They weren’t in Hogwarts anymore, it wasn’t just the two of them, and they couldn’t just decide to break-up whenever they couldn’t be bothered. Now that Sophia and their unborn child was involved, things where different and a lot more complicated, they couldn’t give up so easily. It was defiantly a sign, months of trying to get pregnant and just when things got rough, she was pregnant, they had to stay together, it just wouldn’t be right otherwise. Alec couldn’t imagine life without Milly, she was the reason he awoke in the mornings, she gave him strength to cope and continue, to stay sane. Without her, his life meant very little. Being with Shiloh was a mistake, one he would always regret, no doubt about it. Now Alec realized, he only needed one woman in his life, the one he had been with for nine years and the one he would hopefully be with for many more years. For things to become better, first they had to become worse, Violet would always tell him, and she was right.
Needing something was completely different than wanting something. Wanting, you could life without it. Needing, you had to have it or life would have no purpose, like air, food, water. Alec needed Milly. He refused to live without her, he refused to continue a life so meaningless. It was true when they said you’re nothing without the thing you love the most, this week he had felt as if he had sank from the top to the lowest point he could ever feel. It startled him that his life could turn from perfect to an utter disaster, with only a few words. Intertwining his fingers with hers, he looked at her with his grey eyes, listening to her words.
Alec couldn’t believe it. How could a woman be so serious but so sexy at the same time? His heart was on the verge of exploding, it raced against his chest like a beating drum. “I promise you now, that you’re the only woman I need and always will be. I will never stray from your side again.” The words where filled with nothing but sincerity and love. Cupping her chin, he brought his lips to meet hers and kissed her passionately, radiating the love he felt for his wife. Breaking the kiss, he gazed at her, “Never doubt my love for you.”

Milly couldn't believe it. She really couldn't believe that she was prgnant again. This was just so amazing for her. A new adventure for her life. Milly remembered how exciting it was when she first help Sophia in her arms. She couldn't wait to feel those same feelings when she held her new baby boy. Hopefully it would be a boy. If it was a girl she would love it that same. Milly was not only glad that she was pregnant but she was also glad that her marriage did not fall apart. Milly knew she would be nothing with Alec. Her life would practically be useless. She would not be able to love again and her heart would probably never mend. Not only that, but her lifestyle would be down the drain. Milly had no career and had no clue what she would do for money if her and Alec would ever seperate. She would have no means to support her children. She wasn't in this relationship for money, that was for sure, but the thought urked her of being on her own.
"And I promise that will never ever cheat on you either. Nor will I think of shoving my wand down your throat again," Milly said with a smile on her face as she looked at Alec. She felt his lips reach hers and she felt her heart beat a million times per second. This kiss was amazing. It was full of love and happiness. She kissed him back and radiated her love for him through the kiss.
"And you never doubt my love for you either. I will always love you for my entire life. My heart belongs with you, Alec Lott," Milly said in a soft voice, placing a hand on his chest where his heart was. She smiled a loving little smile that could light up the room. Milly leaned in a placed another kiss on his lips before wrapping her arms around his necks and pulling his body against hers. She missed him so much. She missed having him next to her and she missed the fun they would have late at night in their bed.
