Can't be outfought
Can't be outdone Nathan had come to the carnival to get away from all the drama of his life, starting with the pain of Randy almost dying and their parents leaving. He liked how Randy seemed to trust him unlike mum and dad. He just wished Riley would stop playing up. She was starting to be a bad influence to the twins especially Ellie. She was also costing Randy money because he had to pay for everything she vandalized. It wasn’t fair on Randy who was doing his best to look after them. He was doing a good job too. Nate didn’t envy his older brother who was working at St Mungos, training to be a healer and looking after his younger siblings at the age of eighteen. He decided once he got home, he was going to talk to her about it.
Nathan wasn’t happy that Randy had gotten back with Anne Carson. The reason Randy almost died. She may have not slit his wrists physically but it was her leaving him that caused Randy to do it. He didn’t like Anne at all. He would have preferred his brother to have gone back to his fellow classmate, Jazzella Kennady-Orton. Sure, Jazz was semi-crazy but she clearly cared for Randy and would never have hurt him like that in the first place. He wanted to confront Anne but knew Randy would stop him. He was thinking about what he would do if he met the woman who had caused his brother pain when he collided with someone.

Anne was too exhausted for her own good. Life was hard at the moment, but at least there were a few bright spots among the dark. Randy, her boyfriend, she had screwed up but had been able to be lucky enough to fix it. Angel, her beautiful daughter. Every time she saw her she was smile and think “How lucky am I?”. Then there was Airin. Airin was a slight problem, but she needed help and had no idea what to do. She had become impossible. Anne was scared that Angel would think Airin is cool and try to copy some of the horrid habits Airin has. An idea popped into Anne’s mind. There was a carnival, a spring carnival, and she decided she would go. Anne got to the carnival. She wanted to have a amazing care free time. But it wasn’t possible. She ran many horrid cases through her head. What if this happens or what if that happens. She needed a break without her loving family for once. She went on a few rollercoaster’s, not like they were scary but her jacket sleeve kept rolling up and her dark mark was starting to show. After that she got a little bit of food and sat down. So far she only was concerned about the ministry take over. She should probably go to see if the need any help. And plus fighting would be fun right now. She finished eating and got up to walk around. Her mind was wandering far away. Then someone bumped into her, Nathan Scott. Oh god.

Can't be outfought
Can't be outdone Nathan's eyes that were so similar in shape and color to Randy's narrowed upon seeing who he collided with. Anne Carson. He wolud never see what Randy saw in her and he didn't care either. He knew Randy wanted to send him back to rehab so they could work on his anger issues. Nathan felt like yelling and screaming at Anne but decided to take the more adult approach and talk to her. Well at first anyway. He was a bit shocked Randy hadn't come with her. What was wrong? Randy would have loved the carnival. then again it would be the worst place for him to be if he were to have an attack.
"Annie Carson, What an unpleasant surprise." Nathan said coldly. Nathan had a nasty side that no one ever expected from him and he wasn't even going to pretend to play nice with Anne, Randy wasn't here so he was safe. He could care less what happened really he wouldn't say anything but he still felt depressed but that was his problem no one else's. "Could we please go somewhere a little less crowded and talk please?" The little Ravenclaw said. Physique wise the two brothers couldn't be more different, Randy was tall and muscular while Nathan was both shorter and scrwnier. Considering Nathan was a nerd it was no surprise that he was so scrawny. He waited quietly and patiently for a response from the young woman he had ran into. The woman he disliked so much.
