Physical Appearance;
Roxanne has long red hair that goes straight down her back. Sometimes she wears it curly but usually she takes a hour to straighten her hair. Roxanne eyes are oval shaped and the prettiest blue you have ever seen. She stands at five feet and seven inches. She weighs around 129 but some of its muscle from playing quidditch.
Roxanne loves fashion. She always knows whats in style. Usually she wears dresses or a blouse and skirt. Their are times that she will weare jeans and a tshirt but its rare. Her voice is powerful and captivaiting when needed but can be soft and warming.

Personality;
Roxanne is a very sweet girl. She is loyal to her friends and family. Many people would call her a daddys girl and maybe even a little spoiled. All she has to do is bat those eyelashes of hers and her daddy will get her whatever she wants. Roxanne is also very shy and smart.
She is always nervous around people who she does not know, and tends to act and look so bashful hiding behind her father. She is also very impatient, and has a very short temper. She loves flying on her broom, and playing quidditch with her family and friends. She has a musical personality as well. Roxanne loves to sing and play the muggle guitar.
She also loves to dance around. Learning is another passion of hers. She loves to explore and learn new things. She knows that no matter how smart she may get there is still more to learn from others. Roxanne also has some trust-issues with people who are not her family.
She has a phobia of the dark from when she was a little kid and got lost in the woods at dark. She is fiercly protective of her family, and she hates people hurting her family and friends. She basically hates it when people are mean to other people in general. Roxanne has a good heart even if she is scared a lot sometimes.

History;
Roxanne Allison Weasley blows out her candles on December 25th. Yes Christmas Day. It was during the family meal that day when Angelina Weasleys water broke. Her brother Fred was only three years old at the time. They hurried up to the hospital and little miss Roxanne Allison Weasley was born. What a present her parents got that year.
Roxanne always dressed proper and to impress. At a younge age Roxanne had to have everything in order. Her mother took her to a doctor one day and they were told that the blue eyed red head had OCD. Obsessive Cumplusive Disorder. Which meant everything had to be in order and neat. Roxanne couldn't stand odd numbers as everything had to be even with her. When walking into her room you would see that nothing was out of place. It would drive her mad to know something was out of place. Some of her cousins who loved to prank would think this was funny and move something just an inch to watch her freak. Roxanne still loved her cousins though no matter how annoying they got.
At age six she was bitten by a snake. She just wanted to play with it. Her parents got her to St. Mungos in time as her father had come outside at the exact moment she had got bitten. She never tried to pet anything she didn't know ever again. Growing up she went to a muggle school till she recieved her hogwarts letter.
When recieving her hogwarts letter Miss. Roxanne was sorted into Gryffindor like her parents before her. She made friends eaisly but remembered that most important was school work. So she would study long hours a day. She knew wanted to get ahead in life. Her father and older brother would always try to get her to lighten up, but it would never work. She worked hard during her years at hogwarts. She is now in her fifth year there and can not wait for her O.W.L exams. She is ready to met the exams head on and plans to study non stop.

Roleplay Sample;
Roxanne Allison Weasley sighed as she closed her eyes. The wind felt good on her face. She opened her eyes after a little while, and looked up at the night sky. She loved looking up at the stars at night. They were so beautiful. She loved astronomy. There was just something amazing about trying to find constallaions in the stars. She leaned agains the stone wall. It was late and she really did not think anyone would be out this late. Not like she cared. It really did not matter.
Now why was young Roxanne at this late of an hour you asked. That simple question had a very simple answer. Roxanne could not sleep. Plain and simple really. She had no idea why she could not sleep. She was just tossing and turning in her bed, and decided to go for a walk hoping that would make her sleepy. She wondered up to the Astronomy Tower figuring that the cold night air would definity make her sleepy. As the night got longer Roxanne still was not feeling sleepy yet. She wondered why, and she wondered what she had to do to get some sleep around here.
She stared up at the night sky again wishing she could just fall asleep. It was not like she wasn't enjoying the night sky. That was far from it. She needed sleep. It was what helped her get through some of her classes. Except potions. Nothing could help her get through that class. In there the class seemed to grag on for hours and hours. Yes potions was that boring to her. She would rather be in History of Magic class. No she was not insane. Okay maybe a little insane, and everyone would agree on that.
Music popped into her head, and she just sarted dancing. She knew no one was around to see her. That did not matter to her though. She would dance in front of a crowd. She just wouldn't talk to people she didn't know. Yes she knew she was weird, but you had to love her. She was just too adorable. She kept dancing till she heard someone come up the stairs of the tower. She froze wondering who it was. It could have been a teacher, or a student. She would not know untill she turned around.
