Rose mounted her broom, her mind completely focused on this match. This had been what she wanted, a quidditch game to keep her mind off thinds for a while. It felt great not to think of her sister or John, or anything else. Just one little golden ball. The little golden ball. Rose flew into the air at top speed and looked left and right looking for the glint of gold. She saw her opponent, Tempest Raven, the slytherin seeker, getting very close to what Rose wanted. No. She couldn't have that. Rose sped towards them and came up right next to the other girl and made a grab for the snitch.

Both girls were neck and neck in the race for the golden snitch. The game could go to anyone at this point. Sadly though, Rose Knight's attempts to catch the snitch were failed as Tempest Raven clasped her hands around the snitch, gaining Slytherin 150 points.
