 Almost Easy[/b][/i][/font][/size][/center] Braeden sighed deeply as he finally made it into the owlery. He would have rather never set foot in this blasted castle again, but a friend had sent him on a mission. Ever since the lockdown, no owls had been permitted in or out of the school, which meant that his friend had not been able to reach their cousin. That was why he was here. To find Torrance and check up on her, make sure she was ok.
He would have rather stabbed himself through the heart with a stake. Last memory he had of her, she was an annoying little brat who always followed him around like a lost puppy. People would say that should flatter him, that she wanted to be like him. It just annoyed the shit out of him. The last thing he needed in the midst of his busy quidditch schedule, death eater meetings, and feeding times, was an annoying little girl following him around.
Despite all his reservations, though, he had come. Mainly because it was a favor for a close friend, something that wasn't common for Braeden. He would do anything for his friends, and that was ultimately the factor in his arrival here today. Now, all he had to do was find the little bitch and get this over with. Tags: [/color] Tina! Torrance was in her room, again thinking about the same thing that`s been going on inside her head since she was like a little girl. She was thinking about Braeden, the one guy she always had had a crush on. She smiled a bit, it made her go crazy. She couldn`t sleep tonight so she decided that she would lay awake till she started to feel just a little bit tired. As the time passed by she still wasn`t tired. This wasn`t the first time she had had nights like these.
Sometimes Torrance was wondering about what Braeden was thinking about her, did he have the same feelings about her,or maybe he just couldn`t stand her. A lot of thoughts like that started to appear in Torrance`s mind. All she wanted was to be noticed by him. Maybe she was trying too hard,or maybe not hard enough. Maybe she wasn`t sexy enough for him. "Stupid thoughts..please go away" she said to herself.
She sat up in the bed and looked around, the other students were asleep now. It was just her that was awake. Torrance grabbed a book and her wand and decided to leave the room. She needed to go somewhere she could be alone. Maybe that would make her more tired.

Almost Easy [/b][/i][/font][/size][/center] Braeden sighed and ran a hand through his hair, wondering where on earth to start looking for the girl. It was obvious that standing around in the owlery, hoping that she would stumble in here in the middle of the night, was not going to work. The obvious start was the common rooms, but he couldn't very well go waltzing into every common room in the castle. He'd need to know the passwords, and looking inconspicuous was not something he could do. Braeden supposed even walking through the castle would be a no no. There had to be professors on patrol everywhere since the lockdown. No, this was the best he could do.
He began to walk around, looking at all the different owls as he tried to figure out what to do. The soft hooting of the owls was helping him think.....but not about the task at hand. Why had he even come to check up on this little girl. Chances are she'd just be annoying and try to follow him out of the castle or something. He definitely did not need that. As much as he couldn't stand her, he had an inkling of care about her well being. Besides, maybe she had changed. After all, he hadn't seen her since she was 11....that had to have been about 5 years ago.
Take these chains away that are holding me down [/color] It was a warm summer day, 5 years ago. Braeden was visiting a friend in the city and was about to go out for the night, when something stopped him. "Where are you going?" The voice asked, causing him to roll his eyes and sigh heavily. "None of your god damn business, squirt" He said, frustrated. It was none other than Torrance, his friend's annoying little sister who constantly followed him around. Braeden pushed past her and moved towards the door, about to leave her behind. "Can I come with you?" She asked, causing him to scoff once more. "Doll, you're 11. No." He said as he glanced back at her. He did feel a tad bit bad for treating her that way, simply because she was only 11, but that's how he was. "Please please please?? I'll be quiet, I promise. And what does it matter if I'm 11? I can have fun too!" She said, getting on his last nerve. "Later kid." He said as he shut the door behind him. [/center] They'll find you alone. [/color] Yeah, he definitely remembered her as the annoying little sister that he wanted nothing to do with. Braeden was suddenly snapped out of his thoughts as he heard a noise. Sure, it could have just been an owl. He was in the owlery after all. But his heightened senses told him it was something else. Something.....human. He stood there in silence for a moment before moving towards the doorway, leaning back against the wall so whoever or whatever it was wouldn't see him in the room at first. The element of suprise was something Braeden felt he was becoming very good at lately, and that was about to pay off right now. [/blockquote] Tags: [/color] Tina! Torrance managed to sneak out of the common room. She smirked a bit too. Torrance had turned out to be a sweet and caring girl,and this was pretty much the naughiest thing she had done so far. But right now she couldn`t care less about it since she was bored to death in the room. She held her book close to her chest and the wand hidden. She turned and looked around to see if anyone was following her or caught her walking. But she was lucky so far. Torrance decided to go to the owlery. It was quiet there and no one would bother her when she was there.
She approached closer to the door, she opened it and walked inside. It was quiet and the owles sat there and watched her as she entered. " Hey guys " she said and smiled at them. Torrance let out a soft sigh as she walked more into the room. She looked around herself. For some reason it felt like someone else was in there as well, but she couldn`t see anyone else in there. She just shrugged it off and took a seat on the floor, leaning against the wall.
She let her eyes wander around in the room before she opened the book she brought with her. She thought a little more about Braeden, it made her smile for a few seconds.

Almost Easy [/b][/i][/font][/size][/center] Braeden caught his breath in his throat as the girl entered the room. She looked familiar as he watched her stroll around the room before sitting down, but he couldn't quite pin it. He was about to ask who she was when it hit him. This was Torrance, the girl he remembered as annoying and bratty. Only now, she looked grown up. Mature, even. And she was damn hot, Braeden noticed as he looked her up and down. She was definitely not the little girl of 11 that he thought he would be encountering this evening.
"Hey Kid." [/color] Braeden said as he stepped out of the shadows and waved slightly. He allowed a small smirk to grace his lips as he strolled over in her direction. He wondered how she'd react to his presence. Would she be freaked out? Or would she be excited? God forbid if she acted how she did last time he saw her.....clingy was NOT Braeden's style. With any luck, she would have morphed into a girl just as sadistic and twisted as he was. But that was unlikely. He stopped just in front of her and stooped down to eye level so he could look into her eyes, which were a much prettier shade of blue than he recalled. "Long time no see. Before you ask any questions, I'm on a mission. I was sent by your cousin to make sure you're safe. He heard about the lockdown."[/color] Braeden said, getting right down to business. Despite how pretty she had become, he would like to finish this up as quickly as possible. Being back in this castle after so long was giving him the creeps.....especially because of his part in the death eaters. One wrong move and it was off to Azkaban. [/blockquote] Tags: [/color] Tina! Torrance read a few lines in the book. She really liked this book, she almost started to get focused when she heard a voice in the room. She got a bit startled and closed the book with a reflex. She looked around and then in front of her. She saw a guy stepping out from the dark. He looked pretty familiar. She blinked for a few seconds as she looked at him. Then she smiled when she saw who it was. " Braeden Sparks.." she said and smiled brighter at him. " Hello to you too " She also said and looked at him as he took a seat next to her on the floor.
She turned his way and couldn`t believe it that he was actually here, but then she heard the reason why he was here. " Oh did he now.." Torrance said and grinned. Her cousin had sent him to check up on her, that was really sweet and that he actually showed up surprised Torrance,but in a good way. " Yeah it`s been a good while since i saw you the last time Braeden " she said with a sweet and calm tone.
" How are you ?" she asked him. " I`m good ,even though its a lock down here.." she said and but the book on the floor. " It was nice of you to come here though" Torrance said and smiled brighter. She remembered how she used to follow Braeden around when she was around 11. She felt bad for being so annoying and bothering him so much with that.

Almost Easy [/b][/i][/font][/size][/center] Braeden smiled. It had been a while since he'd given off a genuine smile, and the gesture felt foreign to him. Like a cat swimming in a lake, a smile on Braeden's face didn't quite seem like it fit. It was a bit nice, however, even though he knew she would probably see his fangs and freak out. He hadn't had them the last time they had seen each other.
He listened to her rattle on in the fashion that teenage girls normally do. For some reason, however, it didn't bother him as it usually would have. Maybe it was because he had come to expect things such as that from her. Or maybe it was because he found her attractive enough not to care. Braeden wasn't sure which just yet. "Yeah, he did. Normally I wouldn't have even bothered, but he's a good friend to me. It was the least I could do." [/color] He nodded as he spoke, not caring if his words came off as harsh. She should be used to that by now from him. Braeden shrugged as she asked him how he was. "Good as a pro quidditch player can be. Busy lifestyle."[/color] He said, leaving out the other half of his career and smiling once more as he finally allowed his hazel eyes to settle on her blues once more. It was odd, staring into her eyes like this. His heightened intuity told him that she was thinking about something....maybe even regretting it. Torrance had to smile back at him. It was really good to see Braeden again after so many years. That little girl who used to follow him wasn`t there anymore, that girl had grown up now.Torrance found him to be even more handsome now. As he smiled she noticed that his canines were a bit longer. She chewed on her lips as she looked at them, the fangs.
"Well i am really glad that he sent you to check up on me " Torrance said and smiled some more and played a little with the locks of her hair. She checked him out some more, but not too much to make it awkward for them.
He was a pro quidditch player now, Torrance thought that was pretty awesome. " That`s awesome Braeden,i am really happy for you, and that you`re doing so good" she said and relaxed more as she leaned more against the wall,looking at him. Torrance looked into Braeden`s eyes. She had always loved his eyes and the color of his eyes, Hazel. It was the prettiest color ever she thought.
"So what else is up, got a sweetheart hidden somewhere from the rest of the world ?" Torrance asked him and gave him a gentle nudge.

Almost Easy [/b][/i][/font][/size][/center] He scoffed and rolled his eyes as she asked him if he had a sweetheart. He was the last person on the planet who would be in a relationship. "No. I'm most definitely single. I have a feeling that even if I did want a girlfriend, I wouldn't have time to be fair to her...." [/color] Braeden said as he leaned back against the wall comfortably, pulling his knees up to his chest. That was one thing his parents did right in raising him: teaching him to always be fair and kind to a woman. "What about you, Kid? Got a boyfriend?"[/color] He asked, nudging her shoulder in the same way she had done to him only moments before. Braeden smiled slightly as he glanced back at her, feeling her eyes checking him out. It was always nice knowing that someone found you attractive, and this time was no exception. He pondered her question, not sure if he should tell her what else was up in his life. No doubt she had noticed the change to his canines already, so he could probably tell her that. Anything else, however, he felt was better kept secret. "As for what else is up in my life.....well, there's a lot that I can't say. But I can tell you that I've been a vampire for a few years now...."[/color] He said, hoping that wouldn't scare her away. He was rather enjoying this time they were spending talking, even if she was just a 16 year old girl. Something about the woman she was now made Braeden want to learn more about her, and scaring her off definitely wasn't the way to go about it. [/blockquote] Tags: [/color] Tina! Torrance smiled when she heard his answer to her question, why he was single was something she couldn`t quite understand but in some other way she was glad that he didn`t have a sweetheart. She looked at him. " Okey..well that`s okey i guess, nothing wrong with being single.." Torrance said. Then he asked her the same question. " Uhm.. no i don`t have a boyfriend..haven`t found one yet" she said softly and smiled a bit.
Torrance was quiet for a few moments,just looking at Braeden and admiring his handsome looks. He was the one she wished would be her boyfriend, but she was sure she wouldn`t stand a chance with him. He wanted more mature women Torrance thought. But she didn`t want to worry about things like that right now, she was just glad that she got to hang out with him and talk with him again.
Braeden started to talk about what else that was up in his life. He told that he had been a vampire for the last few years. Torrance had a feeling about that because of his canines. " Wow..sounds interesting " she said and grinned. Now he got more interesting for her. Torrance thought it was pretty awesome actually, it didn`t scare her, it amused her. " I`m glad you told me that" she said.
" So do you snack on people or animals ?" she asked him and smiled.

Almost Easy [/b][/i][/font][/size][/center] Braeden considered her answer to his question. She, too, was single. That made him smile slightly. He wasn't sure why, but he was suddenly overcome with the urge to kiss her. He restrained himself, however, knowing that type of affection wouldn't be appropriate.
He couldn't help but laugh at her next question, inquiring wether he snacked on animals or people. He wasn't sure where kids these days were getting the idea that there were vampires out there that snacked on animals. Probably some stupid book or movie or something. The reality, as it usually is, was quite the opposite. "People. It's the only blood that will sustain a vampire. I don't know where you crazy kids got the idea about animals." [/color] Braeden says, a smile playing on his pierced lips as he stared directly into her cerulean blue eyes. Braeden felt that same feeling again, the one he had successfully suppressed earlier as he stared into her eyes. He lifted a hand to her cheek, gently stroking her smooth skin with his thumb as he scooted closer to her. He continued to rub his thumb across her cheek as he allowed his eyes to close slightly. Braeden leaned in closer, resting his forehead against hers and gently kissing her on the lips. He smiled slightly as he waited for her to react, realizing in that moment that he had been waiting for quite some time to be able to do that. [/blockquote] Tags: [/color] Tina! Torrance smiled warmly at Braeden. She couldn`t take her eyes off him at the moment,she just liked looking at him. He was so handsome now. Torrance felt the urge to kiss him,but she had to not act all desperate around him, she knew how much he disliked that when she was younger. Torrance could control her feelings, no problem there.
She had to laugh a little at his comment. Truth to be told, Torrance didn`t know why she even asked that question, but at least now she got a real answer for the question. They didn`t drink animal blood, just human. " Well..i didn`t know what to believe at first but now i know for sure that it`s only human blood that vampires snack on " Torrance said and grinned. She thought it was pretty cool, knowing more about vampires like this, about Braeden. They still held the eye contact. Torrance bit a little on her bottom lip as it kind of made her feel warmer and blush a little. No boy had ever looked at her the way Braeden did now.
Torrance let out a gentle sigh when Braeden rubbed her cheek softly with his thumb. It was a nice feeling . He even moved closer to her as well, that made Torrance smile. She liked it that he moved closer to her. Torrance rested her forehead against his as he did the same thing and then it happened, what Torrance had been waiting for for so long. He kissed her lips finally. Torrance didn`t hesitate and right away kissed him back, responding back on it.
Torrance deepened the kisses and cupped Braedens cheeks with her hands as they kissed. She pulled back a little. " I have waited for that to happen.." she whispered gently into his ear.

It had been some time since he had been on a date, and who better to go out with than Torrance? He knew now that he cared deeply for this girl, something that wasn't common for him. It felt foreign to feel the butterflies in his stomach, but he liked it.
"Great! I'll be sure to send you an owl letting you know when it will happen." [/color] He said, smiling as he laced his fingers through hers. It felt positively right, being here in this moment. He knew his time was limited, though. After all, he was a death eater. Braeden wouldn't be suprised if the headmaster already knew about his presence in the castle. The feeling of urgency in his guts sparked him back to reality. He had to get out of there before someone saw him. He looked at Torrance and smiled sweetly before kissing her once more and placing a hand on her cheek gently. "I have to go. If they catch me.....well....you know."[/color] He said, showing her the dark mark on his arm in explanation. He would be sent to azkaban if he was caught. After all, he was part of the reason the castle was on lockdown. "I'll see you soon, though, babygirl."[/color] Braeden said as he stood up and held his hand out to her, hoping she would take it and stand with him. [/blockquote] Tags: [/color] Tina! Torrance smiled after she had whispered into Braeden`s ear. She felt warmer and her heart was racing a little faster.she looked at him and couldn`t stop smiling now. She was glad that she could tell him how she felt. She hoped that he felt the same way about it. Torrance knew how she felt about him.
And when Braeden answered her, she smiled brighter as it was the answer she wanted to hear. Torrance got shivers down her spine when he whispered it back into her ear. She kissed Braeden back just as deep as he kissed her. She let out a soft moan when he bit her lips gently and ran his fingers through her hair. Torrance rested her forehead against his and couldn`t take her eyes away from his. He had the most beautiful eyes she had ever seen and looked into.
Torrance rubbed his sides gently and liked how it felt to be close to him like this. It made her feel safe with him. She smiled brighter and looked at him when he asked to take her out after the lockdown. Torrance gave him a new kiss and pulled back and nodded. " Yes you can " she said and felt really happy now. She took his hands in hers and squeezed them gently.
She looked more into his eyes and felt like the luckiest girl right now.
