It was supposed to be a perfect evening she was finally ready to face Jack and she had the perfect dress to do it in too. It had taken hours to find just the right one, but she had done it, and as she flicked off the lights in the library Cassandra danced down the stairs and too the front door, she had willed him to be there, he couldn't not come the draw to this kind of event had his name written all over it. It was going to be the greatest evening ever. Now though as she sat out front starring up at the sky, it was the stupidest idea she'd had in her entire life. Her mascara making lines down her face, it was as if her world had ended. But then again in her eyes it had, who knew she would show up.
Earlier; Cassandra Stood softly swishing to the music watching people show up peering through the crowd, waiting paitently. When he arrived he was dressed in his scarlett robes, it practically made him stand out. Quickly she walked towards him as his eyes scanned she held in a breath as he was about to meet her and his gazed stopped, slowly the pit of her stomach turned as she saw the look on his face, slowly she followed his gaze and her eyes met a soul she hadn't seen in a year for good reason, her heart tore a little and then he embraced her and they disapeared it was now too late for her little crack fell apart and it was over. This was hell if she ever had felt it and she didn't know how to handle it.
Slowly she had walked outside, silent as if she had gone deaf and had fallen in the snow, starring wildly at the sky. Tears rushing down her face and onto her dress. It might had been cold if she wasn't so numb, and time stood still as if it would last forever. Soon the evil plan of revenge would kick in but at that moment, all she could do was glare at the miserable lonely moon, and cry. It took a couple minutes to realized she wasn't alone out side, she didn't know if the shadow had followed her there or had been there before, but quickly she wiped away her black tears and sat up realizing how cold the snow was on her bare skin, and how foolish she probably looked. "Is there anything I can help you with?" she said softly not wanting to be rude, but at that moment it did sound harsh.

Zhen had been under a disillusionment charm inside the ball. Her revolvers in her hands as she prepared to massacre the lot of happy souls when she spotted her partner walking through the crowd. She swore loudly spooking a couple of school age kids. She knew that he would be furious if she caused such a scene in front of him where as he always played the good guy. Then she saw with disgust that he was going towards another woman. As she watched him approach her she realised that she was not the only one watching him. Cassandra Riddle his sister, and the one he had loved originaly stood by watching with a look of shock.
Of course he hadn't notcied her he was to preoccupied with his own horomones to care for anything else. Then he disapparaed with the woman, and Zhen could see that his sister was broken hearted by this. Perhaps her night would not be wasted after all. She watched the woman go outside, and she followed. She wondered what orders Jack had given his sister. She didn't doubt that she would be playing good as well, but for some reason she thought his orders may mjean very little to the girl now.
She made it outside, and into the shadows before dropping the disillusionment charm. She watched as the woman stared up at the sky waiting for her presence to be noticed. She thought it odd that she had not been noticed yet. Normally the twins were quick to know when they weren't alone. Finally she was addressed, and she walked out of the shadows her painted on smile looking cruel in the lighting. "Yeah doll I was hopin ya could. Ya see I wanna raise a lil hell in dere an' it'd be alot easiea if I had a lil help. So ya wanna have some fun or are ya playin it nice?"

Glancing at Zhen it was a moment of fear, but then she settled. It wasn't as if she was an enemy, they were some what on the same side. Just not on the same team nessacrelly, you didn't trust many in their situation. At that moment, she didn't care. Broken, and angry. It was that moment all over again, the moment she had when she realized she was the only one on her side. For a moment she thought about joining Zhen in what she asked, but she abided her mother. Even if it would make things a little better.
With a deep sigh and a thump the red already wet fabric, melded once more to the white crisp magic snow. "I have orders to stay low. My mother, not him." Cassandra said boldly crossing arms across her chest like a little kid having a temper tantrum. It took only minutes and she gracefully stood up. She started pacing angerily. "I've put my life on the line for him since I was seventeen..." The anger in her throat almost breathing fire towards the ground, the girl glowed of power. Her hands were clenched so tight her knuckles were whiter then the snow.
The soft curls tightened as she spoke, became like springs condensing under pressure. "If it was up to me.." she said stopping and facing the funny looking girl. "I would burn this place down." stomping her foot on the ground and a tree branch near by ignighted, with a huff it was gone. "I wouldn't be sitting around in the shadows, hiding like cowards." speaking poison as she started pacing again, planning what she would do. "This waiting stuff sucks, They need to be the ones hiding in there amiors not us." Pointing towards the door, her finger shock. Her whole body was shaking, it was taking her entire strength to fight against herself even though she really didn't want to.
The anger spreaded like fire, it had been stacked up by her mother disapearing around the holiday and now ignited with lighter fluid by her brother. Bright blue eyes were fueled by it, and it didn't have any sight of having a loss of things to keep it going. The wrong person had been pushed over the line, and she didn't know what to focus it all on now. It was like she her leash was broken, and now she didn't know how to take the new found freedom. The glowing red amulet around her neck went out at that moment, and she stood still all of a sudden starring at a spot in the ground unasure, of who she was.

As Zhen listened to Cass a cruel smile spread accross her face. "You can still lay low and have fun. Look at me if you didn't know my voice, and couldn't sense me you'd have no idea who I was. It's not so hard to disguise yourself." She then did a backwards cartwheel turning it into a high back flip landing on the edge of the building looking down at Cassandra.
"You know you shouldn't let him get to you. You know as well as I do that he hasn't been the same person since his accident." She spoke of the avalanche he had gotten caught in when he was twenty one. It was this accident that had killed him, but reaper corp had reanimated his body with the same experimental serum that had brought Zhen back from her sixty story free fall without a parachute or wand. Speaking technically neither of them were the people they had been in life. No they were empty shells imperioused to do the bidding of another.
Zhens eyes widened in fear as she heard her partners thoughts where as their minds were connected. "That bitch knows what we are." She spoke to the air no longer really paying attention to what had been going on. "She thinks that if she can Kill us she can find his horcrux, and give him a body, and then he will love her. That idiot the true Riddle only loves those of his own blood. The only reason he likes that whore now is because she is descended of Grindelwald."
She looked down remembering who she had just been speaking with. "Well it appears my days are numbered so will you let me disguise you so that we might have some fun or will I be on my own tonight?" She waved her hand and a red paper airplane appeared and shot off. It was a note to the only person as disturbed as her asking him to come and join her.

He had been in a relaxing slumber. Well it certianly felt like it. Nowadays, he never could really sleep, but would pretend to himself that he was. He liked it better this way, because he had control over his 'dreams', and he knew the outcome. There were no ridiculous unknown fantasies in his mind, or any flashbacks of a so-called possible past. He didn't wish to find out, though his curiosity was growing, and he was beginning to argue frequently with himself. A part of him wanted to know what had happened, another part was extremely against the idea of knowing. He had to admit though, he did like his many stories he had concocted from his mind alone. He had been in a relaxing slumber, and was momently disturbed when he heard the slightest sound of movement.
Without opening his eyes, he reached for his trusty tommy-gun and shot a bullet. He heard the bullet peircing something, and only then did he open his eyes, and to see a scarlet piece of paper floating to the ground. He rose to his feet and walked to the shot paper airplane and picked it up, noticing there was a scribbling written on it.
Dear Sethos
Please join me at the ball so that you, and I can have some real fun, and cause total chaos. There is a chance that Cassandra Riddle may join in on the fun as well.
~Zhen~
Mr Sethos sighed as he drew his eyes away from the note, glancing to the clock that was remarkably working. It wasn't late, but dark enough for him to walk unnoticed. But that was no fun, was it? He tore some paper from the airplane and scratched into it.
i'll be there.
And as if flinging the paper away, he threw it across the floor, crumpled, but just as it went to hit off the wall, it vanished, heading back to his little friend.
How could he resist such an occasion? The only down side was that he wasn't going to be entirely alone. The spotlight was going to have to be shared. But Sethos' usual ways would need to be sacrificed. There were so many people going to be there. He had to go, just had to. So he grabbed any weapon he could reach and stuff into his slyly enchanted jacket pocket, and fitteda whole army's worth in there before leaving, slamming the door shut swftly behind him, and apparating straight to the Christmas Ball.
He appeared just outside. He could see the light from inside the ballroom, and he heard cheerful cries of joy and laughter. There were shadows moving past the window frequently, there was a great deal of dancing. It seemed to be a wonderful occasion. The perfect time for him to arrive. He stood in the darkness, watching the tiny snow drops descending towards the frosty ground. He stayed frozen when he saw two figures a little way away froom him. It was two women, bickering? It seemed so. Sethos stood and watched from the camouflage of the blackness and waited. He watched intently and saw that one of them was the very person whom had sent the crafty little paper airplane to him. Zhen looked devine tonight. And then there was little Cassandra. She was adorable, and seemed to be a bit troubled. Maybe Sethos could lend a hand. He stepped forward, and the darkness seemed to slip away from him with every step he took, but the darkness inside him still clung to him. That would never leave him. He reared to stand at Zhen's left side, and after hearing her question, he responded, so as to greet them, and let his presence be known. "Oh, I don't think you'll be on your own tonight, sweets." And then his sinister smile spread across his face, and his scars were poking sickeningly out from his cheeks.

"You can still lay low and have fun. Look at me if you didn't know my voice, and couldn't sense me you'd have no idea who I was. It's not so hard to disguise yourself."
Starring off at the same spot she sort of blured out Zhen, the acrobatic trick was just a blur. As she thought about all the disguises all three of them had had, Zhen Ji was deffinitly more bolder, then Cass. Cass had changed hair colors so many times, it was weird to have her natural dark hair. The blonde period was deffinitly interesting, but not as interesting as the percings. Though memory lane, it was unwelcome at the moment, and she continued to press. Which kind of made it not even more painful for her.
"You know you shouldn't let him get to you. You know as well as I do that he hasn't been the same person since his accident."
The accident. Those images of Jacks dead body, sent shivers down her spine. The worst part of the whole exprience was the fight they had the previous day. Cass regreted what she said about him being jealous and clingy, because she wished for that Jack back. After his accident Jack had deffinitly changed all of a sudden Cass was a secret, and the other woman in there schemes and plots. It was as if a totally different Jack had woken up from that bed, Cass had spent the entire time by his side after she got the word when his eyes opened it was a relief but in some way she was still worried.
"That bitch knows what we are. She thinks that if she can Kill us she can find his horcrux, and give him a body, and then he will love her. That idiot the true Riddle only loves those of his own blood. The only reason he likes that whore now is because she is descended of Grindelwald."
It took her a lot to hold back a sarcastic laugh, as Cass knew he would never tell her. Since not even Cassandra knew what it was, she had begged and pleaded to know but she was a safety risk, and it wasnt thaat he didn't trust her he just thought her thoughts were too easily read. As Zhen Ji brought up her last name, Cass's eyes raised up to Zhen in a piecing way, the disgust and hatred for that girl sent sparks from her holded hands, it was getting harder to turn down the girls offer the more she stood there. She hadn't had a direct enemy since her first years of beauxbaton watching others go to study abroad while she had to stay and take care of her adoptive family.
"Well it appears my days are numbered so will you let me disguise you so that we might have some fun or will I be on my own tonight?"
As if on cue the paper plane disapeared and Sethos arrived, it was funny how it was so familliar. As she went to open her mouth she thought twice letting him make his entrance pulling the shadows with him. Their painted face was slightly alarming, but not enough to creep her out, as she slowly twisted her fingers a pale glass object apeared in her hand, with a twist of her wrist her red cloak appeared as if to roll out of her necklace, covering her in a deep blood red. As the were paying attention to each other Cass held the pale glass mask between two fingers watching it spin for a moment, and then it disapeared into a red some and then apeared smooth as skin on her face.
"Oh, I don't think you'll be on your own tonight, sweets."
"I hope you don't mind some more company. I would like to play." The blue eyes glowed through the cut slits, the mouth unmoving and still made it even more creepy. With a snap of those slender fingers the tree putting them into the shadows burst in dark red flames. The people inside unaware of the show that was about to begin, too bad the weren't all going to go home and write reviews.

Zhen turned at the sound of the familiar voice to see the person she had sent for. A cold smile played accross her face as she opened her hand showing the note Sethos had sent her. "Well dat was fast. I only jus read yer note doll." She looked down at her feet where people were surely dancing. All she wanted was to kill them. Not all of them of course there would have to be a few survivors to tell the tale of horror. She looked up to the moon, and a cruel thought entered her mind. She pointed her wand at the moon, and a twisted smiley face appeared accross it.
As she put away her wand, and withdrew her guns she heard Cassandra say that she was joining. Zhen looked up to see an unrecognizable person before her. "Da more da merria doll face. Or well merria for us not dem." She raised her guns ready to go into the building, and start killing. She walked to the edge of the roof ready to jump down, and go through the entrance when a sudden idea occurred to her. She looked up at Sethos her eyes alight with joy. She had the perfect plan to kill them the most effectively.
When she had been inside she had noticed that there weren't any windows, and there were only two doors one at the front, and one at the back. She had already cast a spell so no one could disaparate out, but they could aparate in. They could easily trap the happy people like rats. They sure wouldn't be happy once they started though. Zhen backed away from the ledge as she contemplated her idea. She knew that it would work, and that she could drive the people right into the other two. She raised her guns in the air as she backed up more still.
"I gots an idea. Sethy how bout yous takes da back door. Cassie here can takes da front, ands I's gonna drive 'em right to ya." She stopped in the middle of the roof and pointed her magical revolvers straight down. These guns never ran out of ammo and shot what ever ammo she was thinking of at the time. "Shoot sum sparks in da air when ya ready, an I'll get it started." Zhen stood waiting for the others to be ready. When she had finaly seen both sets of sparks she pulled the triggers to both guns giving off two cannon blasts leaving a gaping hole in the ceiling. She jumped down into the room to all the screams.
People obviously recognised her from the daily prophet, and started to run for the exits. She laughed a cold merciless laugh as she shot forty five calliber rounds into the crowd not caring wether it struck man woman or child. She intended for the entire floor to be covered in blood by the time that they were through. She waited to here the screams grow louder as people realised that they had been cornered, and that there was no escape for them.

- - - - - - - - - - - - TO THE SOLDIER, THE CIVILIAN, THE MARTYR, THE VICTIM THIS IS WAR - - - - - - - - - - - - Life for Robert LeBlanc, had fallen back into something a little less stressful. Now that the twins were born, the LeBlanc and Potter family were more connected than before. Tell that to the old Robert a few years ago, and he would say that's impossible. Today, he didn't mind. He did think James was a good kid but, naturally...being the father-in-law, he was going to hate the kid too. There were times when Robert let his likeness for James show but, it was only a little and very brief. He didn't need the whole world thinking he'd gone soft ...which, he kind of had. His softness was easily explained - he'd stopped drinking and ditched the Death Eaters for good. Robert was himself, for once. He was tough but, he did have a heart that wasn't painted black.
Tonight, Robert was obligated to go to this thing. The Headmaster was expected to attend so, he had to do so. As much as he wanted Mandy to accompany him, she voted to stay at home - and help Kelsey with the babies. Plus, he gathered due to their own child on the way, she wasn't in the mood to go either. So, he went alone, sadly. Robert did his duty, said hello and made small chat with all the right people. Then, he retreated to a corner, sipping some butterbeer, although he was wanting a good glass of vodka. Robert watched as everyone else had fun. They danced, ate, laughed as if there was nothing in the world that could hurt them tonight. Fate, as others plans for everyone on in the room - included Robert.
Robert, failed to take notice of a few key players of the evening. Cassandra Riddle - someone who didn't sit well with him - and that freak, Sethos. Plus, there was a new person in the mix - that crazy whats-her-name. He was simply off in his own little world, thinking about his family. Robert thought about all the wonders of parenthood that were going to come and bite Kelsey in the ass, not to mention all those wonders were going to be ever so present in his life as well. The idea of another child scared the shit out of him but, at the same time, Robert was happy about it. Besides, there was the whole making of the baby process that was fun - well, more than just fun. There was love and an old passion behind it. All these thoughts would leave him with a bang - quite literally.
No, really - there was a loud bang as part of the ceiling fell. Robert jerked up from his leaning position against a wall. Immediately, people started screaming and trying to run for the doors. Robert, of course went in the opposition direction of the crowd. A cold laugh reached his ears, followed by gun fire - more screams, the sight and smell of blood became apparent. Everyone screamed louder, and pushed further away from the center of the room. Robert whipped out his wand from his inside suit coat pocket, and made it out of the crowd. His dark eyes landed on the one who unleashed such chaos - Zhen Ji - the real person they should all be afraid of. Robert wondered if Jack Lestrange would join the party - in that case, Robert would enjoy strangling that bastard.
Robert quickly cast a spell and blocked a few bullets from hitting the crowd. The small 'ting' noise could barely be heard over the screams as the blocked bullets made contact with and bounced on the floor. His eyes got a wild look about them as he turned and glared daggers at this...murderous creature. He wouldn't even call her a woman - she wasn't even human, that was his thought. Now, he was extremely happy that Mandy hadn't come with him. He wouldn't ever forgive himself if she was here at this moment. Robert looked around him, he was alone in this fight. That was just bloody fantastic. It looked like he was going to have to take on this homicidal maniac on his own. Still, if he could stall her from killing a few lives...

"" The darkness helped as she used the shadows to creep around to the front of the building. Standing there at the entrance, she hesitated for a second. What was she doing she should be in hiding, she should be under her desk in the library binding books and filling out late reports for after school began back up. Torn between anger and duty, she felt the cold stone on her chest. How dare anyone tell her what to do, she was a riddle. She was born to break rules. As the blue sparks left her want andwas sent up above the building she heard the crash she must have been last. It was time.
The front doors banged open and black smoke gracefully guided her in, as sparks ignited table clothes and dressses. She was proud of her self she really did know how to make an entrance. People already paniced as they realized the entrance was no longer an option, screaming woman ran in the othe direction. She wondered what Sethos was doing, she couldn't see him through the chaos, as she danced around sendings blue smoke into a man who had been searching for his wand probably going to try to defend him self, it was said that there weren't great places to hold your want in dress clothing.
The man turned a few shades of blue before falling over flat on his back. A couple more screams errupted from her side of the building. She may not have a gun, but she was a pretty powerful wizard. Thats what really counted in the wizarding community, and that was what was pounded into her head at beauxbaton. As she glided across the small entrance her shape was followed by deep red smoke, making her look gracefull as she pointed her wand at a woman and her full lengthed dress wrapped around her feet, and she landed on the ground.
Killing wasn't Cassandra's priority. The fear in the eyes was what made the whole thing fun, the chaos arising around them. She let out a laugh when she noticed some people trying to put out a ladies dress with their drinks and it only made it worse. These of all people should know it wasn't ordenary fire, this was real magic. Dark magic. She noticed a suit quite far away that sent shivers down her spine. Robert.
Not only was Robert LeBlanc her boss, but the headmaster at hogwarts. She hadn't dared ask anyone how good he was at magic because she didn't think he'd be here of all places. A little releaved that he was pursueing Zhen Ji she moved farther away from him sending more sparks in every direction. Already planning a way out for when he would come for her, lost in though she almost tripped over one of her passed out victims, with a swift move she walked around him. Trying to put distance, even though she stuck out like a sore thumb with every one running and screaming from her.

As the time ticked on, he began to twitch, the suspence and excitement building for what was coming next. His left eyelid would flick of its own accord, and his tounge would jerk in his mouth, as if trying to escape from its cavity infested cave. He had his head bowed, and had a shadow directly under his eyes, so that it was almost impossible to know if he was paying attention. Nobody could see his eyes, as they were the darkest, most sinister color of black. He listened only vaguely to Zhen's rather annoying accent. Could she not talk like a civilized woman? Oh right. Sethos coughed a chuckle to an inner joke that nobody else was getting to hear. He ghanced to Zhen and saw on her face the joy he was expecting. She was looking forward to this as much as he was. He looked down and saw her two favourite pistols in her hands, and eyed her up and down, admiring her costume for this occasion.
"I gots an idea. Sethy how bout yous takes da back door. Cassie here can takes da front, ands I's gonna drive 'em right to ya."
For the first time this evening, Sethos grinned. He stepped closer to Zhen and spoke in a low growl, "Save the best ones for me, eh toots?" And he winked to her, being the charming gentleman that was somewhere inside him, amongst his many other personalities. A disorder he felt was a gift, he could be anybody, and wold pull it off with total satisfaction.
Sethos only agreed to Zhen's idea because he liked it. It would give him quite the entrance he was hoping for. And so, he strolled over to the back of the building and searched into his pockets. There were odd rattles and clangs, and he flung a few small items out of the pockets. What else did he have in here? His hand eventually found the thin pencil-like object and he took his wand out, sending a bright red spark into the sky wth so much ease. He'd hardly tapped the thing. Magic was just so easy for him now. Too easy infact. It was a bit of a bore, actually. But magic did useful things, well useful in his point of view. And Sethos waited to hear the lovely, musical tunes that were going to be the shrill screams of tonight.
Upon hearing the loud bang, shattering of glass, and bullets firing from guns, most likely Zhen, Sethos edged forward and opened the doors with only his hands, and he came face to face with his next victims. Perfect timing. Nobody dared to try and fight Sethos, but plenty screeched out their horror, and most doubled back. A few fiddled with their wands, to which Sethos grabbed them, one by one and slit their throats with a knife that has so nicely come out of nowhere. And when the ex party-goers realized that their fate was death, panic and chaos ensued. Sethos pushed aside one person after the other, and stood upon a table and speaking with a voice that echoed above the screams and shattering of glass, he said proudly and simply: "We made it!" And then dived into wave of complete and utter mayhem. He started with a young man, beating him to the ground before finally breaking his neck, and then looked at an elderly woman, implying that she was next. But instead, he walked over to her and took her glass of whatever she was drinking, and downed it quickly. He heard the sigh of relief from the old, rather plump woman, and he turned back to her, edging closer and closer to her. Family was clinging to her. Sethos raised both eyebrows and brought the tip of his wand to his lips. "Great party!" He declared and choked out his signature laugh, that too echoing around the hall. He tapped his wand against his top lip, and then blew at his wand. A great ball of fire erupted from his wand and set the entire crowd on fire, running around daft man, and in doing so, setting everything in their paths on fire. He had forgotten to lock the back doors, and with an innocent 'Oops', he strolled back over, and upon seeing a few youths trying to make a run for it, he caught them and rammed their heads against the hard marble wall. And then he walked away from the open door, forgetting completely what his aim was there. He had no idea what else was going on, but he was sure having a good time. He caught a glimpse of Cassandra. He smirked as she looked positively petrified, and then had to check again when he noticed the very well-dressed LeBlanc father. Robert. Sethos was very tempted to walk over and stab him right in the back. He had a good aim, but he wanted to see how Miss Cassandra would take this. She was walking away. Pathetic. And this time, Sethos really couldn't help himself, he ran almost at full speed and chucked one of his trusty knives across to Robert's very exposed back. Sethos watched almost in slow motion, as the knife came closer, practically inches from his next victim.

- - - - - - - - - - - - TO THE SOLDIER, THE CIVILIAN, THE MARTYR, THE VICTIM THIS IS WAR - - - - - - - - - - - - With the mass amounts of scream, and people running to the exits like schools of scared tuna fish, Robert put together that maybe Zhen (someone he hadn't faced before) wasn't alone. How he collected that thought was really easy. He just had to hear one petrified man's voice, a few octaves higher than normal, scream like a little girl that he hated clowns and they were doomed. This was just getting better and better. Robert feared, no, he knew he would have to dig back into the dark corners of his mind and pull out some old tricks. The ones he used to torture and kill with. He had hoped he'd never have to use those again. If Sethos, that lunatic, if he was involved, Robert did not have a choice.
Robert caught a few people escaping out the front door. Thank Merlin. Hopefully they had enough sense to go get help. He couldn't do this all on his own - if he wanted to live. Mandy came to mind, and so did Anton, Kelsey, Vince, and his three grandchild - plus the child Mandy was carrying. It taking a beating from these wackos meant saving them, and a few other people, Robert would take it. He wasn't going to go down without a fight, and if he was going down, these wacko terrorists were coming with him. With a new burst of confidence and sense of duty - as he seemed to be the only one calm in all the chaos - he turned to meet his fate, and kill somebody.
Robert shifted his weight, anxiously waiting and decided whom he should tackle first. His chances were slim. They could all gang up on him together - and he was pretty sure he couldn't take them all at once. Then again, he had been a death eater for practically all his adult life, and he had been feared by many so, that gave him some sort of advantage. There were plenty of curses and spells he could use. If all else failed, he would just start throwing punches, or use some sort of weapon like an axe...or a chainsaw...or something. As he shifted his weight, something brushed across his side, slicing threw his suit coat, his new blue shirt, and skirting his skin - slicing him of course, and then continued on its projectile course. Robert winced and managed to reacted to the seemingly random incident, stopping the flying knife from landing in some poor bloke's forehead. The knife fell to the floor, the noise was drowned out by whimpers and screams. He removed his suit coat, throwing it on the ground, glad to see the cut wasn't too deep but, really - this was a new fucking shirt. Gr.
He turned slightly to see where such a thing came from. His fear was fulfilled. His dark eyes landed on the exact person - if you could call him a person - he didn't want to see. Sethos, that homicidal maniac clown. Robert glared. He'd bet all his galleons that Sethos meant for that knife to do something more than skirt Robert's side..and, that's a lot of galleons. In his head, Robert thought, I'm going to fuck you up, when he knew it might very well be the opposite. But, really, this was a new shirt. Blood was never going to come out of it, and how was he suppose to explain to the tailor that the shirt was cleanly sliced and stained with blood? He was just glad it wasn't silk or something. That's a nightmare. So, anyway Robert walked away from Zhen, he'd deal with her in a minute. First, Sethos. He had made the first move so, he was first. Without much of world, Robert shot a bunch of spells at Sethos, a few unfogiveables and other curses to inflict pain and bodily injuries.

Jack had been much farther away than anyone would have anticipated. If it wasn't for the connection between his, and Zhens mind he never would have known what was going on. His psycopathic partner had gone, and put his sister in an insanely dangerous situation. Normaly Jack would naver have showed up to assist Zhen Ji knowing that this was exactly what could get him killed, but he couldn't let anything happen to Cass. He gave a hurried explanation of why he needed to leave, and disapparated away from the woman who so obviously had a major thing for him. When the mess had been cleaned up he would have to chew Zhen out for being so reckless.
With a slight crack he appeared on the roof of the building where the ball was being held. At his feet was a large hole undoubtedly the work of his partner. Jack knew that he would have to enter disguised so that any survivors could not name him. He could see Robert Leblanc and knew there was no disguise to fool this man, but it didn't matter at the time all that mattered was ending the fight, and getting his assets out of the building unharmed.
Suddenly steel began to cover his entire body until he resembled the muggle comic book character Colosses. He jumped through the hole causing th building to shake with his landing. He stood up in the midst of a good size crater in the floor. One excited looking wizard ran to him as if expecting to be saved. With a wave of his hand the man was hurled into the cement wall with such force that he was flatened upon impact.
Now the brief moment of hope that had spread through the people was gone, and fear reigned once again. With a second wave of his hand thick steel plates slammed down in the doorway. At the front door a young witch had been crushed by the heavy steel. Jacks eyes were locked on Robert. He fully intended to take down this nusence before he gave him any more troubles.
"Kill them all girls. The clown and I can handle this pest." The growling voice came from between the steel lips though they never moved to form the words. He charged through a group of people trampeling many innocent witches, and wizards to get to Robert. He stopped when he was a mear ten feet away with no others between him and his target. "Tell me Rob hows your sweet little daughter. I've been missing her company perhaps I'll visit her soon."

The sound that rocked the building, made the people around her seam releaved, like as if saved. Cassandra wipped around to see a sement wall appear and a man get flattened. Slowly she tipped her head, a gush of smoke pushed away the wizard charging at her flat on his back, with a soft thump. When she saw his face she stomped her foot, ending a wave of her powerful fog into the lungs of the next couple of people around her trying to run away, to fall over blue. Making a circle around her like a bubble. It was as if she had created her own crater, not just in her heart but in the floor as her bubbling smoge scared those who got any where near.
She couldn't help starring at the steal, There was some tugg that made her think something was not right. Some little voice in the back of her head said this was the last time, but she shook it out. This would never end, In her head she fought back saying he'd always be there, which fustrated her and releaved her at the same time. Though it still buzzed silently back there, in the dark shadows of her thoughts. A little worry still hanging there in her eyes. He didn't meet her eyes or even look at her, which slightly upset her even more. Which was why when her eyes looked onto Sethos, smoke appeared around him, like a protective coat. It would harm those who tryed to penetrate it.
Trying to save her, she didn't need saving. This was ridiculous. Yes Robert was strong, but she would have taken him if she had too. But leaving him to Sethos was more of a pleasure, she knew he would want the spot light on him. She didn't need him to rescue the day all the time, she was just as strong. As she puffed at the group of people in her way they were pushed around until her view was clear again. Fustrastion, over the broken was fueling this. The smoke around her darkened as she turned away finally taking her eyes off of the group of men playing this game. She was just going to finish the havoc she had created.
When she saw the wall go up at the front door that was the last straw, she walked over to it the circle around her seamed to hold. With a wave of her hand it disapeared into smoke. but a blue shiny thin cloud that you could see through remained at the door, as people ran through it they didn't know they'd wake up tomorrrow thinking they had the perfect evening. None of this would be known, the people that died other excuses would be made in there pretty little heads. As those affected by her dark smoke it left them at the door. With that she spun around and glarred at Jack, with a so there note. She leaned against the wall, waiting for their fight to disapate.

Zhen smirked at Robert as he tried to intefere in her work. He thought he was tough enough to take on them three. Well he would have another think coming. She turned both of her guns on him just long enough to distract him so that Sethos could have his shot. As soon as the mans attention was away from her she did a couple backflips disappearing into the crowd.
She was not afraid of this wizard not in the least, but she wanted to have a bit more fun before she helped the others to put the old dog down. She turned her guns on a crowded corner and thier drums began to spin with a loud whining noise. Then the bullets poured out of the barrels cutting right through the group. The poor people never stood a chance against this demented woman. Little did the people know that this would be her final act.
She pranced around the edges of the room trying to stay well out of sight of the vigilante in the middle. There were still far to many people left to be killed to turn her attention away from them. Her mind was so overcome with the joy and excitement she was feeling that she was unable to notice what was going on in the mind that hers was connected to. She didn't care what he was doing cause she was to busy having fun.
Unfortunately for her she should have been paying attention. Even with all the risks that came from ignoring the connection she didn't care. As usual she was to cocky and full of herself to think that such a thing mattered. This is exactly what would lead to her undoing, and untimely end. Though the wizarding world would take it as a victory it would truly be a crushing blow to the ministry. No one could have realised what the death of two of the most feared criminals would release upon them.
She heard a loud crash and felt the ground beneath her shudder but she paid it no attention assuming that it was one of the others just having fun. She chased after a group of people heading for the back door. She raised her guns just as they made it out. She pulled the triggers to start shooting and a steel wall appeared out of no where saving the would be victims.
She let out a loud growl of frustration thinking that the vigilante had done this to protect the people. She turned on her heel towards the center of the room where she knew the man to be though she couldn't see through the people in front of her. With a few blasts from her guns a path was cleared as she moved out to the center of the room her eyes on Robert he moved just enough to the side that her eyes fell on the eyes of another. The eyes of Jack Riddle.
She tried to look away, but it was to late the damage was done her eyes would not move nor close. The fake eyes that had been made for her by reaper corp began to heat up in her head. She let out an anguished cry of pain as she fell to her knees the burning in her head to great to deal with. She knew the same was happening to Jack. Their greatest weapons had seen their opposites and had now decided to self distruct as they had been warned. With a final cry of agony there was a blinding white light and both were left on the floor dead.

- - - - - - - - - - - - TO THE SOLDIER, THE CIVILIAN, THE MARTYR, THE VICTIM THIS IS WAR - - - - - - - - - - - - Robert's attention had been drawn on Sethos, after having shot spells at him. A loud noise behind him and some more scream caused him to turn and see what was happening now. He tilted his head ever so slighty, and was hit with a wave of confusion. Someone, who was either made of steel or decided to make some strange disguise was standing there. This some wasn't here to help, that was quite clear to Robert. There wouldn't be any help. He was just so screwed, it wasn't even funny anymore. Really, this was just not...just no.
"Tell me Rob hows your sweet little daughter. I've been missing her company perhaps I'll visit her soon."
Robert's veins immediately filled with something cold. He literally felt cold...cold hearted. He immediately glared at the first three words that poured out of Jack's mouth. Hell, that was all he needed to identify these piece of scrap metal as Jack Lestrange. That son-ova-bitch. Son. of. a. bitch. If Robert could, if it was smart, he'd just rip off Jack's head with his bare hands. He had the strength from the adrenaline now coursing through him to do it. In fact, he'd enjoy ripping off his head just as much as he enjoys fucking his wife. It would be amazing. It, however, wouldn't be happening. That would just be stupid. Robert would be dead before he could try, which was sad - he really wanted to do it.
Robert took several angry steps forward before he stopped. "If you ever so much as flinch in her direction, I'll tear you apart," he bellowed at him in a wicked voice. In the following moments...something happened. Something Robert really wouldn't be able to explain. His wand was at the ready, planning on cursing Jack from here to Anartica and back. Only, he didn't get the chance. Robert glanced around him and ticked off his oppenents in his head, Sethos, Zhen, and Jack. Three against one. Horrible odds. Then, out of seemingly no where, Robert was blinding by a white light. He closed his eyes and sheilded them, attempting to see what the fuck was going on. And then, it was all over. Robert stood, quite dumbfounded, staring at more dead bodies than he could count but, the most important being Jack Lestrange and Zhen.
Robert blinked and looked around. Silence. Dead silence. He looked between the lifeless bodies of Zhen and Jack...and then, it clicked. Robert remembered picking up on a bit of information. Important information. If Zhen and Jack ever looked each other in the eye, bam! They were dead. Well, that must of happened because they were dead. Robert even walked up to Jack's body and kicked it (not so nicely either). No reponse. Robert smirked, Jack Lestrange Riddle was dead. D-e-a-d dead. The smirk fell as he looked gravely around the room. It was damaged, and many innocent men, women, and even children were dead. At least half the bad guys were dead. That was a relief and, Robert wasn't dead like he thought he was going to be.
