It's getting hard to find a place to go, Where peaceful waters flow• • • • • •It was something that Lisa Violet Green did not expect. She was always very confident and stubborn. She knew what she wanted, what had worth for her. Most of the time she did not care what others thought. Most of the time she did not care about anybody but her closest friends and family. Yet it was common that she could be rude even to them. She did not have many friends or just simple familiars in other houses but Slytherin. Just because she was how she was. Though, it wasn't like that she wanted to socialize with other houses nor did she care. It was very rare when she came along with someone out of her house but when something like that happened it meant she valued that someone, or if it was a boy, he had to be handsome and up for sex with her. No questions asked. It did not mean she had no enemies in Slytherin, because she did. There were few of them that annoyed her and she could not stand.
She had many boys, boyfriends, flings and one night stands but only one boy really stole her heart. It was weird because she thought that love doesn't exist. She thought that it was just a lust or some other strange feeling that kept people together. But Lisa and Liam had not many chances to have sex. Why? Because she was supposed to be at school. And it wasn't like that everytime they met they had sex. If they did, she would just get bored because it was something she could do with other males too. There was something more about Liam that she liked and loved. treated her like his queen. He treated her like his goddess. And she needed to be treated like that. She needed to feel important and cherished. She needed to feel beautiful and wanted. He gave her that all even though she already had grandiose of self importance. He always showed her how much he loved her. He always knew how to keep her entertined. And when they had to separate because she had school and he his job and whatnot, Lisa missed him as a person, as someone she could talk to and hug to, not only in sexual way. And she needed his support, his advice. She was pregnant and she had her moods, and only Liam or so it seemed could do something about it. It wasn't his baby, not everyone knew about it. But maybe it was better that they did not. Because the father of her baby was no one else but Demetri Greyback. Lisa's mother who was a healer checked it. It wasn't hard to find a father because Dem and Liam where the only ones that Lisa happened to have unprotected sex that time.
About a month passed when she found about the pregnancy. She put on weight slightly or it was what some people told her. She started to feel queasy at times. She started to be moody more than ever. Lisa didn't want that baby, even more because of the knowledge of who the father was. Demetri did not want it too. She wanted to take it away but it was hard to make a decision when and who to visit for that. Her mother didn't want to do abortion. Finally she got some information about other healer her second grade cousin, Harmony Lott visited when she was pregnant. But she didn't want to go there alone. She awaited the right weekend so she could go there with Liam. It was about two months or so when Lisa started to feel really sick because of the little monster inside her. It was a half-werewolf at last. She didn't realize it was the day before full moon. She was just sitting by the lake leaned on a tree having some fresh air when she felt a terrible pain. She thought it was stomach ache. She ate for two now. Lisa stood up wincing in pain. She wanted to get to the castle, maybe to the hospital wing. She wore a short skirt and her long legs were levealed. It was nothing new but when she met Gemma Ackerley, being on the way to the castle and they shared few rather unpleasant words, Lisa started bleeding. She didn't realized that. It was Gemma who lightened her up. That was the reason why it was so painful. Something was wrong with the fetus. Gem wanted to help her somehow, like to get her to the hospital wing or to st. mungos. But Lisa didn't want anyone else to see her like that. Unfortunately one of her so-called enemies strolled that way. Doryen Goyle looked a bit frightened of what was happening. She thought that Lisa was giving birth. It was stupid in a way because it was just two months or so of pregnancy. Lisa couldn't stand the pain and blood losing anymore and she passed out. To that she hit the floor. She had no idea what happened next because she was unconscious. But one of her cousins, Kevin Lott wandered in and saw her on the ground bleeding. He most likely had no idea that she was pregnant. Gemma asked him to help her to get Lisa out through the gates so she could apparate to the wizarding hospital with her. He helped her of course. But only Gemma arrived with her to St. Mungo's.
After few hours when the dead baby was taken away and healers took care of her, Lisa woke up. And who was beside her? Surprisingly Gemma. And what more surprising Lisa thanked her for what she's done. Then her best male friend walked in. Blaze heard the news and it wouldn't be bad if Lisa wasn't in a good mood. She thought that if Blaze knew then everyone knew about what happened. She covered herself including head with quilt and tunrned on bed not wanting to look at him and Gem. Lisa just couldn't understand why she felt so bad about losing the baby. She didn't care about it before, why did she care now? She didn't want it, she wanted to remove it as soon as possible. But now she was weeping because of the loss. Blaze tried to comfort her and he did a good job for that day. But two more days that she had to spend there were horrible for her. She cried when no one saw her. She looked depressed and didn't want to eat anything. She had never thought she would miss that little monster.
After those two days Lisa was taken back to Hogwarts. But she had to lay in bed for few more days and use some more aid. So she was taken to the Hospital wing to be under observation. She could do something stupid. Hell, she had horrible thoughts, scary dreams. But she slept only when she was really exhausted from staying awake for long and crying or when she got some sleeping potion. And so she laid in hospital bed curled up thinking that she would never try to have children in future.
There were times when Lisa wasn't a good friend. When she didn't like anything that happened to her friends or they said something that made her think they were freaks and started to change - in her opinion - for bad, Lisa just didn't pay attention to them until they showed they were worth enough to get her friendship back. Or everytime she got a wonderful boyfriend she seemed to be losing head for, Lisa simply forgot about the whole world and in result about her friends and their problems. She wasn't there for them when they needed her. She wasn't there to support them. She claimed no interest. Of course it wasn't routine. Her friends could usually count on her - when she wasn't too busy. She could help when asked for. She could help when that was something that took her heart or she was involved with. No one ever said that Lisa does things selflessly.
Lying in the St. Mungo's and here at Hogwarts in the Hospital Wing Lisa had time to think. Most of her thoughts were depressing, like never ever have children, never ever get married, never ever get out of the hospital and get back to her old self. and many many more. But there in the hospital wing she hoped that no one knew. She hoped that only she, Blaze and Gemma, her mother Ismena, some healers and nurses knew. As much as she didn't mind other rumors about herself, this one was true and very painful. She didn't want the whole school to know she miscarried. Most of people didn't even know she was pregnant even though it was already visible. It was something Lisa didn't want to show off. Lisa didn't want the baby. She didn't care about it. Yet it made her broken when it was gone. Maybe it was because she didn't plan on miscarring. She didn't want to lose it that way. She wanted to take it away, yes. But she wanted to use an abortion, make a responsible, mature decision, not out of impulse. She thought about it many times, walked through prons and cons. More was for getting rid of the baby of the werewolf. But Lisa was late with that. Someone or something made things go other way. And even though Lisa didn't want the baby she felt that it was part of her and now was gone. It was like she lost some important organ she didn't care about yet it was needed.
After miscarriage Lisa wasn't herself. And even though Lisa didn't want the baby she felt that it was part of her and now was gone. It was like she lost some important organ she didn't care about yet it was needed.
She had many things to catch up with, like school including homework. Of course teachers treated her less strictly because of what she's been trough. Yet it was so hard to get back to real life. More than social girl that Lisa was before seemed to disappear. She seemed to be everywhere before. She wanted to know newest gossips and maybe use them to ruin someone's life. Now she happened to hide from the world. Places she visited had limited to hospital wing, her dorm, class rooms, prefects lounge and bathroom. She didn't want people see her like that. She needed time to get back to her old self that people knew and loved. Well, not everyone but her closest friends and family did. And now Lisa was sitting on a couch in the prefects lounge staring at the wall as if she found something interesting there. But then a sudden thought came to her mind. Why not get out of that stupid castle, forgot about what was bothering her and go shopping? But she needed money. She didn't want to go to her dad and ask for it. She had to pay Gringotts Bank a visit then.
Lisa walked out the Prefects Lounge and looked around. She closed the door and ran into the dark corner. She turned into a Black Bombay cat and ran downstairs and then out of the castle into Hogsmeade. She waited for someone to walk into the pub and then she did the same. She walked into the bathroom on all her fours and turned back into a girl. She walked out and came up to the fireplace. She took some floo powder, walked into the fireplace and dropped the powder before her legs saying 'Leaky Cauldron'. She disappeared and appeared again in the pub's fireplace. She sighed and walked out to the diagon alley. She didn't pay attention to anything around her. She just headed to the bank. Walking in she looked around. She had been here many times. Lisa pulled out a key to her bank safe and walked over to the desk where some ugly goblin sat at. "Here's my key. May I get to my safe?" • • • • • • TAGS: Jack WORDS: 2150? The goblin looked up to see who had spoken to him. The creatures eyes seemed to bug out of its head a bit at the site of the ytoung girl. "Miss Green how good to see you. Of course you may access your vault, but that Key is useless ma'am." The goblin squeaked obviously a bit panicked. "Your gold has been moved from your family vault to an older, and more secure vault. You only need present your wand to access it."
Now other goblins were taking notice of their new visitor, and they seemed to feel the same way about Lisa as did the goblin in front of her. They were all afraid of her. The goblin patiently waited for the wand. as soon as he saw it he handed it back, and another scittish goblin came up to her side. "Right this way Miss. Green I'll take you to your vault." The ide took three times as long to reach the vault than it would have to her old vault. The goblin got out, and ran his finger down the vault door, and it opened.
Inside of the vault were mountains of gold. Piles of galleons sickels and knuts reaching to the ceiling. A far greater treasure than that which had been in the old vault. The goblin escorted her in so that she may get her gold. Then a voice spoke from behind them. "That will be all Grimmack I can help Miss. Green from here." The goblin turned to see Jack Riddle in the entry way to the vault. He gave a quick nodd, and left quickly.
Jacks eyes were on Lisa, and they never wavered. "They are afraid of you because they know you work for me." He said in answer to her unspoken question. "As for your vault I told you that in working for me you would be greatly rewarded. Now I am in need of your services again Lisa, and I am afraid this task shall not be as easy as the others I've given you."

It's getting hard to find a place to go, Where peaceful waters flow• • • • • •It was weird that Lisa asked so politely about accessing her vault. She should just walk in there stepping like a princess, snap her fingers in front of the face of some goblin and require whatever she wants. She was like that before or was she not? But she had changed, very much if you asked anyone very close to her. That’s why she nearly dropped her jaw when she saw the goblin seeming to be a little scared of her. But instead she blinked and tilted her head at sudden affability of a creature. And she didn’t have to wait long to know to be informed why her key was useless. But she was even more shocked with the answer for a question she had not enough time to ask. And another question formed in her head and she had it on a tip of her tongue but surprisingly she didn’t ask it.
Lisa had a feeling of being watched and that it got suddenly silent around her. She looked at the other goblins that were supposed to be doing their job. They really seemed to be scared of her presence there. Of course since she started – from what side not to look at it – working for Jack Riddle, the Goblins of Gringotts showed much more respect to her. But had she ever seen them so spooked? No, she hadn’t. But that brought a part of her old self back. She looked back at the goblin she spoke to and smirked before she pulled her wand out and handed it to the creature. It handed the wand back to her. Right then another one of those came up to her and spoke up. "Good." and with that she followed him to the cart. The ride was longer, much longer than she knew and even like on different track. Though, it was supposed to be a different vault at last. When they got to the right place a goblin got out. Lisa did the same and then watched him running his finger down the vault’s door and as it stood open.
Girl’s eyes grew bigger at sight of what was inside. Yes, her family was rich but not that rich. And it was supposed to be only so-called her part of the gold. She was liked wow coming in being escorted by the little goblin. Lisa was amazed. Did it all really belong to her? Her thoughts were interrupted by a well known voice. She turned to the door as it came from behind them. And who did she see? No one else but Jack Riddle, the owner of that bank and her teacher.
Lisa blinked having so many questions to ask him. But she didn’t have to speak them out. He exactly knew what bothered her. "Oh…" escaped her mouth as he answered one of them. She stood in the same place listening to Jack, not daring to move. As he was done Lisa opened her mouth to speak but she didn’t know what to say. He was supposed to help her when she was in danger. But he wasn’t there when she was bleeding because she lost the baby of the werewolf. He wasn’t there when she was blood losing and passed out. If Gemma wasn’t there, Lisa would most likely die. "What is it?" she asked not really caring that he heard her thoughts and grievance. • • • • • • TAGS: Jack WORDS: 583? Jacks smile disappeared at the thoughts that went through Lisa's mind. He walked over to her, and he did something he had not yet done with the girl. He pulled her into his arms and held her tight to his chest. "I should have warned you or taken you with me. I just didn't expect to be gone long, and I didn't think you'd be at risk while I was gone." His eyes were shut tight but through the lids you could tell they were moving like crazy. He was taking in everything that he had missed while he was gone.
When he opened his eyes he looked down at Lisa with worried eyes. "When I am to far away I can't sense you anymore, and I've been in the states. I have to go back to the states soon, but I will not leave you so vulnerable again. I want you to come, and live in my mansion. You will be safe there even if I am not there. Every portrait in my house has a twin with a powerful friend or ally of mine. You will always be safe in that house."
He turned to look towards the door. "Don't worry about the job just yet it only matters when I return to the states, and I just decided to extend my stay here for a bit. There's a certain dog that needs putting down, and I'm just the wizard to do it." He looked down at the girl, and he kissed the top of her head. "You're friends with Petra arent you? I'm sure I can talk her into coming back to the house so you'll have some company."

It's getting hard to find a place to go, Where peaceful waters flow• • • • • •Lisa had so many questions, so many doubts and grievance and sorrow. She didn’t know exactly why but she held a grudge against Jack. Maybe because she trusted him more than any other adult, yet he let her down. And he wanted her to do something for him? She wasn’t so sure if she wanted to do this. The werewolf knocked her up and his unborn baby almost killed her. Now she knew how fragile life was, how fragile she really was. It made her think she was weak. But if she was so weak why did Jack choose her? Why did he want her to join his group? He told her she had potential and that he sees that she’s powerful and that she can get more powerful. Maybe he twisted her mind, maybe he played her like fiddle but she believed him then.
What Jack did next had taken Lisa aback. He had never hugged her like that. Hell, he had never pitied her that much. Lisa was tensed a little at first but then she relaxed and realized she needed that hug. She closed her eyes with a small smile on her face listening to what he had to say. H was right, he should have done that. Maybe not taken her with him because she had school but totally warned her about his leave. She didn’t know if it would change anything but still she had a right to know.
It was nice to be held in his arms. He was surprisingly warm and seemed to be really worried about her care. It was a nice change. She didn’t have to wait long for her other, maybe the most important question to be answered. So he’s been in The States. And it was too far for the mark to alarm him about what was going on with her. Alright, she could understand that. If he could sense her, he would be there for her, right? She wanted to believe it. She really did. But living in his mansion? Lisa opened her eyes finally and pulled away a little to look at him. It would be nice but she didn’t think something like that could happen to her again. No one really wanted to hurt her. And what your life meant if you couldn’t risk something? And Lisa didn’t really want to go there everyday after classes. Besides she usually spent the night at Liam’s place sneaking out of the castle under the cover of her cat fur.
And what else she needed to know? Ah yes, the assignment he had for her. She had to blink again when he told her she didn’t need to worry about it yet. But she understood when he continued. She remained silent and just nodded not really wanting to know who or what the dog was. Jack kissed the top of her head and made Lisa smile with that. She didn’t really like when people do that but it was nice to get kissed on the forehead this time. A girl nodded again as he asked her if she was friends with Petra, his adopted daughter. Yes, she was friends with her. They even shared dorm. And he had to mention that house again. "I’m sorry Jack. I usually go to my boyfriend’s place after school. I practically live there now." A cheeky smile appeared on her face. • • • • • • TAGS: Jack WORDS: 580? LYRICS: Where peaceful waters flow by Chris de Burgh OUTFIT: here NOTES: none CREDITS: lisathecat of CAUTION 2.0!

Jack smirked as he looked down at Lisa. To be honest with himself he hadn't really expected her to take him up on his offer. He had mearly hoped that she would. He knew that if she had he would have been able to get Petra to come back to the house, and then he would be able to spend time at home without going mad due to the pressing silence of the empty mansion. He would just continue to stay in his office at the school for the tim being, but there was still the issue of protecting the girl.
He took a step back from her, and he held out his hand. Black smoke appeared in his hand and began to form a solid object. It became a small black box that sat in the palm of his hand. He held it out to her. "In this box is a simple silver ring. Should you ever find yourself in danger just put it on, and it will act as a potkey, and take you directly to my partner. Only use it in an emergency don't worry about her being upset. If you give her an excuse to hurt someon or cause chaos she will be overly excited. It is the only other protection I can offer you."
He looked around the vault at the treasure that the girl now had. "If you so choose I am quite sure that you have more than enough money here to get your own place, but if you preffer your boyfriends thats okay to. I'll be sure to treat him better than I did the last one should I ever run into him." A mischevous smile spread accross his face as he remembered the boy he had made believe that he had been pleasuring a horse. The boy had transfered to durmstrang shortly afterwards.

It's getting hard to find a place to go, Where peaceful waters flow• • • • • •Lisa loved Liam will all her heart. He became the love of her life just after two meetings. And who said that love at first sight never happens? He was the right guy she knew that. He was the very first one she returned feelings for. Before they got together Lisa thought that love doesn’t exist. He was the reason she understood she was mistaken. He was the reason she had changed her outlook and lifestyle. She turned from an arrogant, selfish little bitch into loving young woman. She realized she loved her closest family and friends. She started to study harder to get better grades. She became nicer and didn’t have so much hatred in heart as before. Liam really had melted an ice around her heart and opened eyes at many things. Lisa was grateful for that. She became a better person even though she still was a pure Slytherin deep inside and showed it occasionally. She still was power-hungry, could be evil and selfish. She still like showing off, she still believes other are envious of her and thinks that reputation is everything. Their engagement was a huge move and Lisa really wanted to move to his place on her seventeenth birthday when in wizarding world she was going to come of age. She didn’t want to live with her parents anymore, especially with her father that highly disapproved her relationship with Liam. She didn’t do it just yet because that would mean leaving her younger brother, Darin alone with those liking only pureblood Slytherins stricts. And Darin’s girlfriend was pureblooded but a Hufflepuff – the one of two Hufflepuffs that Lisa didn’t have anything against. Yes, Bailey was Jake Blackwell’s sister and Jake was her friend so Lisa made an exception for her. And other Hufflepuff was of course Dominique Weasley that Lisa surprisingly got along with.
Lisa saw a smirk on Jack’s face and it made her sure he wasn’t surprised she denied his offer. But it wasn’t like she didn’t appreciate that, no. She would just not feel good apart with her boyfriend or to be more precise fiancé. A girl looked at man’s hand as he stepped back and held it out. She saw that black smoke few times in the past so she wasn’t very amazed of the look. Finally a small little box stood formed in his hand. She tilted her head wondering what it was. She took it when he held it out for her. She watched it for a second before he spoke up and her unspoken question was answered. Lisa smiled at Jack grateful that he really cared. She remained silent for a while yet, just thought thank you.
A teen put a box into her coat’s pocket and watched her teacher with no words. He spoke up again and everything would be alright if he didn’t mention one of her exes that he had met. Her smile turned into a frown. Jacob or Jake how she called him was a very first boy that dumped her. Because of what? Fear for that very man before her. None of her ex boyfriends ever broke up with her. She was the one that always left boys for other ones. She always had the last word. But that incident with Jack putting a spell on them changed everything and in result Jake changed school again. "It was a horrible thing you had done then." Lisa said finally and it reflected her thoughts. "But it was nothing serious like this one, so please, treat him well as you said." • • • • • • TAGS: Jack WORDS: 606?
