Bellatrix had spent most of her time since the tragedy of losing the Dark Lord recruiting new members, but she still had yet to gather them in one place and give them a group assignment. First, however, she needed to get all the information from each death eater on what they have achieved during their service. She knew full well there would be some who had shone in their determination to not let the Dark Lord's name die in Vane, and she also knew there would be some who had cowered away since his death and hoped to not be troubled again. This made her so angry. Becoming a Death Eater was a lifelong commitment, and some seemed to think they could just give up. Bella never gave up.
Making her way down the hallway from the dining room she sat behind her desk and wrote a quick letter to Robert telling him to bring Kelsey along, so that she would know what she was up against now that she was on the verge of joining, and this way, she would be able to gain trust with the other Death Eaters. It had been a major goal for Bellatrix to get Kelsey to join, and she was so close it was unbearable. Sealing the letter and sending it off she prepared for the meeting in just an hour.
During the hour she made sure that the house elves would prepare food, drinks, and she had enough room for everyone. The room was quite large, but with the growing population of Death Eaters she knew she'd soon have to be moving meetings to the dining hall.
Walking back to the study she sat at her desk and took out some papers on any Death Eater sentences at Azkaban, including her own, while she waited for everyone to arrive.

Bellatrix looked up, surprised that someone was actually early for a change. Seeing that it was Jinx she felt both relieved and annoyed. Annoyed that one of her soon to be enemies seemed more punctual than her followers, but relieved that she wouldn't be waltzing in half way through the meeting and causing a scene. She knew Jinx being there would cause a stir, after all she hadn't exactly helped the Death Eaters, but she wanted to show how they were not afraid of her in the slightest.
"Slow down love," she said in a slow drawl, rising to her feet and placing the papers she had been reading in a neat pile on the side of the desk. She called in the house elf and ordered him to bring in two glasses of butterbeer, and he obeyed without question. The feeling of power she had acquired since the Dark Lord's death was quite thrilling. She took one of the glasses and sipped slowly, before raising an eyebrow at Jinx. "Care for a drink?"
Despite her cool exterior inside she was desperate to find our what information this woman claimed she had, but if there was one thing she had learnt from her old master it was to have patience and use it against those who didn't have it. From their encounter in the alleyway it was obvious this was not a quality Jinx possessed. She already knew her sort to a tee... easy to wind up, impossible to wind down.

Robert was at Hogwarts, sitting at his desk. Where else would he be? An owl swooped in a dropped a letter in front of him. He wanted to smack his head into his desk as hard as possible. With a heavy sigh, he opened up the letter and glanced over it. It was from his favourite person - Bellatrix. Oh joy. There was going to be an actual Death Eater meeting. He was required to attend. After all, he was a Death Eater again. Robert shook his head, as he saw Bellatrix wanted Robert to bring Kelsey. He didn't really want to bring Kelsey but, in order to make Bellatrix believe them, and trust them - in order to take her down - he had to do what she asked.
Robert crumpled the note and set it on fire. He sighed a wrote a note to the Deputy Headmistress that he would be gone for a good portion of the evening, and the school was in her hands until he returned. Then, he scribbled a note to Kelsey, telling her there was this meeting and Bellatrix told him to bring her, and off that was sent. He paced his office for a whole thirty minutes before it was time for him to go get Kelsey. Robert didn't want her showing up there by herself. In fact, he never planned on leaving her side the entire time this meeting took.
Part of him was worried about this meeting. What was it about? What would happen? Robert did know that Bellatrix wanted Kelsey there because of the whole, trying to get her to join thing. He didn't want Kelsey to be haunted for the rest of the life because of what she would have to do as a death eater. There were constant reminders for him, and as much as he tried to forget all those horrible things, they never left him alone. Mostly he would dream about certain instances. Now, they were popping up even more to the point where he just did not want to sleep. It was becoming impossible.
Nearing time for the meeting, Robert left Hogwarts via Floo and entered Kelsey's. Without saying anything at all to her, he took her and apparated outside the Riddle house. Robert glanced around and took in a deep breath. He kept his arm around Kelsey's shoulders, not wanting to let her go. "I want you to stay by me the whole time," he murmured, ushering her to the door.

Sitting at home, gazing into the sleeping faces of her children, Kelsey smiled and kissed their foreheads. She knew that she would have to leave them soon in order to protect anything terrible happening to them while she was a death eater. She didn't want to have anything that they could use against her to get her to do things and if that meant cutting off all ties with her children and husband then she had to do it. She knew it was going to kill her but it was what had to be done, no matter what.
Sighing, she gave one final look at her children before heading out of her nursery and into the living room. The distant sound of a shower could be heard, indicating that James must be home from practice. She contemplated on whether or not she should join him in the shower, seeing as they have very little alone time together. Just when she was about to head in there with him, she heard the faint sound of an owl tapping on the glass of the window. Sighing yet again, she walked over to the window and took the letter from the owl, who quickly flew away. As she read the letter her eyes began to widen. It was from her father, telling her they were to attend a Death Eater meeting. Losing her breath, she leaned against the wall, closing her eyes. This was it, she actually going to be a Death Eater. Shivers ran down her spine as the reality of everything finally hit her.
Moving away from the wall, Kelsey rushed to her bedroom and changed into a small black dress, seeing as bright colors probably wouldn't go over well at these types of meetings. She fixed her makeup and opened the bathroom door to tell James something came up at school and she needed to go back for a bit so he would have to watch the kids. Then, carefully making sure James didn't see how she was dressed, she went downstairs to wait for her father. Butterflies swarmed through her stomach as she thought what was to happen in this meeting. There was no turning back after she stepped foot into that place. Maybe she could just not go to the meeting. What could possibly happen if she didn't? Before she could even make up her mind though, she felt a hand touch her and the familiar feeling of apparation wash over her. The next thing she knew she was standing in front of a door with her father right next to her.
"Don't worry, I don't plan on leaving your side," Kelsey said softly as they walked towards the door. As they arrived at the door, Kelsey looked up at her dad, smiled softly then sighed, giving him the 'this is it' look. There was no going back now. She extended her hand and knocked once on the door before turning the knob and entering. She didn't really know where to go from here so she stood there, waiting for her father to follow her and lead the way, or Bellatrix to notice them. Whatever came first.

Bellatrix watched as Jinx lit up a cigarette and began to smoke it. She was a most intriguing woman and Bella found herself continually fascinated by her. She listened to her explanation intently, nodding along but without passing comment. At the mention of her son once again, she found herself remembering back to all the events that had passed, the bitterness and disgrace, the disgust. Yet she still hadn't decided how she wanted to deal with him. Until she had figured that out, perhaps an alliance was indeed the best option.
Jinx offered her a drag to which she refused... she never took anything from anyone. Instead she fixed her eyes on the woman, looking her up and down slowly. "It's a shame you have no desire to join us," she commented. "You'd make a well received asset." She was indeed the exact sort of person Bella most enjoyed working with. Someone who got the job done whilst still providing light entertainment.
Eventually she turned her attention to what Jinx had said about visitors. 'Finally' she thought, before passing Jinx and heading to the door. "Do excuse me for a moment," she said, a smile creeping onto her face, though it wasn't exactly one of friendliness.
She approached the front door and opened it wide. Usually the house elf would have been suitable for this job, but on this rather special occasion she saw it more fitting to greet her two newest recruits personally. "Enter," she said simply, wavering a hand towards the marble interior of the manor.
She wondered how they would react upon seeing Jinx, but her wonderment was fueled by excitement. Things were turning in her favor. All she had to do was keep a cool head for a little while longer, and then she would be able to truly rise to her full potential and make the Dark Lord proud.

Robert swallowed hard as the reached the door. Was he nervous? Yes, yes he was. Robert tried to give himself a quick little pep talk. He had done all this before. He could be mean, ruthless, a real asshole when he had to. He could do this. He had done it for years. This time wasn't any different...except that it was. Robert didn't know what bothered him the most, the fact that he was back in his old Death Eater shoes, or that he had to bring Kelsey with him.
Robert thought that maybe Bellatrix would have waited just a little bit longer before making him bring Kelsey along for anything. He kept a protective arm around Kelsey, as if someone was going to come around and snatch her away from him. Robert wasn't going to leave her side the entire time, and he was glad to know that she didn't plan on leaving his. If anything...went wrong, or if anything more worse happened to her - he could never truly forgive himself. In fact, he still hadn't forgiven himself for the whole horocrux thing.
Robert glanced at Bellatrix, who had opened the door for them. He stood straight and stiffly. Without even looking at Bellatrix, he walked in. Normally, he would give her a nod or some sort of sign of respect but, Robert no longer respected Bellatrix. He figured he would pay for that later but, he didn't really give a rats ass. Robert did glanced at her quickly after a second. She looked...what was she so happy about? This made him slightly worried.

Bellatrix watched as Robert and Kelsey shuffled in. His choice to not acknowledge her did not go unnoticed. No matter. The more mistakes he made, the more fun she could have with him later. Without another word she stepped through the entrance hall and into the office in which she had left Jinx, her footsteps echoing in the silence. The awkward atmosphere could have been sliced through with a knife.
She nodded at Jinx upon entry, as if to warn her that Robert and Kelsey were also about to enter. Running her fingers along the cold wood of the desk she sat back down behind it, lifting her feet up and resting them on top of it, her arms crossed. "Prepare for some drama," she whispered to Jinx with a smirk.
Getting slightly impatient with the fact that Robert and Kelsey still hadn't followed her, she banged hard on the desk. "I'm waiting!" she snapped. Only she could make a statement such as that sound like an order. "Dont make me come out there and get you." The last person she had been made to 'come out and get' had spent three long and painful months on St. Mungo's. She knew Robert wouldn't be so stupid as to disobey her.
Kelsey, on the other hand, she was unsure about. She still hadn't seen her full potential, and she knew full well the girl could be tricky. Still, she thrived on challenge, and Kelsey was certainly that... her newest hurdle that Bella was absolutely certain she would overcome. After all, she was already attending a Death Eater meeting. It was only a matter of time before things started to get extremely interesting indeed.
