The Outer Layer
Physical Appearance;
Step right up and you’ll see this little pistol. Even though she is tiny and compact she is a firecracker. Not your typical Weasley that is for sure. No red here or freckles. You may even wonder if she is truly apart of the family. Not just her looks but personality ways, but that is another chapter. Roxanne Melina Weasley is almost at midget status, standing at a whole five feet and two inches. Legs and torso were evenly matched in proportion. In her mind she wasn’t built small the government built the grounds and sidewalks to close to her fine ass. Roxy is a toned young woman, from kick boxing and other sports. One of her favorite being martial arts and the occasional sword fight. Even though she is toned and muscled she still had those feminine curves that the boys so often drooled over.
Roxy had fair skin which was usually tanned, unlike her siblings and her parents ivory freckled complection. There wasn’t much for similarities when it came to her family. In fact, she had a clear complection and her skin looked like whipped butter. High cheekbones were caught in round-ish cheeks that made her looked cute. There was always a blushed appearance over her cheeks whether it be natural or from makeup. When it came to makeup Roxanne tended to over do it. Wearing heavy eye make up ranging from every color in the rainbow. Her personality was so eccentric that it channeled over to her personal style. Her nose was symmetrical and had slightly upturned tip but it wasn’t noticeable unless you stared at her face for long periods of time. Soft lips that were plump and not that fake Hollywood plump but naturally beautiful.
Roxanne Weasley was a natural beauty but you had to be able to handle her style. As stated she was eccentric and it showed. Often matching articles of clothing that wouldn’t normally go together. Most people didn’t get her but she tended not to care about what others thought. Around her face she had dark almost jet black tresses that fell around mid waist. It was layered and was often straight. Like most people she did a side bank to the right which lightly framed her face. Behind all the make up around her eyes there was a pair of electric blue eyes. They were truly vibrant. Although when she was bored she tended to play around with contact lenses. But for the most part she stayed with the natural blue that she loved so much.

Personality;
Roxanne is pretty hard to handle. She is often compared to a firecracker or a pistol. Not that she cared really. Being a spitfire came naturally to this black hair one. She’s all that and a little to much. In fact she had been that way for as long as she can remember. She was different from the rest of her family, she often felt like an outcast. She was the baby of the family. But the Weasley clan; in it’s whole was a rather large family. Roxy got along with some of her family but not all of them. It was something that couldn’t be helped though. Most of the family thought her personality was a little to much and she was in Slytherin. Hello, which meant she had all those qualities that got her there. Each and every one. Even if she suppressed them from time to time. But most of the time she was herself. Roxy didn’t care what people thought of her and that was a strength. In fact she had multiple theories about people; often coveting her as a smart ass.
When it came to most girls, they didn’t get along. Roxy didn’t know why but it was just how things worked out. Maybe because she as playful and was a huge flirt. Perhaps she stepped on to many toes when she was doing such things. There were occasional ladies that she did get along with but they had an agreement. It took a special girl to be friends with this Slytherin. For she acted like a princess and got what she wanted. Every whim or desire; she got it. Being in Slytherin she was often manipulative. She was cunning and quick witted. Her sarcastic humor often got her in to trouble. Not that it lasted long she could usually charm herself out of sticky situations. When it came to guys, she was a charmer. And she was defiantly a girl who went after what she wanted.

The Past
History;
Roxanne Melina Weasley was born the only daughter of Angelina and George Weasley. Although she wasn’t an only child, she had a elder brother. Fred was a seventh year and was in Gryffindor. They often would butt heads over the littlest of things. She was born in March, it was a cold nippy day but still a dark haired bundle of joy was brought to this earth. Even as a small child she had her own ways and wanted certain things. Toys, but mostly she wanted attention she had always wanted the attention. And not even half ass attention but spotlight on her for all the world to see. That was her way and that was the way she liked it. Being in the limelight was like crack to her she never could get enough of it.
Growing she had loved quidditch, but like duh her mother played professionally. That was what she wanted to do when she grew up. Screw school and lessons and normal jobs. All she wanted to do was play quidditch. She worked hard at it to. Doing exercisers to strengthen her body. Being small she was quick and agile, it worked for her to. So naturally in school she kind of slacked off even from the very beginning. Not that her parents really minded. What had bothered them the most was that she was in Slytherin? It was a surprise to them but not to dear little Roxanne. No she knew what she was and how she acted. There was a whole bag of tricks that her parents hadn’t even seen before. She kept them hidden for the most part, but when she was free she barred her soul.
During school she had gotten a reputation say the least. She was a sarcastic flirtatious little Slytherin. She got what she wanted when she went after it. During her first years she was bold. Starting little riots here and there. Getting known as a prankster and a rebel. It was all in good hat for her although it had given her that rep. Even though she was smart she didn’t apply herself. Roxy had a few closer friends and then a large amount of just people she talked to. Finding guys was the better part of her days at Hogwarts. For the last year anyway she was finding boys that suited her fancy. Going into her fifth year things should get interesting.
