Clarissa Grace Burns
Clarissa is a feisty and open minded woman, she’s never given a shit about what people say and never will. That being one of the reasons why Spencer found himself so attracted to the gorgeous vixen. They had a whirlwind romance and within five months, Spencer wedded her immediately. No one could criticize them, the two where young and seen no wrong, only bliss. Bliss never lasts. Their honeymoon period lasted for a few months before the bickering began. The more arguments, the more Spencer turned to alcohol for comfort. Probably the turning point in their marriage.
Never known as being violent, the day Spencer lifted his hand seemed out of the ordinary, and Clarissa didn’t have much of a reaction. How could she? Instead she shook it off, reassuring herself that it was a one time thing. Once turned into twice, and twice turned into an abusive relationship. Kudos to Clarissa for getting out when she could. She left Spencer’s sorry ass, unaware that she was one month pregnant.
The day he informed her that he was leaving for America had originally been the day she planned on telling Spencer about the baby, but held her tongue and let him leave.
The two never got divorced, never finding a reason to as both felt separation was enough.
Upon Spencer's arrival back to England the first person he visited was Clarissa, who still resided in the manor he once owned and shared with her. During his brief visit he discovered a three month old baby girl and only then was it that his wife decided to tell him about his daughter. One could only imagine the fury that Spence felt.
Arguing continuously, they seemed to be going nowhere, until Clarissa hit him with the final blow, ‘We don’t need you. Just stay away.’
Spencer made his move back to England permanent, accepting the job as chief of st.mungo’s but refusing to let Clarissa’s words stand in the way. Yes, he still loves his estranged wife but they’ve still got a lot of anger between them which might or mightn’t ever be resolved. But his primary concern is being able to get access to his daughter.
Pretty much the plot I’ve gotten together so far. I just need someone to take up the role. I imagined Clarissa being a muggleborn and the opposite of spence. She’d be twenty-four and a play-by suggestion would be Rachel mcadams but feel free to choose your own. We can start the plot from the start or where I finished off, it doesn’t matter much to me. C’mon and claim her, I need a major plot!
