It was night though just barely. One would expect people to wait until late at night to start breaking rules, but this girl was different. She didn't care if she got caught. She knew that most people would look the other way if you tossed them a bag of fifty galleons. There were few left in the world so righteous as to turn down such a large bribe for mediocre violations. She sat at the window sill in the north tower smoking a self rolled cigar full of marijuana. She kept blowing the smoke at one portrait where an old wizard complained of the smell. "In my day no student would be so disrespectful." He wheezed at her. This only made her laugh as she continued to smoke. She didn't even bother to stop exhaling in his direction finding his coughing amusing.
She couldn't help thinking how pathetic it was that this was the most fun she had had since arriving at Hogwarts a week earlier. This was because she had no connections in the area, and had yet to make any friends. Of course this wasn't really a problem. She knew she could go to any club whether it be wizarding or muggle and she would get the V.I.P. treatment. That was just part of the luxuries that came along with being Elizabeth Nigma the rich and famous heiress with attitude. At least that is what the papers had dubbed her in both worlds in nearly every country for her partying and rule breaking tendencies.
People in the wizarding world had suspected her of using the imperious curse to get out of trouble. They were of course wrong it was the muggles that had their suspicions correct. She had bribed and blackmailed herself out of most of the trouble she had ever been in. When she was unable to take care of it herself her father would handle it. He would never tell her how only that he had friends in high places as well as low places. She knew that her father was feared by most people. The Nigma family was very influential and for that reason no one ever crossed them. The papers in both the muggle and magical world never printed anything about her law breaking only her partying and aggressive attitude.
Now she sat trying to think over the girls she had met already. She was attempting to figure out who would best fit into her eccentric lifestyle, and who would be the most fun to go out with. She couldn't just show her face in public alone it was not her style. She had to have at least one person with her if not a posse. She put out the little bit of her hashish cigar that was left on the wizards frame. She lit a cigarette as she came down the stairs from the tower. She burst out into a hallway and saw a familiar girl a little ways away. "Hey you!" She called out as she walked towards the girl while puffing on her cigarette.
