- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Isabella Swan felt nothing, saw nothing, and barley heard anything that was going on around her. She wasn’t sure how much time had been going by, all she knew was that with each thump of her heart another second was flying by. She didn’t know what to do anymore. All she wanted to do was scream, cry, break things. She was filled to the brim with anger and sadness and she didn’t know what to do with all of it. So, she ran all the way from the Black Lake down to the Shrieking Shack. The place was as horrible as can be…but she knew that the odds of running into somebody else there were slim to none.
She had been there since Axel had told her the news. She didn’t want to just apperate herself out of the situation. Then she would be to awake to feel her heart breaking in her chest. So instead, she listened to what he had to say, said some words of her own…and before he could say much else…she took off. First she ran to the Common Room to change her clothes. She didn’t care who was there at the time, nor did she really notice any of them either. Then she conjured up a map on where to go from the center of Hogsmade and took off running. She ran down the moving staircases (which is actually quite difficult) and out the front doors, knocking into some first years in the process.
After finally getting to the shack, she took out her wand and muttered a simple spell on the upstairs room that took away all of the dirt and dust and put a huge soft couch in the middle of the room against the wall so that she could watch the door as well as look out the widow. She lay on the couch and watched as the light outside grew dimmer and dimmer. Finally, it was probably dinner time in the castle. Although Bella wasn’t hungry. Not at all, in fact, she felt kinda sick.
Her eyes were sore and puffy, and her entire body ached form the force of her crying. She couldn’t possibly believe that Axel had gotten Lily Potter pregnant, and then asked Bella out without telling her that little secret. It was just wrong of him and she honestly though that their friendship was stronger than that. She believed that Axel would tell her anything and everything and yet…there she saw him. With a busted lip and a bruised body when he told her that James Potter beat him up for knocking up his little sister. She felt more alone then she had before…when she had attempted suicide and she sighed. Wishing her sister would come and find her but knowing she wouldn’t have any idea since Bella wasn’t in danger.
She rested her head back on the couch and closed her tired eyes. The shack was actually quite warm and that made her smile because she didn’t dress to be warm. She crossed her bare legs and felt her cold skin overlapping it other in the process and shivered, undoing the motion. She heard the door creak open and sat up quickly, getting a good grip on her wand. She creept down the stairs slowly and looked over the staircase, aimed her wand and said: “Stupify!” the cruse shooting from the tip of her wand sending the poor kid flying into the dusty old sofa in the other room.

When Scorpius had heard that Bella had engaged herself in a relationship with Axel, a 7th year Gryffindor, he couldn’t have helped grown a bit jealous. Most were aware that Scorpius favoured everything gorgeous and female, but a certain liking had developed for Bella. That explained his jealousy, which he of course would never admit, but he was also surprised; he hadn’t expected Bella to be in a relationship and didn’t understand her tactics. Relationships involved commitment, and Scorpius found this to be a burden he preferred not to carry.
Obviously Scorpius wasn’t aware that Bella and Axel were having some sort of disagreement or he would have been smirking victoriously everywhere he went. He, oddly, found the need to have a repeat of his time with Bella in the Slytherin common room but that of course wasn’t going to happen if Bella was dating someone. It had taken him a while to decide that he would find a way to sleep with her again and he wanted to prove to Bella that relationships were stupid and that she couldn’t last without giving into temptation. It was well known that the Slytherin was determined and that when he set his mind on something, he would go to ends meet to get what he wanted.
Scorpius stared at himself through the mirror in his common room as the usual arrogant smirk began to form upon his lips – it was clear that he loved what he saw. Grabbing his wand and sticking it inside his jean pocket, he sauntered out of the castle and made his way to Hogsmeade. His eyes wandered farther down towards the Shrieking Shack; he hadn’t visited that disgusting place since he had had an argument with a future alliance and hadn’t planned on going back. Still, he found himself pacing towards the Shack with nothing better to do. When entering, he could detect the faint sound of someone stepping down the stairs, and Scorpius rose in eyebrow in question. Turning towards the staircase, his eyes rested upon a familiar face who gripped their wand as if prepared to curse him. Realizing that it was Bella, he pulled out his wand steadily; he wasn’t about to hex the girl he wanted. He pointed the end of his wand towards himself and muttered “Protego” as a transparent shield covered himself.
“Stupify!” A light whipped from her wand, hitting the clear shield that surrounded him and bouncing right off. “What the hell are you doing?” He growled, irritated – he wasn’t perturbed because of her deciding to curse him. It was simply because of him feeling invidious towards the Gryffindor who may or may not have been screwing the girl he had found himself fantasizing about. It didn’t help that his eyes seemed to favour moving down to her bare legs.
He made his way up the stairs, moving past her and sitting lazily upon the random couch that was in the room. He wouldn’t hide the fact that he was feeling covetous towards her and that fact shone clearly in his grey eyes.
“Bella, why am I hearing rumours that you are dating Axel Wynn? You can’t tell me you love him, and your sex life with him can’t be at all amazing.” He asked, the resentment towards the situation out in the open. It wasn’t as if his accusations made much sense considering he wasn’t with Bella, but he could care less seeing as he continued to stare at her vindictively. He wasn’t even sure if she had had sex with Axel, but he secretly hoped that she told him that it wasn’t amazing so he could mock her about it. This, most likely, wouldn’t occur because he assumed she knew he would ridicule her for it. [/color]

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - It took Isabella about a minute to recognize the face of the person whom she had just attempted to curse. Scorpius Malfoy?! What in God’s name was that boy doing at the Shrieking Shack in the first place? She watched as the spell deflected off of him and scowled a little at him. Of course he would think of a way to protect himself.
Although she couldn’t help but wonder why he didn’t attack her first, she was a bit upset with herself for not thinking of the wizard using a protection spell. She almost laughed as he growled the words at her, instead a small smile crossed her lips, stepping out of his way as he moved up the stairs.
She knew his eyes had most likely already scanned over her entire body, but she wasn’t really phased by it. Everyone in school knew that Scorpius favored everything female, including her. Although she wasn’t about to go down that path again. For one, she still loved Axel, even if he did rip her heart out of her chest and set it on fire. As well as the fact that after giving Malfoy her virginity, she hadn’t seen him again until he decided to play hero and save her from killing herself. Then, she hadn’t seen him until…now.
Following him to the only room in the shack and leaning against the door frame, Isabella frowned at him as he spoke, completely ignoring his question that he had growled at her before. She was just happy he didn’t notice her puffy eyes because he would surly make fun of her for that. She thought about what to say to him so that he wouldn’t twist her words around while also wondering why he resented the situation. It was clear by his voice that he wasn’t happy with the idea of her dating someone.
Taking a deep breath she said, “The reason you’re hearing that is because it’s true, and I do love him.” only answering the first part of his sentence and ignoring the slight shake to her voice. She thought about simply not answering the second part, but knowing Scorpius, he would just jump to conclusions anyway, so she sat across from him on top of a wooden table and crosses her arms under her chest. “And my sex life is none of your business.” she said a bit upset with him for deciding now to take interest in her.
