Lily didn't care anymore. She wanted out. She wanted a break. She wanted to be dead. She knew her father would have the ablity to rid her from the world now that she would be a confessed death eater. She could be dead now couldn't she. All she needed to do was push him far enough to throw the spell and then perhaps try a magic trick of disappearing. She seek out Bellatrix, hide at the Riddle home. Playing dead. How she hadn't thought of that in the first place she didn't know. And she knew if harry did it, the family would be in shreds. Half thinking he should have done it the other thinking he shouldn't. If he wanted to take her down, she'd drag the family down with her.
This wasn't lily anymore. There was no Lily Potter. Just a shell that had been left of her. And to the family? She would be dead. She could do anything in the world then. Perhaps become a muggle or something. One thing she knew was that she wouldn't be able to see chris. Chris crossed her mind and her heart was almost ripped out. He'd be crushed. But it was a neccesaty. She find someone to hide her. Cut of all contact. And everyone would believe that Harry Potter destroyed his own pregnant daughter. Ha the guilt would be amusing. He wouldn't have just killed his own flesh and blood, but his first granddaughter/son. Then there was Ginny who would surely have a breakdown. This would be the best magic trick Lily Potter would ever do. All that was left was for lily to push her father to his wits end.
She heard him speak. This was how she wanted it. There was no going back, the line she once crossed back to the good side was about to be recrossed. She couldn't trust them, and they couldn't trust her. She took a deep breath. Her master plan in mind. She needed to apparate. It would be relied on by luck. If there was luck for Lily then it would be here tonight. Part of her fell away. Part of her fell. The potter side had finally become weak, and death eater lily was coming back into gear. "Drop the auror shit. The ministry are pathetic. Letting the dark lady slip through their fingers. Ha, you all make me laugh." she replied. Soon enough the first actual curse to come from her fathers lips was thrown and lily rebounded it off into the nearest wall using her wand "You'll have to do better than that; harry potter." her words were still cold and cruel. AVDA KEDAVRA she said aiming straight back for her father.

"Drop the auror shit. The ministry are pathetic. Letting the dark lady slip through their fingers. Ha, you all make me laugh." Lily had told him and this was when he knew she was no more. The only thing left of the real Lily was the look of her, though he knew that it would soon grow paler and thiner as she meddled in the Dark Arts, just like Voldemort and Bellatrix had done. He couldn't believe it though. If Lily wasn't going to be Lily, then Harry wasn't going to be Harry, instead he'd do whatever it was to capture her, even if it meant killing.
Harry watched as the red jet of light shot from the tip of his wand. In a matter of moments it was rebounded off her wand and into a near-by wall. "You'll have to do better than that; harry potter." He smirked. Better? He could do more than better. He knew what was coming next and halfway into her curse he threw his wand up, now in anger, watching as the jet of green light was bounced back and above her head.
This made Harry mad, madder than he had ever been in his life. His daughter, well his once daughter, was trying to actually kill him. He lifted his wand up, as he shouted the words that would not only seal his fate with his heart, but with the rest of the world. "AVADA KEDAVRA!" Harry had only cast this spell once before, two years prior when he was fighting a known enemy of the state. He had won and killed him, but now it was going to be used to kill his own daughter. He watched as the green jet of light exploded from the end of his wand, but something else was there, something that he knew must have been the last of his heart. A blue jet followed closed behind, racing though in front of the green. There was aloud crack, then an explosion, and Harry toppled over, bits of wall now flying onto him.
He waited a moment, waiting for the dust to settle. When he though the time was right he got up, looking at the gaping hole that was now blown from where Lily once stood. He rushed over, to see if she was there. There was no Lily. He was in shock, deep shock. He backed away from the scene, his breath heavy. He knew he had to go somewhere, knew now that he was probably meant for hiding himself. He turned softly, a loud crack! ringing out, and he apparated.
