Stuck on this Dysfunction "mowmmy wets goes ouwtsiwde!" the two year old protested as she tugged on the bottom of her mothers dark jeas right above were the black boots stopped. "Sweetie its cold outside, and snowy, you don't want to go out there." Diana Keller, nee Diana Black, told her little girl as she swooped her up in her arms as they stood at the door of the great hall, she knew this was a conversation she had already lost. Diana was a sucker for her daughter, and all Lizzie had to do was put on that pouty face and Diana would do absolutely anything for her, so right then and there Diana just gave up as she looked at the two year old who was giving her those big blue pleading eyes that got to her every time. "OK. you win."
Right then the girl burst into giggles as she clapped her hands together. "but not so fast, you have to put on something warmer." Dropping down to one knee Diana placed her one year old who was in a black sun dress, in front of her tapping her shoulder with her wand changing her clothes into a pair of jeans, little white boots, a red shirt and a white jacket. "there now we can go." Lizzie didn't even protest, she never did. All she did was reached up to her mom waiting for her to pick her up.
many people wondered why Diana Keller had a baby so young, only being sixteen now, putting her at fourteen when her baby was born, but it was simple. When you had a stepfather like hers it was kinda the obvious, even though all of the people whom knew about Elizabeth believed it was her boyfriends kid, but he was shipped off so he wans' tin her life. It was a white lie, but it kept her and Liz safe from the cruel words of the students and the danger of her step father finding them.
Walking out onto the grounds, Diana felt the snow crinkle under her feet before she came to a open area that no one was occupying. She sat down on the grass letting her daughter run off playing in the snow, not before placing a magically boundary around the Small area were she couldn't run off, just to be safe. So with a smile on her face Diana just watched the two year old run around picking up snow and throwing git in the air being just as innocent as she really was.
ooc- that sucks but hey its two am so thats why

Samuel Christopher Aubrey Pierce in spite of trying very hard, was finding it difficult to focus on the parchments that lay in front of him. In the past month, his entire life had turned upside down. Never in his wildest dreams, had he imagined to discover his father in the front page of a newspaper, that too being incriminated as a rapist. It was not as if Joseph Turpin didn’t deserve such a treatment, but.. Samuel did not know what to think. Joseph Turpin was no more a father than a sperm donor; Aubrey Hudson was much more a father to him. When his mother came to know of her rapist’s identity, she’d said in precisely three words how she felt. ‘I don’t care.’ Marina Pierce had turned her worst nightmare into something useful, helping other victims such as herself to overcome their trauma. She’d lost her life as she’d known, lost her boyfriend-nearly her fiancé, her family over the incident; and had it not been for her best friends, she’d have probably ended her life. Aubrey Hudson was married to Marina’s bestest friend, Gillian as soon as they finished their tenure at the medical school. Due to an unfortunate incident, Gillian expired within a couple of years of her marriage. Since then, Marina and Aubrey, had always been there for each other, and only lately did his mother encourage Aubrey’s attentions, romantically.
As for him, he didn’t like being the center of attention, but no matter what, the Turpins shouldn’t have done what they did so publically, without even giving a thought about their daughter. Samuel had seen what damage this entire ordeal had caused his half-sister, Jocelyn. She was right in her own way to hate him, but he couldn’t say the same. He’d been keeping a watch on her, but that was rather unsuccessful. It hurt to see her so shattered, although he didn’t know why. When he told his mother about it, she had just embraced him, and told him to tell Jocelyn that she would always be welcome at their house. Sam hadn’t really relayed the message, of course, why would Jocelyn want to meet the woman who was indirectly related to all the chaos in her life?
Finally, shaking his head off these thoughts, Sam donned his coat, a muffler, and wore his gloves, as he stepped into his winter boots. Soon, he walked towards the grounds to clear his head, so that he might be able to concentrate on his work next time. What he didn’t expect was, to be greeted by a very excited and happy two year-old. “Sammy! Sammy!” the pretty two-year old, Lizzie Keller called out in greeting. Sam couldn’t help but grin at this little girl. He promptly picked up her up, and hoisted up in the air, and played with her, until she giggled. He then placed her back on his hips, as she put her arms around him. Samuel kissed her cheek as he asked her, “Where is that pretty sister of yours, Lizzie?” As if on cue, when he raised his eyes, Diana Keller stood there. Samuel smiled at her. To be truthful, he was quite attracted to her. But being shy, and completely detached to the fairer sex in matters other than friendship, he never acted on those feelings. Of course, he would have bolted from the scene, had it not been for three things, the snow, the toddler, and Diana herself. He didn’t know what was it about Diana, that made him stay and not run away. Lizzie and Diana shared the same blue eyes which drew out to him, Lizzie’s more innocent and happy, and Diana’s… he couldn’t comprehend the look in her eyes…. It seemed shut off, somewhat troubled, but Sam had a feeling that she was hiding away many things within her. Something within Sam made him want to uncover all the secrets of this mysterious Diana Keller. Looking at her, “Hello, Diana,” said he politely, as he would normally greet someone.

Stuck on this Dysfunction Elizabeth had always been a happy child in the eyes of her mother. She ran around, with a smile on her face not letting anything in the world bring her down. Not even seeing her mother cried seemed to bring down the child's mood. She would just sit there and kiss her mothers cheek smiling at her until the girl stopped the output of tears and looked back at her with a smile on her face. Diana' had never really understood how in the world her daughter had developed such a happy persona, not when she came from two parents who weren't the best of people. Diana a shy, concealed girl who stayed quiet about everything, and a father who was a forty year old rapist whom took advantage of his own stepdaughter for eleven years.... Diana would have never guessed that her daughter would have came out like she did, but somehow God had allowed her to be literately a bundle of joy.
Diana hadn't even noticed her daughter run off and into the arms of a man whom actually held a part of Diana's heart. Samuel Piece, who she had a bad habit about calling Sammy, since the first time Liz had called him that when they met. There was something about the dark haired boy that always interested the girl. Something that allowed herself to actually become close to in a since, and a person whom she allowed her daughter to become close to, even though he only knew her as her sister, just as the rest of her friends did. But when she heard the loud giggle, yell that came from Liz's lips, Diana found herself on her feet and in front of the two in a matter of seconds. Her eyes perched on her daughters face who was giggling for the longest moment as Sam spoke, bringing a bright red blush to her cheeks as the words beautiful came from his lips. See Diana was never the one to call herself beautiful, basically because of how she grew up, and how she was treated she believed that she was no longer beautiful, there was no way that she could be beautiful with a soul as scarred as hers.
But the blush didn't last long because she knew she couldn't allow him to see her blush, so she quickly rubbed her eyes covering her face for a moment letting the blush go away before looking up at him with a bright smile plastered on her cherry red lips. "Sammy!" she said with a grin before stepping up and giving him a light peck on the cheek. "Looks like you found Lizzie, I swear that kid has more energy than anyone else I have ever seen in my entire life, but you know what the funny thing is." Diana paused as she watched Liz lay her head on Samuels shoulder before locking her eyes on Di's face as she watched her speak. "She hasn't stopped asking about you since the last time we all came out here and had that snow ball fight. Your the first person she has ever talked about, so feel special." The sixteen year old said as playfully tickled her daughter...What a mistake that was.
The next thing she knew Lizzie was giggling and burying her face into Sam's shoulder and the two words she for once in her life didn't wish to hear slipped from her lips. "Mowwmy stop!" the two year old said very loudly and clearly threw the giggles. That there killed every movement that Diana had. Her whole body just froze as she starred at the two, her eyes wide, her mouth slightly open. That didn't just happen... It couldn't have happened... All Diana knew was she was frozen there like a Popsicle starring at her giggling daughter and the man holding her close to his side... A very bad feeling rushed over her and her gut told her this was about to get ugly, just as it always did.
