Another day , another smile (Jake)

Bailey hadn't seen her brother for a few days and she missed her older irritating brother who she simply adored and looked up to.He was one of the few slytherins she didn't fear but he had his temper and sometimes it was scary to see him furious.She smiled and tugged on her shirt and wondered what he was doing and if he would have time for her today.

Hey big brother .. do you have time to see me today? i miss you and well i want to hang out with you again ..hope your not too busy chasing girls again and i hope that you will come see me again

She wrote a quick letter and attached it a tiny little owl that she had with her as company today.It was a small and completely black owl that she named angel.She watched as it flew away and she hoped that her brother would get the note.she needed for her brother to get the note ,she needed to talk to him about their new history teacher.She was worried and frightened of what could happen to her if she angered the professor.

She tried to forget that she had an evil professor and just be happy because that would make Jake happy too.She somehow always felt the need to keep her siblings happy.She wanted to be her best for them as well as her parents.She pushed some of her hair behind her ear and looked around a bit as she waited for an answer from her brother.She had her birthday coming up this month and she wondered what she would get as presents.

She hoped that she would get some new dresses and maybe some sweets, oh how she adored candy and sweet desserts.She licked her lower-lip and walked deeper in the corridor.

Oh how much Jake didn’t want to go back to Hogwarts this year. He would much rather prefer staying at home or taking a job. He didn’t want to deal with girls this year. He didn’t want to see his ‘best friend’ again. Vince was a piece of shit in Jake’s opinion since he like stole his ex-girlfriend. And they had a fight before the term started. Jake had to move out from the dorm they shared. He would not handle living in one room with that traitor and bustard. Ah how much he hated him for treating Carina that bad after he saw them kissing one last time for farewell. He called her a bitch and it boiled blood in Jake’s veins. Unbelievable how simple friendship can turn into hatred.

Sitting on the edge of the balcony the astronomy tower had Jake didn’t expect anyone coming there or calling him. And how surprised he had become when some black owl hooed above his head. He took fright of that hoo hoo sound and jumped where he sat. Unfortunately for him the floor there was slippy. And Jake slid with his butt down and nearly fell off the astronomy tower. If not his quick reaction he would most likely kill himself. He caught the edge of the stone block with one hand and hang there. Fortunately he was strong, and strong enough to lift himself on one hand so he could get back on the floor. As he got there he let out a breath of relief looking at the cold stone floor. Oh jeez it was close. He stood up and looked at the hooing owl or rather glared at her. He grabbed in by its legs roughly. "I nearly died because of you, you filthy bird!" he looked the enveloped attached to one of the legs of the owl. "What you got there." he said and untied the letter. He tore the envelope and let bits and pieces of it fly away with the wind. Opening the letter he recognized Bailey writing character immediately. oh how lovely. His sister nearly made him die. But he wasn’t going to tell her that. She would take it to heart.

Jake read the letter quickly. Well, there was not much to read. Yeah, tell her where to meet when he didn’t have anything to write with himself. He let the owl go and didn’t care for her anymore. He decided just to go back to his new dorm and maybe reply to his sister. But going through the corridors he spotted her. He walked over to her from behind and covered her eyes with his hands. "Guess who, dwarf."

Wandering a bit more ,Bailey lost herself in the hallway and wondered what would happen if she got detention with Mr Greyback, she was certain that it wouldn't be anything good.she licked her bottom-lip a bit worriedly and walked lost in her own thoughts when suddenly someone covered her eyes and called her a dwarf.She frowned and pouted a bit at that comment "I'm not a dwarf jakey ...ah i know its you as you re the only one who calls me a dwarf" she said with a smile and turned and gave her big brother a nice loving hug.

"how have you been ? i haven't had any time with you lately? did i do something to make you angry " she asked softly and worried about it.She looked around a bit and then at Jake and wondered what he was thinking of."I'm glad you and thess made up now , we should have a family inner " she licked her bottom-lip and looked around a bit more.She tucked some of her hair behind her ears and looked at the ceiling."did you hear that Demetri greyback is the new history of magic professor " she said softly and licked her lips again.

Her uniform was a bit wrinkled at the moment so she took the time to smooth it down a bit."ah i meet a boy ,but he is in slytherin but he is sooo cuuuute "she cooed and looked at the ceiling and had a small daydream about Darin green ,the boy she met in the kitchen a few nights ago.

Jake always had time for his little sister when they were younger. He loved her to death and would do anything for her if it made her happy. Bailey was the cutest thing he had ever been given. She was so innocent and loving that there was no way not to love her. She was a doll and sometimes he wished she could stay her current age forever. If he ever decided to have children he would like his daughter to be like Bee-Bee. Bee-Bee – Jake liked calling his sister like that. It suited her. You could take her two names or just first and last and you would understand his point of view. Bailey Brianna Blackwell.

Young Blackwell smiled because his sister immediately knew it was him. She turned and gave him a hug. He hugged her back and kissed the top of her head. "Really? I thought everyone call you a dwarf, Bee-Bee. It suits you as you can’t believe it." he rubbed her shoulder lightly. He had no time for her lately and it was very nice to meet her that very day as he needed to smile.

How has he been? Well, life kicked his ass, karma got to him finally. Or it was what he thought. But he had no heart to lay everything on Bailey. She was too sensitive in his opinion and he knew she loved him and would be bother herself about it. He didn’t want to dwell on his problems. It wasn’t the time and place for that. "Had better but it’s cool now, love. And I’m sorry I had no time for you, tot. You didn’t do anything to make me angry. I wasn’t angry at you but at myself, cutiepie." he told her keeping for himself what that was what made him angry. Normally he had no secret to keep away from her but he couldn’t tell her what he’d done to Therese. As Thess could forgive him he was sure Bailey wouldn’t. He knew that Therese was a sister she had never been given before and she needed her now since she was growing up. "I’m glad too. We should’ve never argued like that." Jake smiled to Bailey. He didn’t know what he would do if he lost her. She was the one and only thing that kept him alive. He always felt the need to protect her from the evil world they lived in. He wanted to be there for her when she was in need. "WHAT?!" he asked loudly not wanting to believe it. How the hell could that bustard teach at Hogwarts?! "Who does let things like that happen?! You didn’t sign up for his classes, did you?" he stared at Bailey worriedly. If he ever touched his sister...! AH!

Jake raised a brow as Bailey mentioned a boy. A BOY?! Ah Jake didn’t like when she hang out with those beside him. He knew how they could be, he was one of them at last. He did not want her to be hurt by some jerk, especially not some stupid Slytherin. Those were the worst. "No no no, don’t tell me about it. I don’t wanna hear that my little Bee likes some Slytherin." he rubbed his temples and cooled down a bit. "Who is he?" he asked way calmer.

Bailey had always been the kind of person that worried about others and their feelings.She hated it when her brother was feeling sadness or other unhappy feelings and as a child she had always followed him around like a little puppy.She licked her bottom-lip and wondered what would happen if Jake knew that she was friends with a gryffindor, she assumed it wouldn't be well.

"why do you always call me bee-bee ..it sounds like a puppy name " she pouted cutely and hugged onto her brother more as she felt he needed that.She could be stubborn at times but she always had the best intentions."and Dwarf doesn't suit me .."she pouted more as he rubbed her shoulder lightly.She wanted to make him smile a bit more brightly for her.

"well if it has been better for you then ..lets make things perfect again "she smiled brightly and hugged him more as it always seemed to make him smile."and also Jakey boy , i have a secret to tell you .. shh its my birthday soon " she whispered to him and smiled.She had always been attached to her brother and adored him.In her eyes he could never do anything wrong and she had no idea of what happened between him and Jake but she was glad that the two were friends again.

Bailey needed both of her siblings but she had always felt that Jake and her were the ones that were closest.Therese always had some time for her but Bailey could always tell that sometimes her innocence annoyed and frustrated Therese.She was glad to have a brother that she knew would always protect her from the bad things in life.She sighed softly as he reacted to hearing that Demetri Greyback was her new professor."Yeah ..I'm scared of being in his class but i love history of magic,I was kinda running a bit late but Roxy saved my ass from detention..He isn't going to hurt her is he? i don't want Roxy hurt because of me " she said softly and looked at her brother worried.

Bailey blushed as she told her brother about Darin ,The sweet but lazy slytherin boy she had met and started to like."oh okey i wont tell you about him then " she smiled a bit more brightly and licked her lips a bit more.She had to smile as he then after cooling down asked her who he was "oh i thought you didn't want to know " she smirked and licked her bottom-lip again."ah well his name is Darin Green and he is nice but awfully lazy .. I offered to tutor him "

Jake had to laugh at Bailey’s words. Ah he just liked calling her like that. He didn’t think it was a puppy name but he didn’t care what others thought about it. He was just his little bee. He patted her shoulder and hugged her back. "Because you are like a bee. You wear black and yellow clothes, you’re very beneficial and hard-working, just like bees." he winked at her. It was lame explanation be he had no better one. She was Bee-Bee and he wouldn’t resign from calling her that nickname. "Alright dwarf. First develop than complain." he chuckled and smiled at Bailey.

Ah how much Jake liked when his sister hugged him. He knew she loved him and he was glad to have her as a sister. His little sister he could protect. He smiled some more at another hug she gave him. She was so sweet. Jake didn’t know what he would do if something bad happened to her. He would probably kill himself as he didn’t saw a reason to live anymore. He would want to be with her in better place. Bails spoke again and he looked at her interested in what secret she had to tell him. He burst out laughing as it was only her birthday. He knew about it. He had never forgotten about her birthday. And he already had present for her hidden under his bed. "I know, my sweetest thing." He lifted his sister, hugged her and put her on the window-sill so she sat there. "I’d never forget about your birthday, love." he assured her with a smile. "But you won’t get your present till that day, okay? No asking me what it is and no searching for it. Deal?"

Jake loved his sisters to death. They were the most important women in his life beside his mother. He always felt the need to be a big brother type and protect Bailey. He wanted her to stay innocent, be his little princes he could be a knight for. But there was Therese too. His other sister he had inappropriate feelings for. And what a surprise there she gave them back. Bailey was glad that they make up but if she only knew how they ended up later… ah Jake didn’t even want to think about it. "Ah… I loaf him! I swear if I only could I’d kill him!" he threatened. No, Jake wasn’t able to kill but if he ever touched his little Bee! AH! Jake would find courage to cut off his favourite package! "No worries, Roxy will be fine. From what I saw she very smart girl." Jake told his sister to comfort her a bit. She was always so worried about others. She had very good heart. He wished he was like her.

A blush on Bee’s face meant only one thing. She liked that Green boy! Grr… Jake scared every other boy who tried to get closer to his sister. But maybe he could give Darin a chance. "Alright I wanna know. Tell me something about him." When he heard the name of the boy he couldn’t believe at first. Darin Green? GREEN?! Ah he must have been Lisa’s sister. He would have to ask his friend what her brother is like. "Oh shit!" he paused and covered his mouth after he swore. "Um… sorry about that. I know his sister… um… better than it’s polite to mention. I’m gonna ask her about him." he nodded more to himself than anyone else. "Yes, Lisa will be helpful with that. And that’s good you offered to tutor him. But Bails, be careful with him. I don’t want you to be hurt. I hate see you crying, you know that." he looked at her with serious face. "Don’t let him trick you. Do you understand me?"

Bailey loved hearing her brother laugh and it was great to have this brotherly and sisterly moment.She missed those for a long time now and well Jake was her brother and the only boy that she could speak to without blushing to the shade of a tomato.She smiled as he said she was like a bee and well she didn't mind hearing it.She often found herself admiring her brother for his talent and kindness.She always known he was nice to her and he had always been so much fun to be around,especially when they were kids and played all kinds of fun games like hide and seek. she pouted as he called her a dwarf again."i am not a dwarf , I'm just not the tallest girl in the school"she huffed and crossed her arms in a stubborn and sulky manner before she wrapped her arms around him and hugged him close to her , she needed her big brother in her life for advice and all other things.

The hug was something Bailey would cherish as he lately had been to busy for them.She always would love her siblings and family and gave him a sweet peck on the cheek."i love you big brother and i will always love and adore my big dorky brother " she smiled playfully before ruffling his hair and messing it up.She smiled as he laughed when he found out about the secret.He put her up on the window sill.She sat there and looked at her big brother."aww ..but i can get a hint right? please pretty please " she sighed softly and looked at him with pleading puppy eyes.

Bailey always felt safe with her big brother ,she felt like she could always be protected by him.She loved Jake with all her heart and there was nothing she wouldn't do for him and she had a feeling that it was a mutual feeling."i don't want you to kill someone for me , but i want to be safe but I'm glad Roxy helped me but i am worried about her ..he isn't a kind person and he scares me so much " she sighed softly and rested her chin in her soft hands."i hope she will be okay and yeah she is clever ,very good at pranking " she smiled a bit more brightly at the thought of Peeves in a tie-dye pattern.

Her cheeks were a rosy red as she kept thinking about Darin and his soft sweet lips.She just hoped that Jake wouldn't be mad at her for liking Darin.He seemed to scare other boys who wanted to hang out with her but she couldn't understand why.She told her about him before he reacted.She bit on her bottom-lip a bit nervously and looked at her brother before he said he knew his sister quite well."oh really? how do you know her? and I'm sure that Darin wouldn't hurt me but I'm happy that you want to protect me" She leaned in and kissed his forehead."he wont trick me .. and i hope you get someone too soon " she smiled sweetly.

If Jake lost sense of humor and there was only one person that could make him laugh he knew it would be Bailey. She was so sweet with everything she did. He loved her so much and liked spending time with her. If it made her happy he would leave other things and be with her to make her smile. He saw her pout and it made him chuckle. "Aww you are for me you are. But okay I will stop if it makes you feel good." she hugged him and it was another thing he liked about her. Yes, he liked when she hugged him. She was his little sister and the sweetest thing in the world. And as much as Jake didn’t like cute things as much he wouldn’t replace her for anything in the world.

"I know you love me, dear. I love you too and it will never change." he smiled at her. "But I’m not dorky even though you fooled me." he winked at her. "I behave like a little kid around you." he laughed at himself. It was huge that Jake was able to laugh at himself. Not many people could do that. She asked about her present again and he shook his head. "No, your little tricks won’t work this time. You have to wait, dear." ah he couldn’t stand her puppy dog eyes. "Okay okay, it’s big and a bit heavy." he breathed and nodded hoping she won’t dwell on it anymore.

"You don’t want that but I would do that if it was needed. You know I would do anything for you. But don’t you dare taking advantage of it." he winked at her. He knew she was too good hearted to use him and his love. "If he ever give you detention or tell you something what could hurt you, just tell me. And if it’s needed go to Dominique." yes, Jake believed that that pretty girl who became a school nurse this year had a hard hand on things and would help his little Bee.

Ah Jake saw Bailey dreaming about Lisa’s brother. He had to keep himself from getting angry. He didn’t like boys chasing her. But he wanted her to be happy and she liked that Darin. Maybe he could ignore that this time. His cheeks turned red when Bails asked him about Lisa. "Um… we dated for a while." he scratched the back of his head. He didn’t want her to know what they really did. She was too innocent and sweet for that. She leaned in and kissed his forehead. It must look funny from behind but he didn’t care. "I hope so, Bailey. He better not try anything I wouldn’t like." he told her. He was ready to kick Darin’s ass anytime. No one messes up with his sisters! "Err… Bails. I don’t need any relationship as for now."

The time she got to spend with her older brother were always the best times she had.She thought about the times her brother would sing for her when they were younger, she missed hearing his songs but she knew that when he wanted to ,then he would sing for her again."good..ah you always make me happy " she smiled a bit more brightly and hugged him tighter to her.He was to her the best brother in the whole world.

"oh i didn't know that you loved me so muuuuuch big brother "she smiled playfully and nudged her brother."yes you are and you are a kid ...still "she smirked a bit before ruffling his hair again and made his hair a bit more messy."ah aww... come on you know you cant say no to my adorable puppy eyes " she made her bottom-lip tremble a bit as she pouted.A bright smile found its way to her face as he gave her two clues."hmm what big and heavy ..Don't tell me its grandmas butt "she joked with a smile and a soft sweet laughter.

"you are not to hurt anyone because of me .. I'm not Helena of troy and no wars are needed in my name .. And i love you for being such a great brother..and i would never take advantage of you like that "she sighed softly as he reminded her of who her new professor was."yes ..i will and i promise ..Ah yes Dom is very nice and i will go to her if possible "

Jake face seemed to having different expressions and Bailey thought she saw signs of anger in his eyes but Jake would never be angry and not tell her."oh okey ..you and Darin's sister dated .. I'm sorry it didn't work out for you two " she hugged her brother again after kissing his forehead."he wouldn't do anything bad to me " she smiled softly and licked her lips as they were a bit dry at the moment.He said he didn't need a relationship at the moment but she knew that he was lonely , it was only reasonable that he would get lonely after his and Carina's break up.
