*'Cause I'm not the sorta guy,Who's gonna just sit there and cry.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Dougie felt ... relaxed for the first time in Janurary. Strolling, he found, helped him sort his thoughts out, which he most definatley needed. The death of Alyssa had, he once had thought, been his fault. It partly was, but he was not all to blame. Realising this made him a hell of a lot happier. Being a mindreader once again made Dougie more scared and withdrawn from his usual self. He remembered painfully what he had once heard what his grandfather had said to his mother and father, "You don't wan' Dougie bein' one o' those ... those ... tings! They mindreaders can do bad tings, aye tey can." Upon learing more, he was told he could not only read most peoples minds, but put thoughts into someones head and more or less control that person. He couldn't take it. He had to get it out of him. "I don't want to be a mindreader anymore Granddad!" He heard his sobbed words ringing in his ears. "I do bad things and it hurts!" "Aye, my wee 'un, but you hae tae put up wee it! Unless ..." The rest was a blur. A physically painful blur. His Grandfather hired someone to help get mindreading out of his system, but it was a slow and painful process. 'Grit yer teeth and bear it, me lad!' His Grandfathers comforting words bounced back and fourth in Dougies' head. When it had completely got out of his system, Dougie overheard the hired man talking to his family, saying since he'd been born with the power, it probably would come back in the years to come. "And here it is. Back again." Dougie muttered to himself, but surprisingly, he wasn't welling up. He smiled, and he felt numb. In a good way. He stopped, in no specific spot, and layed in the grass, looking up a the clouds. He, however relaxed, wished he was one of the clouds, floating effortlessly, breaking off and joining with other clouds. It would make his life so much easier. He kept on smiling, maintaning his pose, wishing he could stay there and look up at the clouds forever, meaning he'd eternally feel relaxed and not ashamed of who he was, or what he had done to other people. *WORDS, 390 ! *STATUS, Finished ! *TAG, Kelsey LeBlanc ! *OUTFIT, It'll come! *CREDIT, THIS AMAZING THREAD TEMPLATE IS MADE BY CC! Kelsey LeBlanc was an unusual character. She had had a rough life, and it was just the beginning. No seventeen year old should have to go through what Kelsey had gone through in her life so far. Hell no person should have to go through what Kelsey has gone through. Her mother hated her, her father was only fond of her, oh and she was a horcrux for Bellatrix Lestrange. Yes, that is right, a bloody horcrux. She had always known that there was something special about her. She was always different. Lately her energy had been drained and she was sore with headaches. Then her father finally told her that she was a horcrux. Kelsey was still shocked about it all. She hadn't even told her husband, James, yet. She was scared of what he would do or think. She hadn't even told him that she was feeling sick.
Kelsey had needed some air. She was tired of being stuck in her room crying and scared to face the world. No one knew, except her father, mother and Bellatrix, about the fact that she was a horcrux and she wanted to keep it that way. So, in order to clear her head, Kelsey decided to take a walk outside. As she stepped outside, Kelsey could feel the cold winter air hit her body. It was relaxing, though Kelsey really did hate winter. She tugged her scarf and jacket around her more tightly as she walked around the grounds. Not many students were on the grounds, but her eyes did land on someone quite familiar. It was Dougie. Dougie was about her only Gryffindor friends, besides her husband James, and the odd occasional hello friends. Needing some human interaction, Kelsey placed a smile on her face and walked over to him.
"Hey Dougie! What brings you out in the cold? And why are you laying in the frost covered grass? Its like below zero out!" Kelsey said, smiling and laughing a little bit. It was nearing February now and Kelsey found in pretty odd that he was laying in the grass that was covered in frost.

*'Cause I'm not the sorta guy,Who's gonna just sit there and cry.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -A few footsteps which most certainly were not his own pounded sound into Dougie's ears, then he heard a rather familiar female voice speak. "Hey Dougie! What brings you out in the cold? And why are you laying in the frost covered grass? Its like below zero out!"Dougie looked up and saw Kelsey. A smile spread slowly on to his lips. He thought he needed to be alone, but Kelsey was fun and zany, and that was the spark Dougie needed at that particular moment. "Hello Kelsey," He smiled, "Oh, the usual. Just ... thinking." He laughed a bit as he paused. "I'm always just thinking." "Its like below zero out!" "Is it?" Dougie's tone held both shock yet amusment, "Doesn't feel like that to me." He sat up fully, as his neck was aching and it was rude for him to sit there while Kelsey spoke to him. When he was still, hegave a cheeky smile at the girl. "Now that I have answered your question, I'm asking you. What are you doing out here? Apparently, it's cold." Then he laughed. He flicked his eyes to the ground, as he usually did with people. Looking up at the girl would cause him to read her mind, which wouldn't spell out good news. Besides, she didn't deserve it. No-one did yet he still did what he did. He wasn't sure if Kelsey even knew what he was, what powers he possed. In fact, he hoped she didn't. He hated people knowing. He never knew how'd they'd react. He tried just ignoring the power, and for a bit that seemed to work, so he returned his gaze towards Kelsey. "So, how are you? I've not seen you in a while." He spoke, breaking a silence which Dougie thought he'd made somewhat awkward from looking at her, then away, then back to her again. *WORDS, Three Thirty ! *STATUS, Finished ! *TAG, Kelsey LeBlanc ! *OUTFIT, If you CLICKKKK *CREDIT, THIS AMAZING THREAD TEMPLATE IS MADE BY CC! Have you ever met one person who seems to always have the bad luck? Well, compared to Kelsey, that person would be lucky. Kelsey always seemed to be in some sort of bad luck every time anyone saw her. Whether it be tripping, slipping, being a horcrux, family issues, or being raped, Kelsey had experienced it all. Kelsey had been raped right before she found out she was a horcrux. It was one of the main reasons why she stayed in bed and cried so much now. Jack Lestrange, a professor at Hogwarts, gave the girl detention and used that time alone to rape the poor seventeen year old girl. Traumatizing was too small of a word to describe the experience for Kelsey. It was a whole bunch of emotions wrapped into one damaging package for Kelsey.
"Well aren't we just Mr. Thinks a lot. You are soon going to shatter my thinking record!" Kelsey said in a fake shocked tone, ending it with a little laugh. That was the one good thing about Dougie. No matter how much she was hurting on the inside, he could always make her laugh on the outside. That is what she loved about having a friend like him.
"I needed some air. I've been thinking too much so I thought a nice walk would clear my head," Kelsey said, her voice becoming more serious than it was before. Kelsey always found comfort in her little walks outside, especially in the winter. The cold frosty air seemed to not only numb her fingers but all of her feelings and thoughts seemed to numb as well. That brief hour she had when she went for a walk seemed to always be her happiest because she couldn't feel a thing.
"Oh I've been okay, you know the usual. Just getting adjusted to all the new things happening. I know i haven't seen you in awhile either! Where have you been hiding and how are you?" Kelsey said, lying about how she was doing. Kelsey was worst than her usual. She was a complete train wreck on the inside. It was like her insides did not want her to be happy, but her outsides forced her to be happy for appearances. Hopefully, maybe some day, her outsides and her insides would get along and work as one.

"Well aren't we just Mr. Thinks a lot. You are soon going to shatter my thinking record!" Dougie smiled a strained smile. This was not normal; Normal would be Doug laughing. But he didn't. "I needed some air. I've been thinking too much so I thought a nice walk would clear my head," Dougie sighed. Sometimes he thought he was alone with problems but, no. He certainly wasn't. "I wish I was a bubble." Dougie said suddenly, managing to say it aloud. Yes it was to make Kelsey laugh but, he wish he was a bubble. A carefree bubble blowing in the wind, ready to pop at any time. That, or a cloud or something just as useless. He blushed, "Um, did I just say that out loud?" "Oh I've been okay, you know the usual. Just getting adjusted to all the new things happening. I know i haven't seen you in awhile either! Where have you been hiding and how are you?" "Been around. With um, with Peyton. My ... new girlfriend. I've also been ... um ... I'm, um .... Kels. Do ... do you think she can keep a secret?" He stared at her, his eyes full of hope.
