It had been a long night of partying for Ayden. She had just made her way back to the castle at half past 1 in the morning, drunk as a duck and in need of some food in her stomach. It was this that sent her wandering mindlessly down into the dungeons, towards the portrait with the pear. She giggled when she tickled it, having never understood the point of a tickleish pear, and stepped through the doorway into the kitchen. All the house elves were sleeping, being that it was so late, but that didn't matter much to Ayden. She wandered farther in to the room, in search of anything that caught her desire.
After a few minutes of looking, Ayden finally found a pear like the tickleish one on the portrait. She attempted to stifle a laugh as she tried to tickle it, but failed to control herself when she found that this pear was not tickleish. She bit into it, growing tired of looking at it, and glanced around at the now awake house elves. "Oh, hello little mops." She said, talking crazy due to the alcohol in her system. She smiled innocently and walked over to a secluded bench, munching on her pear the whole time. Alisha had not been around the school in a while. She was a little hungry and it was late at night. She had skipped dinner to write her paper while the library was open, but now she regretted that. She slipped on some slippers, and headed down to the common room in her pajamas and slipped out of the common room silently. She sighed and walked down the hall and to the stairs. It was so peaceful in the halls, so quiet. She smiled lightly as she began to decent the stairs and made it to the dungeons in a few minutes.
She always loved the house elves, and they were always happy to make her something in return for her kindness. She smiled at the thought and came to the door with the pear on it. She reached out and tickled it lightly and as it quivered from the tickling, the door opened silently and she walked in.
The house elves looked at her, tired stares on their faces, but still happy to see her. They were awake though? That was not quite normal for them. She stepped out of the hallway that was in front of the door to the kitchen and looked around to see a girl sitting on a bench against the wall munching on a pear. She smiled lightly and waved lightly at the girl. "Good evening," she said quietly. Sure, Alisha Summit was shy, but she wasn't going to let a chance to make a friend go. She wondered just what kind of girl this gal was and wondered what she was doing down here, as she slipped over to the counter and the elves began to make her her favorite treat: apple crisp.

Sneaking out at night. This was not something that Bonnie did. But she had taken a fairly late run, and had been left incredibly hungry at the most inconvenient time of the night. Of course, she had tried to go to sleep, but she couldn't stop thinking about the left-overs that were probably stored down in the kitchens at that very moment. Pumpkin pasties, chicken legs, soft rolls, all things that she had scarfed down for dinner were just waiting for her a few levels down. So after hours of deliberating, she had finally hoisted herself out of bed, put on her darkest clothes, and left the Gryffindor common room.
She had almost been caught twice on her way down there, but fortunately the prefect she had encountered had decided to "look the other way" and allow her continue her journey for food--on the condition that she brought him back a sandwich. However, she finally reached the dungeon and found the stupid still-life that blocked the entrance to the kitchen. She wasn't sure how she knew what she was supposed to do, it was something she'd overheard an older kid mention in passing once in her third year. But it had stuck with her all this time, and she quickly tickled the pear to gain entrance into the wonderful food emporium.
It was surprising that the house-elves were awake at this time of night, and they scrambled towards her with plates full of food. "How did you know that I was coming down here?" She asked putting her hands on her hip and looking at one elf. The elf shook his head and pointed to the corner where a blonde girl sat eating a pear and looking mildly intoxicated. Bonnie knew the girl was either in her year, or the year behind, but wasn't sure she had really ever spoken to her. The other girl she hadn't noticed immediately stood a few feet away from the blonde. Bonnie knew that girl was in her brothers' year, he might have even fancied her at one moment in time. "Err...hello..." she said cautiously so as not to startle the girls. She hadn't expected a meeting on her midnight snack run.

Ayden took another bite of her pear, tossing aside the core into the trash as she chewed and swallowed. Just as she was about to get up and look for something else to eat, a girl came waltzing into the kitchen. "Good evening." The girl said as the house elves began to scurry around and prepare her a treat. "Hello madamoiselle." Ayden replied, slurring as she used the French word for a girl. She had been taught French as a child and was fluent in it, but that didn't matter as her pronunciation was horrible while drunk. Ayden sat back down on the bench, unable to remember what she had gotten up for. She watched as the girl took the plate of apple crisp from a house elf and began to munch on it. She smiled stupidly, wondering how lovely an apple crisp would taste. She had't had one in a while, and was now starting to crave one. Not enough to actually eat one, but a craving nonetheless. Ayden stood up and walked over to the fridge, taking out a bowl of chocolate pudding and a spoon. She began to eat it as yet another girl walked into the kitchen through the portrait of a fruit bowl. "Well, this sure is interesting. Are we having a midnight snacky snack party?" Ayden asked as she took another bite of her pudding, a drunken smile on her face as she swallowed the tasty chocolatey treat.[/blockquote] Words 256 Tags Vic and Caroline Credits Caution 2.o for the graphics Outfit hereNotessorry it's so short :x

Alisha looked as another girl walked in and flashed her a warm smile. She did not want to come off as one of the mean people that were down here to torment the poor house elves. She looked over at the other girl in the blue skirt that was now walking towards the counter. She asked if they were having a 'snacky snack' party and alisha then realized that the girl was drunk. She could smell the alcohol on her breath and sighed lightly. Another party she has missed out on. She turned to the new girl and smiled. "Hello there. She looked over at the other girl as well, making the two of them included in her introduction.
"I'm Alisha... it seems that we are having a snacky snack party... I'm asking for Apple Crisp. Would you two like some?" she looked over at them both just to include them. She wasn't quite sure what to say to the drunk girl, nor to the quiet one that just walked in.
(ooc: ugh. so short, but i'm running out the door! sorry it took so long!)
