Hermione Granger, now known as Weasley has become Minister of Magic, and has been for the past few years. Now with Bellatrix and the Death Eaters return though things won't be getting easy. They after all still wish to finish what Voldemort started, and who knows what else they want to accomplish, but the purebloods certainly want to have control over the Ministry thats for sure.
Thats why Lucius Malfoy came up with a plan. No one knows about this at all yet not even Bellatrix herself. The only person who knows, is well himself. He planed it all on his own. He's decided that he wants to try and get Hermione to step down or quit, or even just get her vulnerable enough so t hat the Death Eaters can snatch the Ministry right from under her nose. As of now there are no plans to actually kill her, however they DO want her out of there way.
Things were going perfectly fine, and Lucius' plan seemed to have been working, however the one thing happened that he did NOT count on. One night things ended up going too far. They aren't sure why it happened, but it did. The two, despite their bloodlines, and sides on the war end up getting emotionally attached to each other. The to even start having an affair. Now deep down they know nothing serious can come from it seeing as Lucius is a Death Eater, and a Pureblood. While Hermione is a Muggleborn, and an Order Member.
It doesn't seem to register in Hermione's mind that He's a Death Eater. She seems to just not care, or does the fact she's married, and have children come to her mind, at least not right away anyway. That is until Harry walks into Hermione's office, and sees her kissing Lucius. Harry of course is furious, and he even tries to tell Ron, however Ron doesn't believe him. Well not right away at least.
It isn't that he think that Harry is lying its just that he doesn't think Hermione would ever do such a thing. He doesn't believe it until he sees it for himself. Hermione has been spending more, and more time at work, saying that she's working late, but most of the time she's there with Lucius. So one night Ron decides to show up at her work, and eventually sees what Harry had told him. What will happen with Ron, Hermione & Harry. Will the two ever forgive her for her actions, or is the golden trio done for good? |
