don't think too hard if you think it hurts that bad DON'T TALK ABOUT IT DON'T LET IT GET YOU DOWN
The days got cold and the nights got even colder as time went on leaving Connor to try to pick up all of lilys pieces. It was never easy when you had Lily Potter to deal with. If you turned your back for a second she was almost always up to something. But things had begun to settle down. The dark lady herself had left him with lily, and although he was a little stuck babysitting potter most of the time, he still had the odd occasions he could actually go be his death eater self. Even lily had begun strangly more loyal than she used to be. Perhaps it was because of his influences on her, not that con encouraged her to do anything. He just made sure she stayed behind closed doors. Being in the ministry helped a lot. He got the full view of the page. Plus there was Chris in school who would tell him what was going on. Everything had changed now that everyone knew lily was dead. She was all over the newspapers (and although connor didn't like jack lestrange, he still read what was going on) it was practically his job to make sure lily stayed dead.
Connor hadn't protested against bellatrix, he just agreed. He and lily had a past, but they got along. Even if she was a hormonal pregnant fifteen year old. Connor took a deep breath as he apparated he and lily off from his appartment in london and ended up at the end of the path of the shack. Who knew why Lily wanted out of the world for a little while. He found it much easier to stay at home infront of the tv. they moved down that path from the street and off the beaten path to the shack. Apparently that was where they were staying for a few hours or so (or at least the least amount of hours he could squeeze out of lily,) maybe she would get bored within the first hour. With hope at least.
He pulled out a bottle of fire whiskey and opened it; he tilted it up and poured the burning liquid down his throat. Who ever said alcohol was bad was dearly wrong. "you know lily, you can get into trouble if someone catches you like that. it would hav been better if you brought a polyjuice potion or something" he muttered nonchalantly, whilst pushing the door open. "We cant stay for long. Ive got things to do tonight" he added entering after her and making himself comfortable.

IF WE RUN THIS LIGHT TAKE A LITTLE LIFEno one will care at allw e c a n b u r n i t a n d l e a v eFOR WE ARE THE BEAUTIFUL THEIVESa n d n o o n e s u s p e c t s a t a l lLily had to admit, Bellatrix was right. Being in hiding was long and boring, especially when you were young and eager. Well there wasn't much to be eager about anymore. Especially when you play dead. You cant exactly walk around as yourself, Bellatrix had made sure she could go out. Lily had to admit, this time around Bellatrix had treated her well, especially now that her and Lily were on the same page about jack. If anything Bellatrix looked like an angel compared to Jack Lestrange, and Lily felt safer behind her walls. The walls that no one but death eaters could enter. However even then Lily had to patially hide depending on who it was. Sure all your problems went away when you were dead, but sometimes you just wanted that little extra to come along and spice up your dead life. Lily was eager to get out, to stretch her legs looking like herself, but that was almost impossible with the current state of the world.
She hadn't changed all that much really, although she did have a bigger bump, she was nearing her sixth month, and it was deffinatly scary. Even when she went under a polyjuice potion the bump was still there. It was even harder to hide away and really lily had given up trying. To everyone else she was some adult witch that went about her daily buisness. Just some girl her and bellatrix had kidnapped and kept in the basement. Sometimes you needed to be cruel to gain what you wanted, and besides the girl didnt really have all that much going for her considering she was just another muggle. Once again she felt the familiar squeeze of being forced through a hole, and yes it made her feel rather sick. It was only recently that it been having that affect on her. She soon found her feet and then dusted of the thick black cloak she was wearing to protect her from the cold. The majority of death eaters wore one, she decided to join the clique.
She rolled her eyes as connor pulled out his fire whiskey, she had to bite her tongue to refrain from saying some sarcastic comment, something she had become rather acustomed too, if anything she was picking up small habits of bellatrix's. Maybe thats the toll you paid living with one of the craziest witches in history. She almost reached the door before connor decided to speak up. She peered at him from under the dark hood. "well some people don't exactly enjoy appearing around like some muggle" she muttered back, following him into the shack. Why the shack? Because at this time of night it was generally deserted. She pulled out her wand, "incendio" and the fire lit up She could feel the heat almost instantly. "i didn't exactly invite you, i don't need to be baby sat you know." she replied pulling her hood down and collapsing onto the sofa.
