It had been his first week back to the beloved castle that he loved to call his second home, but he returned under watchful eyes and with a bag filled with Wolfsbane potion for the next 2 months. Artimis life had changed big time, but not for the better in his eyes. He was cursed now. Forever to live his life with the slowly healing bite on his shoulder, that would become a scar at some point, and the infection it ensnared within his body, calling him out into a beast like state during a full moon. Yes, Arty was now a werewolf, but a very popular one at that.
No, no one knew he was a werewolf, and he was destined to keep it that way, but Artimis was looked upon as a highly respected, and quite charming student at Hogwarts. He had many friends, and with that many ex-girlfriends, though he did care for each on he dated, unlike Grimm who would just date at random, and then leave them high and dry. He use to love the lifestyle, and now he hated it. Inside him was this paranoia implanted deep within his mind, always afraid he would slip up at the wrong time and then his secret would be out. Thankful to him though, he had only slipped up twice so far, once growling in front of a girl he met when he was angry, and picking up his best friend off the ground just by his shirt.
Arty was changing, and for those who knew him the best, the could see it clearly, though not place a cause. His once short hair was now long and shaggy, falling over his ears and into his eyes. His face was now gruff, though more like five o' clock shadow and not full on bearded. His face had lost color, turning from a nice tan to a more mellowed white, and his nails were constantly growing, causing him to develop a habit of biting them off (which was what he was doing now.)
He passed up the stairs and through the halls of the seventh floor corridor, fingernail in mouth as his teeth chewed it off slowly. It was a nasty habit indeed, but it was better than clawing someone by accident. It ripped loose softly, and he spat out the nail, looking down a bit at his hand to see if he had missed one on his other fingers, but no, no mistakes.
Arty needed to get away for a bit, just needed to find some place to relax before everyone came back up from dinner and he had to force the fake smile back across his lips. He turned here and there, discovering new twists and turns that weren't in the hall moments before. Next thing he knew he was passing down the same corridor twice. He continued to walk, still searching for a place to go, and then when he hit the corridor again, a grand oak door appeared out of know where. Curiosity hit the boy hard, and he trotted over to the door. His rough hands touched the wood softly. It was real, which meant there must be something on the other side!
Without hesitation, Arty gave a little push at the door and it swung open, revealing a well lit room. The room was filled with couches and chairs, little bookshelves full of books and magazines, and in the corner a bed. He chuckled a bit about the bed. He didn't ask to spend the night there, just a placed to stay for a bit. That's when it hit him. This was the Room of Requirement. The room that Grimm had told him about during his constant escapades outside the castle at night. Arty rolled his eyes and stepped inside closing the door behind him.
He instantly made his way over to a couch, sitting down on it soft leather cushion. It felt like heaven to him. With a big grin on his face, he lifted his feet and planted them on the small coffee table that sat in front of him closing his eyes gently. His smile disappeared though as his new ears picked up the soft click of the door, and his eyes pried themselves open to see who was stepping through at the last moment.

Alisha had spent many hours in the Library that she had skipped dinner. She was sick and tired of all the classes she was taking, but she knew that she had to push for the gold when it came to good grades and being the top of the class. She was trying so hard to be the best she could be for her father. Since she owed him everything. She wanted to become a professor. Possibly at a University for Wizards and Witches, but she could be something else. The future was still kind of a blur to her, but her father assured her that she would go far in the world if she just put the effort into her own success. And boy, was she ever. She grabbed her six books for classes and checked them out with the librarian. She thanked her and draped her book bag over her shoulder and headed out. She had no idea where she was going, but where ever her feet took her was normally a good place to be. She smiled lightly as she nodded to a few of the paintings that waved to her and smiled at her book load. She turned the corner and headed down the hall and up the stairs. Her feet were on a mission and she was happy to just go along for the ride. When she rounded another corner, she found that her feet stopped at the middle of a wall and she turned towards it. She thought for a moment and then closed her eyes. She heard the bricks turn and scrape and she looked to see a big door in front of her. She smiled and pushed it open with her hip. She walked in and saw that it was all ready set up as some cozy study hall and she stopped her thoughts and looked around. There was a bot sitting in the corner, resting, it seemed and she smiled. She walked over and stood at the other end of the couch. "Hey... Mind if I join you?" --- what? outfit (minus the ugly mutt) words? 360

In the passing moments that ensued from the door opening, and the figure becoming clear to his eyes, Artimis wished that the figure would stop, see him, give a few words of apology, and then turn and walk away. The image played out in his mind and he smiled a bit about it all. He didn't mean to be rude, but he needed his peace a quiet to collect his thoughts before he went back to the common room to be ensnared into another group of people and their life stories (which weren't really stories, but rather fictional humor).
But as he started to think a bit more, maybe the company wouldn't hurt. He had been reclusive a bit more than usual lately, though only for others safety. This could provide him with some relief of that paranoia that had sunk its way back into the base of his skull.
Time grasped him again, and his thoughts cleared as the figure transformed into the figure of a girl, then details came into play (brown hair, book bag), and then a face. He chuckled for a moment and dismissed all the thoughts he had once possessed. It was just a girl, and a rather cute one at that. Better than Grimm stumbling in with one of his so-called 'Hot Dates'.
The girl made her way over to the other end of the couch, the seemingly heavy book bag swinging at her hip. He turned his attention to her as he voice filled the cushioned air. "Oh no! Not at all." He told her with a smile, though it bore a hint of wildness that was growing deep within his body. "Need me to help you with those books?" Arty's feet came off the table and planted themselves on the floor, his muscles twitching slightly awaiting the command to help the girl if she answered yes.

She was quite surprised that he did not mind her company. She smiled at him and shook her head when he got at the ready to help her with the books. "Oh, I am quite all right. This is a small load compared to what I am normally used to," she stated. She set the six thick books on the floor and took off her back and set it next to them. She plopped down on the couch and kicked up her Vans* covered feet on the table. "Oh gods... it feels nice to just sit," she stated. Sure, she had done her sitting at the Library, but that was on a hard bench, and the couches he thought up in this room were the kind that you sank into and never wanted to get out of. She turned her head, resting against the back of the couch and looked at him, smiling brightly. "I'm Alisha Summit.." she held out a hand to him for a hand shake. She was excited that she was meeting someone new, and they did not mind her being in here. But as she looked at him, she couldn't help but think that he was pretty cute. She was going to blush, but kept it back, knowing that he would see. But she wondered what he was doing here all by himself. Maybe he was one of the people that skipped dinner like her... maybe they had something in common: escaping people. --- *the shoes: here

The muscles in his legs relaxed back into their place as the girls words of denial for the help rang out in the air. At least he had tried right? His back relaxed, causing him to recline back onto the couch like he once had been. "Alright." he told her with a soft smile, watching as she took the thick books and the bag and set them on the floor by the edge of the table like he would of done, but Arty rarely studied. It was shocking really, he made excellent grades, though he wasn't top of the class probably like her. She was either that, or just someone who needed a lot of help in her work.
His throat produced a soft chuckle as she sat down and kicked her own feet up onto the table, starting how good it felt to sit down. He placed his own feet back on the table and spoke again. "Well that is why I made this room." He said with another chuckle, flashing her a quick smile. He wondered what she was doing here. She looked as if she had just come back from the library after a heavily loaded study session. What on Earth could she be doing up here in the Room of Requirement?
About the time the thought crossed Artimis' mind, the girl spoke up holding out a hand for him to grasp/shake. So her name was Alisha? Pretty name, though a lot of girl's names was pretty to him, especially cute one's. His own rough hand grasped her's gently, giving a little shake. "Artimis Young." He said plainly, flashing another one of his smiles towards her.
His hand came down and away from here, finding it back to his leg and resting softly on top of it. A moment of silence passed between the two, and then Arty spoke up, tying not the let the atmosphere thicken and go stale. "So what brings you up here?"

Alisha sat for a moment and just took a deep breath and when she exhaled she let her body just relax and sink into the couch. It had been a rough week with mid terms and now she was getting a head start this weekend so her week would not be as stressful as this last one had been. She shook his hand and then got his name. It definitely suited him well. He looked like an Artimis. There had been another Artemis in the school, but he had disappeared one night and never returned. Alisha had not thought about it, but Victoria Harker was the last one to see him... and something was just... different about that lady. She couldn't quite put her finger on it, but there was something more to her than met the eye.
She heard him ask what brought her up here and she turned her head and smiled at him. "Well... I just left the library after studies, and I just let my feet take me where they wanted to go... Sometimes they know where better to go than I do. So it's nice to just go with the flow and carry on." she smiled at him again. "It may sound silly, but I've run into some of the best people I've ever met by just following my feet..."
After saying it out loud, she really realized how cool it was... She had met some of the coolest people she could ever meet this way and her out-going personality side just loved it all the more. She looked back over at Artimis. "Maybe they led me to you this time."

A glimpse of silence passed between the two of them, giving enough time for Artimis to get wrapped up in the warm tranquility of his thoughts once again, something he was very fond of, especially during class. He had heard the rumors of the boy that disappeared randomly one day in the woods, or something to that effect. He felt rather odd about it, since their names were similar, Arty's spelled with an I and the other boy's an e. Most had forgotten about him, though Arty heard occasional rumors from time to time, but just like he was doing now, he dismissed the thoughts and rumors to the back of his skull.
Her words cut through the silence, and his soft, but wild, blue eyes made their way back over to her, giving her his attention. She spoke about how her feet made their way through the halls by themselves, her mind not giving them a location. It was rather neat actually, and kinda made him think of old muggle cartoons now seeing the image of the Road Runner running away from the Coyote. This sent a chill down his spine, and he thought of the image for a moment. He was the Coyote, always would be, always had to be.
A few more words poured from her mouth, and he wanted to thank her, his mind now dismissing the images he had produced. He chuckled a bit and smiled. "Oh no! It sounds pretty neat. Wish I had feet that moved on their own. Might make to class at a decent time for once." He gave a grin and chuckled a bit at the joke, though it was pretty lame.
Another moment of silence and then she spoke up, giving him a smile as she said maybe they led her to him. Keeping up his popular image, he gave her a rather bashful smile and chuckled. "Maybe they did?" And with that he gave her a little wink and then turned himself a bit on th couch, angling his body to where he could see her comfortably without hurting his neck.

She smiled at him, hearing that he did not think that it was weird at all and that he wished he had feet that could do that for him: he might make it to class on time. She nodded lightly and then looked down at her shoes for a moment. It was almost a talent that her feet seemed to know where to go by habit. Of course she had been to the room of requirement many times, even though so many people could not find it. She took another deep breath and then looked at him when he said that maybe they did and winked. Was he flirting? She laughed lightly and turned towards him just as he had done to her, but then kicked off her shoes and sat criss-cross on the couch her back against the arm rest. "You're silly, but.... silly is good." she giggled lightly.
She was glad that she had gone this way: letting her feet do the work and then they ran her into someone that she really did enjoy. Sure... it had been only a matter of minutes that they had been around each other, but she felt really rather comfortable around him. And when she found people like that and felt like that right off the bat... well... that meant that they would know each other for a long time. It had happened with her friend Mei Lee in France, and now she was certain that it would happen here. She gave him another smile, "So! Why don't you tell me a little about yourself, Artimis?" she took off her hat and brushed her hair back into a pony tail and tied it up with her hair band that was around her wrist.

Arty's soft blue eyes followed her's as she looked down at her shoes for a moment, wondering what she was thinking about, though the thought quickly passed as a smile broke out on her face as he eyes locked back onto his. One of the many things his father had taught him over their summer escapades was to always maintain eye contact when you were talking. You'd earn more respect that way, and it held true with Arty's ever increasing popularity.
Her voice became audible in the air as she spoke, causing another smile to splash across his face as she giggled. "Well I'm glad silly is good, cause I don't know what I'd do if it wasn't." He grinned a bit goofy like before chuckling himself, his grin returning to a soft smile. His eyes tracked her as she kicked off her own shoes, turning and sitting indian style on the couch, smiling still at him.
Alisha's question struck him awkwardly, and he tried his best to hide his hesitation. Oh well you see I'm a werewolf!, the scene played in his mind with him telling her that and her running in fear of her life. Okay, he could be exaggerating a bit, but he knew werewolves weren't exactly welcomed with open arms in the Magical Community. It was only good that the Ministeress, Mrs. Weasley, had gotten rid of the old Werewolf tracking books or else he wouldn't be here right now without having to fill in files in triplicate.
"Well," He began, swallowing his paranoia, "I'm a Seventh year Gryffindor. I love quidditch and music, and I suck at potions." He chuckled at the last bit finding the irony in it all. "What about yourself?"

She listened to him and when she asked him, she had noticed that it seemed to strike him as out of left field. She did not mean to be so random, she just was making conversation. Especially since she could tell that there was something more to this guy than she could see right now. She was really interested in getting to know him more and she hoped that they could stay friends... maybe more. She almost blushed at the though, but kept it at bay as he described a little bit about himself and she smiled at him as he spoke. He was good at keeping eye contact. She both loved that and felt like she could do without it at the same time. But in this case, she loved it. He said he was a seventh year in Gryffindor and that he liked music but was horrible with potions. She chuckled with him and then perked up as he asked her to tell him about herself.
"Well... I love music and school. And I could help you with potions, if you would like. I just seem to understand that stuff," she grinned. "And as far as other things... hmm... I'm an only child with just my father around for me to care for... I have a large farm at home with a dozen horses.... Umm..." she trailed off. She was not sure what else to say. But she glanced to the side and saw her books. "Oh! I love to study too!" she laughed brightly with a large smile.

Another glimpse of silence passed between the two before she spoke about herself. He chuckled a bit, trying to hid the nervous feelings that were settling down his spine at that moment. Surely to Merlin he wasn't going crazy, but yet that little parasite called paranoia was settling it's way in the base of his skull once again, causing the once dimmed feelings of nervousness to come ablaze once more, creeping up his spine like a snake around a tree.
Finally she spoke, after what seemed to him like forever (which was only a millisecond.) His ears kinda perked up as she said she would help him with potions. Maybe just maybe she could help him with the Wolfsbane Potion he needed so badly to take every few nights, and as he thought about it now, his supply was running low for the month. He knew he couldn't do it, simply cause he wasn't in that class anymore. Maybe he could make something up and avoid questioning? He nodded here and there as she spoke, returning smiles and glances, then laughed a bit at the end with her.
"I can see that." Artimis said, referring to the studying and the books that were laying in a neat pile on the ground. He perked up a bit and looked back at her. "Would you really be willing to help me with my Potions?" He asked, hoping the answer was yes in one way, and no in another due to the paranoia still settling in his mind.

It seemed to Alisha that they both had some questions on their mind, and she could see that he had a pressing matter on his list as top priority. She wondered what it was, but she assumed that he would tell her sooner than later. And it was definatly soon. As soon as he laughed at the large pile of books on the floor, he asked her if she would help him with his potions. She smiled brightly and nodded enthusiasticly. "For sure! Which ones are you having the most trouble on?"
For some reason, a lot of people struggled with potions. And she did not think that it was the way Professor Barker was teaching, it was just that some of them did not se the importance of the potions later on in life. Maybe that wasn't his case, but she did want to know why he was struggling and then she could help him from there. Alisha's smiled as the idea of becoming the next potions professor made her want that goal more than ever. And who knew? Maybe whatvhe needed help with would change her and get her there... But for now she needed to focus on him and his immediate needs with potions.
(Ooc: sorry its kind of short, I'm in class and don't have much time.)

With another moment of silence between them, Arty's mind started to slip back into its paranoid state. What if she wouldn't help him with the potions? He'd end up running out eventually and would most likely be forced to leave the school if he couldn't get the necessary things for his 'disease'. Then again what if she did help? How was he going to cover up the fact of him being a werewolf when he asked specifically for the Wolfsbane potion? His mind started to try and form a quick plan around all that, trying to give a reason why he needed it.
The thoughts slipped away as Alisha answered his question with an enthusiastic nod of the head. He brought a grin to his face, but only for a moment when she spilled out what potion he needed help with. He cleared his throat nervously, trying to make it look like he was ashamed he didn't know the material in the first place. "Well for starters there's the Polyjuice Potion," Polyjuice Potion? Nice one Arty. "which we don't have to make completely, just prep it and thats rather difficult for me." He gave a sly chuckle then continued. "And then there's the Wolfsbane potion," His heart skipped a few beats as he spoke the word, but neither his face nor his voice showed the emotion, "Which is in part a dual assignment for Defense and Potions, and I can't seem to get it at all."
His mind sped quickly, already practicing its ancient prayers, hoping that she would by the little white lies. She was a cute girl, and a very smart one at that. He didn't need to mess this up.

Alisha wondered what potions were going to be hard for him. He seemed like he could understand most of them, but she did understand that there were the select few potions that she had trouble with when she was younger. She looked over at him and heard him clear his throat and smiled at her. She wondered what was so hard about saying which potions he needed help with. But when she heard them, she could understand why those two.
"Well... With Polyjuice potions... You have to make sure that the Lacewing flies have to be stewed for twenty one days in order for the potion to work... She swung her feet over the edge of the couch and pulled out some parchment and her quill. She wrote down the ingredients and smiled up at him. "And for Wolfsbane... Hmmm..." she thought for a moment, tapping the feather against her lips. "That one is easier made than told..." she closed her eyes and wished for the supplies and a cauldron and when she opened her eyes, there was a table set up with all the supplies lied out on the table and a cauldron over a flame. "Ha! How about we just make it, Artimis?" she asked him, standing up and stepping gracefully over her books.
When she arrived at the table, she looked over at him and then thought for a moment as to why he would need to know about the Wolfsbane potion... but then again, she wasn't one to ask. She just remembered that she was never assigned that in class...

Arty sat there and listened as Alisha went over the Polyjuice Potion. He had made the damned thing before, and knew quite well how to do it, but seeing that she was buying that he knew she would buy the Wolfsbane part as well. His soft blue eyes flickered over to her as she pulled out a quill and a piece of parchment, scratching down a list of ingredients. He gave nods and smiles, trying to act interested in the whole ordeal so he wouldn't blow his cover.
His eyes watched as she taped the feather end against her lips, giving the impression that she was deep in thought over the Wolfsbane potion. She told him it was easier made than told and she closed her eyes for a moment. His nose wrinkled a bit as he wondered what she was doing, then came a few crunching sounds and a little thud and he turned his attention to the table, seeing a well sized cauldron and ingredients needed for the potion on the table. He chuckled softly, the looked over at her as she smiled enthusiastically once again, saying that they should make it.
"Sounds like a plan." He said, watching as she stepped gracefully over her books and sat in front of the table. He joined her instantly, sitting beside her on his knees, eager to get this done. She hadn't asked a word about why he needed it and it put all his paranoia to ease. "So what's first?"He asked, rather eagerly and almost as enthusiastically as she had been.
