PHYSICAL APPEARANCE:

Dominique always felt her looks weren't that pretty, even though she is 1/4 veela. This being said, she tended to gravitate towards dark make up, loads of eyeliner, and tons of hair dye, often in unseemly colors, like green and pink. Her first three years of school she kept her hair short like a boys, and would get extremly upset getting called Louis by mistake from the back view, and the offenders would get a lovely middle finger and hex in return.

As she grew older, and finished up school at Beauxbatons, she realized that she didn't need to hide herself, because she wasn't that ugly and there was no one to compare her to there. Dominique stopped wearing so much eyeiner and mascara, and no longer dyed her hair. She let her features shine naturally, and her hair grew even longer. Now back in England, Dominique has started dying her hair again, and goes back to some makeup, but no longer to hide herself.

Dom stands at 5'4, and feels small against most of her family. She's thin, sometimes looking a bit gaunt, but is in great physical condition due to auror training. Dominique dresses in a lot of graphic tee shirts and black often with buckles or chains.

PERSONALITY:

Dominique started her life out often feeling neglected. She wasn't like her sister much at all, and wasn't like her brother. She never got babied or anything. So naturally, when her parents wanted her to look up to Vic and make them all proud, Dominique immeadiatly tossed the thought out. Sure, she wanted to make her parents proud, but she didn't want to be 'like' anyone. At age eleven, right before going to Hogwarts, she found kitchen scissors and chopped off her long blonde hair, leaving it scruffy looking like a boys. Dominique turned into a rather sarcastic person, and by year three, she was considered a bitch. She didn't like people telling her how to act or who to be, and her appearance was a refelction of that. She made dry comments, and loved to prank people. Anyone who was super girly or tried to befriend her because of her family was pretty much kicked to the curb. Dominique had no tolerance for stupidity. At all. She fought constantly with her mum, refusing to be like her, and that led to tension within the house.

When Dominique transfered to Beauxbatons, she finally felt she could let go, and not be compared. They knew her mum, sure, but they weren't comparing her to anyone, and she liked that. Dom began to losen up and have more fun, leaving behind her mean ways and actually having fun.

This all changed when going back to Britain. Dominique felt overshadowed again, but struggled with fitting her new life with how her family made her feel. Dominique has matured from her 1-5 year personality, but still feels rebellious at her family.

FAMILY

Bill Weasley:father, 54, Pureblood, Curse Breaker, is close to Dominique, and she feels more comfortable around him then her mum.

Fleur Weasley (nee Delacour): Mother 48, former Gringotts employee, 1/2 veela (?), former tri-wizar player, doesn't get along with Dom, wants her to be 'perfect' just doesn't understand her daughter.

Victoire Weasley: 24, Sister, Auror in training, Dominique is envious and almost hates Vic, though she knows she can rely on her sister if need be, she hates being compared to her though

Louis Weasley: 17, Brother, gryffindor, Dom and her brother got along well when young, but she hasn't seen him much since returning from France.

HISTORY

As a young girl, Dominique abided her parents rules, wore her hair long like her mother insisted, and played well with her siblings. She wore dresses on sunday mornings and was the model daughter her parents expected. Then came time for her to go to Hogwarts. After awhile, Dom got tired of hearing her parents go on about Vic, and began to hate her shiny long hair and pretty dresses. Right before boarding the train to Hogwarts, Dom took a pair of scissors and cut of her long locks. Her first act of defiance. Her mother was appalled, and her father pretended to be, not really caring. But Dominique was proud of herself, and began her journey to become the rebellious little girl she'd turn out.

Her first through fifth year, Dominique further rebelled against her family, and made friends with few people, but the ones she did make she made an effort to be close to. Then, during the middle of her fifth year, besides developing a crush on none other then Teddy Lupin, her older sister's boyfriend, she picked a rather nasty fight with a girl in her dorm. Dominique, in 'revenge' used a Weasley's Wizard Wheezes prototype on her dormmate. The result ended in an fire in their dorm, and Dominique was expelled. She was devastated, and her parents were extremly displeased. Dominique thought about just dropping out of school and never going back. But one of her relatives sat her down and gave her a talk. It was decided then, that Dominique would finish up school at Beauxbatons, where she had also gotten an accepteance letter when she was 11.

When she was there, Dominique was allowed to not think about her siblings or parents, and developed a calm and easygoing attitude since she didn't have to live up to anyone at the school in France. She rarely went home for the holidays and basically cut off from her family for 2 and a half years, only speaking to Teddy and sometimes James, who she was close to throughout Hogwarts.

Being in France helped her become herself, and she stopped worrying. When she graduated, she thought of pursuing a career in eduacation, teaching at Beauxbatons. But when she finally went home, Dominique realized how cut off she had become from England. She was 18 and had no clue about the struggles happening at her home. She decided to stay in England, and to become an Auror. Dom wanted to be a part of the struggle and fight, although once back under the pressure of wokring with Victoire, also an auror in training, she began to revert a little. But she's determined to continue to do her best.
