Tempest sighed as she pulled her hood to her cloak up over her face. She wasn't really in the mood to talk to anyone from hogwarts at the moment. usually when ever she did talk to someone , there was only two, well maybe three reasons that she did. One,they were her friends, she wanted to terrorize and be mean to them or she was distracting them for only her only enjoyment. She had a very in important meeting to go to. she looked around as she walked to the blackout. she sighed as she tried to get their as fast as she could without looking suspicion. She looked around to make sure none was following her. She wanted to make sure she wasn't. she hated when random people followed her. it made her temper raise.
She chuckled as she pushed a couple people over as she went. She loved to push and terrorize people. She loved seeing the look of fear on their faces. She terrorized the younger years at hogwarts just for fun. At hogwarts, she spent a lot of her time terrorizing the school, its students and damaging rooms and halls with spells she's learned. She wasn't actually the most popular people in the school because of this. She was concerned more crazy than anything else, but she didn't really care all that much.
Tempest looked around as she got closer and closer to the blackout. She finally let her hood fall off of her head as she pushed the door to the blackout open and went inside. She hummed softly as she looked around as she walked. she looked around as she went and leaned slightly against a wall as she looked around to see the person she was meeting with there. she sighed and lit a cigarette as she looked around. she waited for a few moments before continuing to walk to the back.

In the fringe of darkness the sinister wraith stirred, no more a creature than a vessel of terrible conviction and wickedness. She was caught in a rather pleasant mood when the demons of her memories had plagued her in her moment of content. The Ministry was hers, her Death Eaters were getting into place and the onslaught to come was quickly approaching. But it was then the mirrored situation struck into her like a cold blade. She was following her Master’s mission, only now she was in control. Never the matter, she’d had found an outlet for that particular tantrum. And so now she set off to meet the girl she was due to. Stepping out into the cooled October day, the woman vanished in a trail of shadowed smoke.
Ahh, Blackout. A rather new location she’d decided to familiarize herself with, but it had a certain..flair she liked about it. The door opened in sync with her forward progression, those fierce eyes etched in eternal black, the gaze firm as she glanced around the room. A slow smirk curved the woman’s lips, catching the cloaked figure with the trail of cigarette smoke in her wake. Bella’s incongruous body language changed, proudly inclining her head, her countenance expressionless save for the vehement intensity of her half-lidded eyes. Her heeled boots tapped softly on the hard floor, moving with a superior && loose strut towards her destination with a determination almost unsettling, such was her gait.
She passed by Tempest, leaning towards her as she moved past, “Nasty habit, let’s hope it won’t affect your performance when your youth abandons you.” The smirk grew so her darkened, albeit straight teeth showed in her jarringly playful teasing, waving at the smoke in front of her so that it sparked a venomous green before dissipating. Of course youth could be cheated in some ways, and her own looks was a prime example for even in her age the witch was just as much the dark beauty as she was lethal and wild. Without pausing, she continued to the back, going up the staircase into the larger, candle-lit room, dressed in charcoal and deep blue. Another wave of her hand and the candles on the wall and on the tables were lit, and a closet on the wall rattled ominously. She only stopped when she came to the black table to take her rightful position at its head. Relaxing into the chair she titled her head so the dark wild curls hanging on either side of her face shifted.
“Sit now Tempest, we have much to..discuss.” Surely she had given the girl enough time to have met her expectations? A pleased Bella was always preferred..sometimes.

Tempest glanced at the dark lady as then nodded and said"no, ma'am, It won't" she looked at her cigarette in her hand and sighed then she put the cigarette out then back in the pack for later. She looked around for a moment then she followed the dark lady. She watched as the dark lady sat at the table, where was the head would always sit. she nodded as she heard Bellatrix tell her to sit down. "yes ma'am" she said as she went and down in a chair as well.
Tempest remained silence as she waited for the dark lady to speak to her. She wasn't sure what to do or say right now, so she stayed silence until she was spoken to once again. She put her hands in her lap and looked down at the for a moment before she looked back over at Bellatrix the dark lady. She hoped her and her group had made the dark lady proud, even though she had a lot of fun terrorizing the first years, flooding old classrooms and having her group spy on the right people.
Her face remained emotionless, even though in her head she was chuckling and grinning at all of the terror, chaos and fear that she had spread through out the school of hogwarts. She loved seeing the looks on the faces of whomever she was terrorizing at that moment. the few who knew this, must think that she is crazy. She knew a lot of people thought she was crazy, that didn't really bother her at all.All that really matter to her was getting revenge on her parents, causing terror and chaos, and doing what the dark lady said. The dark lady usually had her do exactly what she was good at,which was of course terrorizing.
