Jack might be able to provide some information within himself.
Harry couldn't help but chuckle and what Jack said next, while taking out a badge and showing it to Harry on the desk. His green eyes flickered down and read the badge and his head shook a bit. "You're just like your Father. Thinking you got all your exits covered when you've forgotten about the trap door beneath your feet. But of course that's not the point now." He stated sitting up in his seat a bit.
Jack emptied his glass and Harry grabbed the bottle, refilling it to the halfway point once again as he spoke. He screwed the top back on and listened closely. So he was working for the U.S? Hmm. "Well, I can't have your mother getting immunities here no can I? It wouldn't work out for neither me nor you. So you've got me at a check." He said nodding a bit as his fingers picked at themselves a bit. "What's your plan of action?"

A grin spread accross Jacks face. "I know everyone that my mother has, and where she has them. I have insiders everywhere, and I control the publics views. I own the daily prophet, and I own the banks. I also know where my mother stays. We could take them out in one night with enough people."
Jack took the glass that had just been refilled, and he downed it again. "These are the demands of my government. My personal demands is that I want a book that is locked away in the ministry. It is the only remaining copy of The Darkest witchcraft and sorcery. For this book I will take the unbreakable vowe not to harm any one in your family but to do my best to protect them, and not even I can break an unbreakable vowe."
Jack sat back in his chair, and looked directly at the man who had killed his father."You see Potter I am not what everyone expects me to be. All I want is to be respected, and left alone. Unlike my parents I do use my brain, and I make sure that I cover all of my bases before I do anything. If you think that I have not seen to it that I am fully protected while I am here you are sorely mistaken. One of my pets sits right outside waiting to be called just in case. I don't take risks Mr. Potter I am a very calculating person."
