The Outer Layer
Physical Appearance;
He has hair that is longer than the average grown man. It is shorter then girl's long hair. It is in fact right to the shoulder and is trimmed to have a layer. His hair has a ginger and blonde mixed color. It sides to the right and is hopeless to try and move it the other direction. It for the most part stays out of his face.
He has dull blue eyes that are always showing concern for others. He loves wearing layers of clothing. it is usualy a sweat jacket and a shirt made of cotton underneath. He always has a chamred necklace around his neck. It was a gift from his mother. It was in the shape of a Slytherin, obviously because his sister did not make it.

Strengths;
He has very strong will power, which allows him to amke his own chioces. He may have been sorted into Slytherin but that was because his family had extreme talent. He has the abillity to turn down all the temptations of turning evil that Slytherin put in fornt of him. Oddly enough he seems to be following the path of a normal Weasly.
Weaknesses;he is very weak toward making a decision. Mainly, because he sees everything in whole. Meaning he saw grey rather than balck and white. Which means evil can be good and good can be evil. So he is defaintly not going to end up as niether in the Order of Phoenix nor as a deatheater. He would most likely end up being a double agent spy.
He also stinks at being Slytherin. The only thing keeping him not getting kicked out of the dorm is the fact he has talent. So he has many enemies form good and evil. In some ways he is just like his mother long ago. I want to add that he also got in for his abitiouns toward being in Slytherin.
Personality;
Louise is super sensitive. He can be very easily hurt by others.. He is always worried about being kicked out of the family and everyone around him. He may end up doing anything to beocme better fit. Though the sinsitivety keeps him form doing anything stupid.
He does not date girls, even if they flirt. Which is quit funny since they are all over him for his kindness. He does not like them being on him. for he has a true love who does not accept him for who he is. The girl is rumored to be Selena Martinez. Though nobody knows who. For the only time he stares at her different colored beauty is when she is alone. so in some format.. He is a total Stalker!
The Past
History;
He was born to the Fluer's family. He has a perfect place there and is happy with his place. He had discoevered his wizarding powers at the age of 5. When he accidently threw a glass window out of the house with his mind. Fluer and her husband Bill was very impressed. They loved the fact he was able to do spells in his head easily. Bill was okay with his son being super sinsitive. He tried really hard to improve the attitude of his son. It somewhat worked.. I guess..
A year before Louise got the letter to Hogwarts. His sister got turned into a Ravenclaw girl. Both their parents ignored her as part of the family. This uppsettedd Louise largely. For it was his sister. Who was an important part of the family. He never got close to his older brother. That was because his brother was always doing something better.
When the year came for him to join Hogwarts he was so panicky and twittering with fear. That when he sat down on the chair to get sorted. He was thinking horrible thoughts of what his family would do if he never got into Slytherin.
When he was sorted. He was so proud and happy. he felt as though every worry was shedded away. Well, until he found out his profile fitted more into a Gryffindor. Then his troubles started it all over. Even now he wonders if he'll get kicked out of Slytherin.

Louis stared out the window. He saw the rain twinkle and splatter getnly. His thoughts wondered around about his dormmate hating him. He knew it was because he was nice to mugggles and other beings. He knew it was because his Weasly blood was getting in the way. The thoughts of abondenedment was crazily ran over his brain over and over again. He watched his brother give him the finger and the horrible face. He watched as more more other students became closer to him. As though he was nicer than most Slytherin. It just did not seem right at all! This thought proccess made him both ambitious and determined to rpove himself.
