Jo walk down the crowded hallways looking for the snake she found in the woods. It shouldn’t be hard to found since the fourteen year old girl put a spell to make it larger. She wasn’t sure if it was poisonous or not. She just hoped that she found the snake before someone else found it. She couldn’t be certain if the snake would swallow someone whole, either. All she wanted to do was to see how big its teeth were and see if she can get some of its poison to use it in a potion.

Jo was nothing like her big brother, Jake.Well she was cocky as him but that didn't count. She was independent, mischievous, and all ways looking for fun. She can remember all her stunts she pulled and almost all the time she ended up in a hospital bed. Her parents always told her that she will be the death of both them. She wasn't like her sister either.


She bended down and started to crawl. She hoped that nobody she knew saw her doing this. They will just think she lost it which she didn’t. “Where are you?” She said in a whisper. She could only imagine the trouble she will be in when the head master founds out she let a snake lose. The head master might call her parents and she will have to go home for a week.

“Crap.” She said as she got up. “Why can’t animals be good and listen to me.” She said annoyed.

Alex has just came back from the lake, he had to put away his sketchpad, and pencil. But on his way he had noticed that there was a snake there. He walked up to it slowly, he wasn't afraid of it. He was able to see that the snake was poisonous. He knelled down on front of the snake and smirked. He began to put the top of the snakes head gently, he was very careful so that the snake wouldn't bite him. He really wasn't in the mood to be bitten by an over grown poisonous snake. The Ravenclaw then began to wonder how did that snake get into Hogwarts, being courages he pick up the snake very slowly and carefully. It looked as tho the snake liked him. He watched as the snake wrapped itself around the 3rd years arm. He smirked as he kept his arm in a L shape, but his arm was facing side ways. He wasn't really afraid of it biting him, because since he was in a school full of wizards, he probably wouldn't die if the snake bit him. Alex wasn't sure where he should go, but up ahead of him was a huge crowd. He wasn't sure why so many students were there, and how didn't haven't noticed the snake until one of them shouted it that there was a snake on Alex's arm. The Ravenclaw totally ignored the little idiot that scream that out. After the crowed had heard it half of them had left the sixth floor.

Jo walk all the around trying to fun her snake. She really need the snake to do her little prank. "Where are you?" She said as went on the floor again.She couldn't get in trouble again since she already got in touble earlier in the day. She really needed to snake since she wanted to finish her potion. It was a potion to make her invisible for a day. She needed the potion to go in the Slytherin common rooms and pull this prank that she bought at that Joke store in Hogsemede. She had been planing and waiting for the perfect day to pull it and today was the day.

"Stupid snake." She said annoyed. She crawl on the grown looking for it. She really hope that no one she knew saw her like this. She hoped Asher, Blay, or Dougie didn't see her crawling on the floor. Though Asher and her did have a thing a couple of weeks ago but she stop everything because she didn't really like him that much.

Jo snap back into reality when she heard people screaming "Snake." She stood up and ran toward the sixth floor. She finally found the snake and some little kid was holding it. "Hi." She told the little boy. "Can i have my snake back?" She ask.

The snake that had been around Alex's arm began to stare him in eyes. When the Ravenclaw had looked into the snakes eyes, he had became very interested in it. Since he hasn't payed much attention to it after he had picked it up. The the young child was about to leave the building and put it out into the forbidden forest. But he had heard someone greet him, after he had turned around there was a girl, who was a bit taller then him. She was probably a fourth year. Using his special powers the Ravenclaw made himself the girls height. When he had heard the question, he stretched his arm out towards her. Alex then waited for her to take her snake. At first he wondered what she was going to do with it, but he didn't bother asking.

Jo took her snake from the boy. "Thanks I’ve been looking for it everywhere." She said with a smile. "I'm Jo by the way." She put her snake on the floor and the snake curled around her legs. "Stay there." She said. "so where did you find him? i just took my eyes off of it for one minute and it was gone." She was terrified when her snake left. She didn't want the snake to roam into the head master office or any of the professor class room. She just need to do one more thing and she will be sent home for a week. “you know I owe you big time.”

Alex he had said after the girl had introduced herself. The Ravenclaw watch as the girl put the snake on the ground, snakes fascinated Alex, they were one of his most favorite animals. When the female Hufflepuff began to talk again, Alex had listened. On the ground he had answered her, this girl looked like she loved to talk, there was no doubt about it. When she had said I owe you big time Alex didn't respond to that since he didn't really care. He didn't move after that, in case the girl had something else to say.

"Well its nice to met you Alex." She said smiling. "you can pet the snake you want to." She had this snake for a while and the snake was pretty much friendly. The snake haven't even tried to bite her and she actually bonded with it. "thanks goodness you found it because if a teacher found it. I would have been killed by my parents." She said laughing lightly.

She bend down and open her snake's mouth and put both of the viper in a vile to get some of the poison. She did this all the time so she knew what she was doing. After getting her poison she got out her wand. "How about we turn you back to your normal size?" She ask the snake. She did a reversal spell and the snake return its normal size. She pick it up.

Alex didn't say anything for the girls first two comments. After he had heard her third comment, he chuckled silently. He actually like this girl, and she was very pretty as well. The Ravenclaw tilted his head to the right, as he wondered what the girl was doing. She had basically put a poisonous snakes fangs into a small vial. Only after he had seen the poison, he realized what she was doing. He hoped that she knew how to do it, because Alex had heard that snakes get very mad when someone tries to extract there poison from them. And if that snake bit someone and the person would get treated immediately they would probably die.

Jo petted her snake. "There's my good snake." She said smiling at the snake. She needed to think of a name for her snake. She put her vile in her pocket and left it there. She was so excited for the prank she was going to pull on the Slytherins. It will be the highlight news of the school for the next few days. Her prank includes hair being colored different colors, robes getting a new dye job, and the common room having the other houses symbols on the walls.

"So what are you up too?" She ask as she put her snake on her shoulder and the snake slithering around her neck and resting its head on her shoulder. She was use of her snake and got over the fear of the snake being around her neck. "I haven't thought of a name for the snake yet. I need some help since the snake is a guy and I can’t think of any cool names. The only name I thought of was Snakey and Viper.” She said

The Ravenclaw had watched as the girl that introduced herself as Jo, pull the snake away from the vial. He was impressed, not everyone can do that without being bitten. Alex then watched as the she put the snake on her shoulder, and then slither over around her neck. The snake then closed it's eyes and dozed off. Now snakes are most dangerous when they have just woke up. They really hate when someone or something wakes them up, they would bite it straight away. He was hoping that, that exact snake wouldn't do that. He would hate to watch someone he had just met, pass out and probably die because of a snake. That would suck so much, he would hate to die like that.

Nothing he had answered the Hufflepuffs question. As everyone knew that he wasn't much of a talked, well everyone that had met him before. So he didn't give long answers, every time he had talked it would just be a few simple words. How about Saturn he had suggested. He wasn't sure where he got that name from, it just popped into his head. He hoped that she like that name, it was a pretty unique name for a snake. Alex then looked up back at Jo, since he was looking at the snake this whole time, which probably looked kinda creepy.

"Saturn? I like it." Jo moved the snake and put the snake up to her face. "Don't you like it Saturn?" She ask but the snake was still asleep. "i will ask him when he wakes up from his nap." She said joking. She put the snake back on her shoulder. She look around and found a bench. "hey lets go sit down. My legs are starting to hurt." She led the way toward the bench and sat down.

"So what year are you in?" She ask Alex. She was always curious and always asking question. She loved talking and making new friends. "I’m a fourth year, and i have two older siblings. Jake and Thess; both of them are Slytherins.” She said. “So what about you any siblings? Girlfriends?” She ask.

Alex was glad that Jo like the name, it was pretty cool even he had to admit it himself. He had smirked when he heard the Hufflepuff talking to the snake. After she had decided to tell the snake his name later, she had asked if he wanted to sit. He nodded to represent that he wanted to sit down. The Ravenclaw followed the girl to the bench, and sat down beside her. Man she really did like to talk, even tho he didn't like to talk much, he was a great listener. After the questions were fired at him, had just replied one of them with his voice. Third he had simply said. After the other two questions, all he did was shake his head, indicate that he didn't have any siblings, or a girlfriend.

"Cool. I finally now someone who's younger then me." She said smiling happily. She only knew people who where older then her by years. She need friend her own age or around her age. "well thats okay. I'm single too but thats not going to last long." She said with fire in her eyes. She will get Jayson. She always got what she wanted since she was the youngest out of three.

"well anyways. You're a ravenclaw right. Is it true...are yall really smart? She ask

When he had heard the girls first comment, he had shown a small smile. He was glad that he was a first for someone. After hearing her second comment, he looked over at her. So whos the lucky guy he had asked the Hufflepuff. After getting his answer he had heard yet another question, damn this girl really did talk a lot. Well most he had said, since he didn't consider it to be smart, when someone puts a mouse in your shirt while you sleep.

"Its a secret." She put her finger to her mouth and sssh. She was a strange girl but she didn't care. She was the only one in the family who like to be strange and do strange things. She could remember a time when she jump of her house roof to just to do it. Of course her mother had a fit knowing what she did and told her "She will bring the death to her with all her stunts she pulls." She was also in the hostipal wing at least every month for breaking something.

"Thats cool." She was never that smart but she wasn't dumb either.
