Bad Intentions (Sethos)

Jack sat behind the counter in Borgin and Burkes, as a hundred different thoughts ran through his mind. He had alot to think over with everything that had been going on in his life at the moment. He had only just returned from the states after having been called back by the senate to solve a problem. America was a mess and had many problems that he himself would have to fix, but he would be unable to do so until he had britain in a state he felt comfortable leaving it in for a while.

For this to work he would have to gain the trust of the ministry and the people before he could even consider leaving. Then he would also have to ensure that there were those to carry on his underground work. Some one who would truly put the fear into the country, and cause the wizarding community to call for him to return to help. This would all have to be rushed. He had just sent his father to the portrait in his mothers room to inform her that she would have to lay low for a while.

His plans would make things easier for her, but she would not be able to be seen. He would also need someone who would be able to go to her and find out what it is that she needs done without informing any of her death eaters or anyone else that she was still the one in charge. It was for this reason that his eyes kept going to the portrait that normaly held Gellert Grindelwald in it, but now only showed a stone wall. He had sent Gellert to speak with Zhen Ji so that she could send someone worthy of the job.

Jack turned from the portrait to a large stack of papers. With a small flick of his wand the papers disappeared. He had sent them to his personal assistant though he normaly preffered to do all the paper work himself. It was then that he heard someone clear their throat. He looked up to see Gellert back in his portrait. "She has sent Sethos to come and speak with you, but he has no idea of anything. He does not even know that you and Zhen work together sir." Jack smirked. "That will work out perfectly thankyou very much Gellert."

He had been lounging in his recently claimed mansion that was located right in the center of London, where it was muggles that owned the streets. He was most interested in the muggle thugs here. Some of them were just too foolish for words, though others had potential. Those others knew about him, and that gave the man a sensasional idea. Marge the two worlds together, muggle and wizard alike, make them all aware of each side, make them turn against eachother, that'd be a bonus, and a focus in his mind. He'd love that. A world that two words shared, tearing eachother apart in panic and fear, and they would never have guessed it was him. That was the only downside. He was pondering how he could and would be blamed for such an act. All had been reasonably peaceful since he'd left Azkaban this time. People were anticipating that his escape would only cause more murders, tortures and fear. But even when he did nothing, they were still waiting for him do start again. They became weak when they expected what they knew. They knew very little.

He had been perfectly at ease, drowning in his own thoughts and ideas. His people knew not to disturb him. The silence was comforting, his only friend at the moment. Belle was at work, playing her role as the sweet an innocent Physchologist. Bless. His little friend, Roula Potter, who was currently strapped to the wall in the next room, was gagged just a few minutes ago, and warned that if she made a sound, her lips would be removed from her face. She seemed to have gotten the message, because he was surrounded by nothing but calm silence. But then there was movement. He opened his eyes from daydreaming, and his pupils darted across to a figure. He glared at his unknown visitor, and went to fire a dart at them but before he could fling the sharpened dart, they spoke. Sethos dropped his newfound weapon, and listened to Zhen Ji's, or should he say, Jackie Puzzle's request. It had taken some persuasion for Sethos to agree with Zhen, but he did eventually put on his coat and escort Zhen out the house. He had decided to walk. There was no rush, for him anyway. He made it in the same night, and opened the door to Borgin and Burkes. At the moment, he was unrecognisable. He looked civilized. There was no make-up, only a pale, reasonably clean face. The scars were there, but they didn't look so horrendous without the scarlet paint. The only striking thing about his face was his eyes. No color whatsoever, his irises were a sickly white, and only his pupils remained. Dark circles lay under his eyes, lack of sleep most likely. And he wated as the door slammed shut behind him, with gritted stained teeth, and clenched gloved fists. "I cannot be summoned like some mongrel pup, little man." He spat at Jack, walking closer to him as he sat hopelessly on his desk. Riddle was lucky that Sethos hadn't lunged at him, clasping his hands around his throat. Needless to say, Sethos was rather pissed off.

Jack smirked as Sethos entered the store sensing the hostility that was about to come his way. He looked up at the man with a very calm demeaner. The harsh words effected him in no way shape or form. It was obvious that Sethos did not like or trust him, but these were things that mattered very little. With a small wave of his hand the door audibly locked itself and the shades were drawn. "Nothing against you, but a man in my position cannot be seen conversing with such a well known criminal."

A small smirk appeared on his lips for a brief moment. He sat down comfortably in his chair behind the counter. "I am pleased that you came Sethos now take a seat if you like." He gestured to the two chairs on the other side of the counter from himself. "Now I apologize for the manner in which you have been brought here, but I have little time to waist. I have asked you here because I am going to be bringing a magical clone of my mother to Azkaban, and leaving for the states. Zhen Ji tells me that you would be perfect to take on the face of the death eaters, and to help my mother get that which she wishes."

A cruel grin spread accross his face, and this time it stayed. "You see Sethos Zhen and I are partners one of us has to play the good guy to get inside the ministry. The more problems there are the more the ministry will ask of me, and the more trust I will gain. So you see I need someone who can cause true mayhem, and really get the wizarding world in a panic. So is Zhen right are you the man for the job?"
