Ding ding ding
The bell at the Leaky Cauldron went as Adriana stepped threw the front door. Peopel where being loud. A drunk man in the corner was aruging wiht the bar tender, and the smell of alcohol lingered in the air. Oh how she lloved this. See lately Adriana had become a regular here. HEr and the bartender had become good friends. Definetly seeing that Travis was one of her family friends.He was almost like a big brother too her.
smiling Adriana made her way threw the people in the place taking a seat at the bar infront of the bartender. A empty seat on both sides of her. Just how she liked it where possibly some guy would sit next to her and supply her with drinks. Just how she liked it. Free drinks and well a temporary flirt. Taking her hands adriana pulled on her pony tail causing it to tighten.Then straightening the two strands dthat where down on her face. She looked stunning today. She had on a black strapless dress on with a white jacket on top, and almost like white snowboots with her black socks peaking over the top of them.. Stunning as she had been told already twice by since she sat down.
As Adriana smiled she looked at the bartender. "the usual." she said with a soft smile as he made a class of fire whiskey appear infront of her. Sighing she took a small swollow before sitting the glass back down infront of her. Tracing her finger over the rim of the glas. Waiting for something interesting to happen.

Liam went to the Leaky Cauldron to get something to drink for the night. It`s been too long since he had something nice to drink. The bell rang when he opened the door and walked through it. It was filled with people here today and man it was nice to see so many people here as well. He looked around at the people to see if there was anyone he knew in here. Not so far could he see a familiar face,so all he had to do now was to walk up to the counter and order something to drink for himself.
" fire whiskey please " he said to the bartender and smiled a bit. Liam leaned on the counter a bit. He wore a black leather jacket with a flannel shirt under it and some pair of jeans. The people seemed to have a good time in here tonight,some guys where armwrestling,he wondered who would win because they seemed to be pretty strong the both of them. He grabbed the glas with fire whiskey and took a sip from it. Now he had to find a place to seat down and enjoy his drink. He saw a girl sitting alone,pretty beautiful as well was she.
He walked over to her and put on a charming smile for her. " hey there gorgeous..is this seat taken ?" he asked her and smiled some more. Man she was hot,she looked great. He looked at her and hoped for a positive answer so he could sit down here and not find a seat next to an older woman who might wanted to touch a little too much on him. He sipped the drink some more and loved the taste of the drink too. He looked at the girl a little extra as she had caught his eyes.

Adriana sat there leaning against the bar clinking her black heels together thinking about the old days when she use to watch the Wizard of Oz. A very corny movie, but one of her favorites. Sitting there with her finger running over the rim of her glass she just sighed as she started to debate whether or not to night would be any fun or not. She really hadn't had fun since her last break up, besides the countless nights she found herself in Blaze Dolohov's dorm room, or him in hers...But that wasn't important now, Blaze hadn't really been around lately, and well she was starting to get lonely in life, yet again.
Placing the rim of the cup in between her parted pale pink lips she took a swallow of the whiskey before sitting the cup down and looking at the man who had approached her side. A smile growing to her lips as she looked him head to toe as he asked if he could sit. She did an approving nod as she turned in her seat to face him. "Sure thing love. The seat is for the taken." She said with a seductive tone that naturally hinted all her words, even if she didn't want them too it just seemed to happen.
Now Adriana's night might actually turn for the better. An attractive guy now standing next to her, had to be at least her age, which was a plus, and he didn't look like a total bad boy, again a plus... She needed something different. Defiantly lately with how her life had been going. So now Adria knew she had to play this out out the fullest. |

Liam smiled as she approved of letting him taking a seat " thanks " he said and sat down next to her. " so how is your night gorgeous ?" he asked her and smiled to her some. He took a sip of the drink and looked at her some more. She looked like she was around his age and that was a good thing,liam didn`t like dating older women. He looked at her and found her even more beautiful when he sat next to her. Liam hadn`t been very lucky when it came to women,someone was just using his for sex and if he was in a relationship,which has happened only once,she totally cheated on him and broke his heart.
Liam wanted to be with someone who cared about him just as much as he could care about that special someone that belonged to him and no one else. "so it`s a good night or what ?" he asked her and smiled a little more. "by the way you look great tonight" he said and found her very sexy. Maybe he would get a good connection with her. She seemed nice a nice girl as well and she had a lovely smile.
He sipped the drink some more and thought he might needed some more of those fire whiskeys,but he didn`t mind. He bit his bottom lip a little and looked around in the place but his eyes fell back to the girl next to him. " what`s your name ?" he asked her and smiled. He wanted to know more about her,he wasn`t the best one with girls but he wasn`t the worst one either with them. She was wearing a nice perfume as well and she smelled pretty good too. He moved a little closer.

To say that Adriana had been successfully in relationships lately was an understatement. it had been over five months since she last had a boyfriend, and he just got up and left her one morning. Knocked up at that, but the stress off of him living her, and not coming back for over two months caused her to have a miscarriage. Then from there, it only seemed like guys wanted her for one thing, sex. Every single guy she had come across in the past few months, and it is really starting to bother her. She wanted to be loved for once, for something more than a sex toy. Something more than just Adriana Reed the girl, who apparently would sleep with anyone, but that so wasn't true..
Smiling as he started to talk Adriana ran her fingers threw her slightly tousled blond/brown hair. "Well I have to say love that my night just got a whole lot better." her flirt grin plastered on her lips as she took another sip of her whiskey before tilting her head to look at him once again. "And thank you, even though i have on no makeup, and a old dress." She paused taking another sip of her whiskey. "And i have to say you look quiet...Handsom yourself sir."
The whiskey was not even starting to take a affect on her, even though her glass was nearly empty. She had always been a pretty heavy drinker, even though she did get into the good mood very fast. As Adria looked over at him she felt the smile grow even more. "Adriana, call me Adria though..and what might your name bee m'dear?" She asked turning in her barstool to face the man. Liam faced her as well and smiled. " well you`re still beautiful even without the make up " he said and smiled to her and liked her even more. He sipped the drink some more and had eye contact with her. " thank you " he said to her compliment on him. " My name..it`s Liam.." he said and looked at her. She seemed to be a bit flirty but he liked that,it was easier then to make better connection with her,and it wouldn`t seem so awkward as well. Liam got more comfortable around her and relaxed more now.
He noticed that her glass started to get empty. " you want a new drink adria ?" he asked her and smiled. Liam could really be a gentleman with women,and she just gave him a chance to show that right now. He had finished his first drink yet,but then again he wasn`t planning on getting wasted tonight either,he wanted to just enjoy the drinks and talk to Adriana. "so what brings you here tonight..and to ask more..why are you here alone ?" he asked her curiously and wondered why something that pretty would be alone in a bar tonight.
To be the nice guy that Liam is he ordered her a new fire whiskey. " a fire whiskey for the beauty " he said to the bartender and smiled to her. " so i want to get to know you better adria " he said and smiled to her and kept looking at her. Taking a new sip of the drink,he heard more people coming in threw the door as the bell rang again. The bar would be filled with people tonight. Not that he mind it,he just thought what if someone else tried to hit on her as well and she would lose the interest in him.

If there was one thing she was glad Adriana had was her confidence, and flirtatious ways. She knew without them she would never be able to do it here and have a straight conversation with this guy, defiantly how good looking she found him to be. Adria knew in her earlier years she use to be horrible around guys, that was when she was in her awkward phase too. When she was aware of how pretty she truly was, oh those days were hilarious to her.
Now sitting her she couldn't help but smile at the man as he talked. He complimented her, and at the same time was being a complete well gentlemen. It was something she hadn't seen in a very long time. So with a faint blush now rushing to her cheeks she looked down as he got her another glass of fire whiskey. "Thank you Liam." She stated with her natural tone of voice as she moved her green eyes back up to his. "And, I am here alone because I have been alone for some time now Liam. And I know I can come here and the bartender Travis wont let any old creep try to kidnap me." She said that with a laugh as she took a sip of her whiskey. "And I also just keep up my hopes that a guy like you will walk by and build up the courage to sit down next to me."
Every word she just spoke was truthful. The reason she came here alone was that the hope of fading a new guy worth her time. Worth her trying to find whats deeper inside them besides the sex craving teenagers that seemed to fill her every day life, and today she was starting to believe that she had actually gotten a good one this time...Someone who could' possible end up being more than just that one night stand type of guy, if she was lucky. |

Liam had a good time here now.it`s been a while since that happened. He really like Adriana and he liked talking to her as well. They could hit it off pretty well if she wanted to do that as well. He ordered a new drink for himself as well so he had more drink from and to have a reason for sticking around and talking with her some more and he really like her company as well. She was a true sweetie and he bet she would be a lot of fun to be around too so he wouldn`t be bored at all.
He looked at her and listened to her talk. He smiled too. " yeah well that`s good i mean even i wouldn`t let some old creeps come here and hit on you " he said and smiled and sipped the drink some more. " this is fun,i really like sitting here and talk to you " he said and smiled to her and looked at her some more. She seemed to be alone and Liam wouldn`t let her be so much more alone anymore,he wanted to meet her more if she wanted that as well.
Liam wouldn`t mind dating a girl like Adriana,she seemed like someone he could be dating and have a relationship with. He needed that now,he was tired of being single and have no one to care like that about and she really got his attention tonight and for sure he wouldn`t let her get too drunk tonight,so they might ended up having a one night stand and that`s it. No,that is not what liam wants right now,now he wants to be someone`s special boy as well and feel loved and cared about.

Truth be told Adriana didn't want to rush into another relationship very quickly. She needed someone who she could get to know first, or someone she was already friends with. Adria knew all too well were relationships were you barely know the guy goes. Down hill, just like her and Ty, defiantly seeing that her and Ty barely knew each other's name when they first slept together and started dating. Truth be told, now looking back on that her and Ty were never meant to be, they were complete opposites. They had nothing in common, no wonder they went downhill so quickly. But Ty could have at least been more man about their breakup.
So with a smile she nodded, "yeah its good to have someone to talk to me. Someone who isn't hitting on me constantly. Two trying to get me drunk so they can get me in bed, or three, just thinking I am easy so they can yet again sleep with me." yeah she needed something different, but the more she thought about it the less she knew if she was ready for a relationship, defiantly with a guy she barely knew.
But if Adria did get to know Liam better, she was sure they would probably have chemistry. Hell they had to have chemistry, she could feel that right now. But Adriana, being scared of pursing anything would have to be convinced to go into another relationship. She knew she would have to be, by her friends, or by the guy himself. Adriana had to say one thing right now though, she had to keep herself slightly sober, were she wouldn't end up doing something she regretted, yet again. |
