Personality;
Mike is a very quiet, bookworm type of boy who likes to study as much as he likes to have fun and hang out with friends. He is very accepting of everyone, even if they treat him badly, and almost always gives people second and third chances. People say he's way too forgiving, which is why he gets walked all over by the slytherins and other people who want to take advantage of him. Mike does have a mean side, but it only comes out if you really really provoke him or if he really just doesn't like you.
The Past
History;
Mike was born in England in the summer, a twin. He grew up with his twin and they, being the only two children in the family, typically got whatever they wanted. When mike was five his father bought him his first racing broom, which is what sparked his interest in quidditch. Since that day, Mike has been playing either with his friends and twin or at Hogwarts.
When Mike was 11, he went to Hogwarts with his brother and has been loving it ever since. He gets good grades and plays for his house quidditch team, and is now in his 7th year.

Melanie stepped off of the final step, feeling the cool grass underneath her feet as she walked across the grounds of Hogwarts. It had been three months since she had set foot in or around the castle, and it was a great relief to be back. Yes, she loved her home life, but sometimes Melanie just felt the need to be away at Hogwarts.
As she walked, Mel began to sink into her thoughts about what this term had in store for her. It was her third year as a Slytherin student, and she was looking forward to it more than she had looked forward to any other year at Hogwarts. She knew there would be more adventure in store this year, and she couldn't wait for classes to start. It was strange, but she actually liked her classes.
Melanie glanced around herself as she arrived at the shore of the lake, snapping herself out of her thoughts for a few moments as she sat down in the grass, staring out over the water. This was one of her favorite things to do at school: stare out over the black water of the lake. It was peaceful, which was why Melanie liked it. It would have helped if her friends liked it as much as she did, but she could live without them for a few hours each day. After all, everyone needs time to themselves every now and again.
