WHEN YOU'RE AT THE END OF THE ROAD & YOU LOST ALL SENSE OF CONTROL , & your thoughts have taken their toll
, ---------------------------------------------------------------------Drakon was sitting on the window sill practically curled up. His head hurt like crazy, and he couldn't remember a thing of what had happened the night before. He woke up in one of the classrooms curled up on the table with a notebook under his head. He figured he must have fallen asleep while writing. The only problem was the foul taste in his mouth and the question what kind of wine he had drunk the night before. It had always been a bad idea for him to drink alone and he felt worse than ever. Once he started to drink a sweet red wine, it was like he was impossible to stop again. His dark eyes glanced at the essay he had finished lat at night and the slender boy yawns while stretching his arms. At least he had finished his homework and could now go down to the great hall and have some breakfast. But looking at his magical watch Drakon noticed that it was an hour ago breakfast had been – which now left the young slytherin with a roaring stomach.
He leaned head against the wall behind him and breathed fresh air from the opened window. It was a beautiful day outside, but he did not want to go out. Actually he felt quite comfortable sitting here and looking at the students who were taking their morning strolls on the grounds. Most of them had toast in their hands which they had taken with them from the breakfast table. Drakon envied them and for once wished that it could be possible for wizards to conjure food. He shivered when the wind danced in his hair. Sighing deeply Drakon glanced at the dark lake outside and smiled as he ran glove covered fingers through his dark brown hair. Wondering what people who were still sleeping were dreaming about at this hour, he changed his position, so he could sit in Indian style. But as he turned around, he made a little jump, figuring that he was not alone.

Petra had woken early that morning to of course get a head in her work. She was a early raiser and like to start her day early. She took a quick shower and did her morning routine. She took a quick glance at herself in the mirrors and decided it was the best she’s was going to look today. She wasn't the prettiest Slytherin or the ugliest. She was normal. She wasn’t like her friend Lisa who was attractive and guys like her better. She sigh and went down into the empty common rooms since no one was a awake yet. She wasn’t the typically slytherin either. She was nice, sweet, and smart. She was more suited for Hufflepuff or Ravenclaw but why did the sorting hat made a mistake and put her in Slytherin. She had no idea. The sorting hat probably saw something that made a Slytherin even through she didn’t how what.
She glance up at her watch when she heard the her house members starting to get ready for the morning they morning classes. It had been a hour of studying so she decided it was time to eat breakfast. She walk down to great hall and got her breakfast. She got some toast and a cup of orange juice since she wasn't a big fan of pumkin juice. After she finish eatting she grab and apple and headed to her frist class.
She walked down the fifth floor humming a song from one of her favorite muggle band, Muse. She tossed her apple up and down. As she walk by she notice someone sitting down. “Hi.” She said smiling.

Of Course It Was One Of Those Days To Wake Up To. You Know, one of those days where you get out of your warm snug bed and realise that, one, its freezing, and two you have a Muggle Studies Assignment due. Crap. Of Course Audrey Would be the one to forget and end up getting wasted in hogsmeade to waking up in the snow halfway to the shrieking shack and using the secret pathway to get back to hogwarts and sleep more. Now What? She would obviously get herself in trouble with this somehow.
Audrey sighed as she made her way quickly down the fifth floor hall. stupid fucking muggles. why must they have their own class that Audrey was forced into taking. she paused quickly and took a look in the large mirror in front of a hidden passage to forbidden books. As usual, she looked perfect, well in her own eyes. a small, just recognisable smile landed on her face for one second, then her plain face re-appeared. she looked down at the floor and noticed... a bottle. audrey looked around with a raised eyebrow and picked it up, making sure her skin-tight skirt did not reveal anything. Wine. Odd, how could someone get this into the school? The girl looked around once more, then sighed, throwing it against the wall, watching as the shards of glass fell like the falling snow outside, and carried on, making her way up to the door of the Muggle Studies Classroom.
Well, There Was Always Cheating. All The geeky little hufflepuffs that had no life (not all hufflepuffs were the traditional stereotyped ones) would have already handed in their assignments, which was a perfect way to get it done. how? well by duplicating the work, changing the name, and getting rid of the original. How else would it have been possible for Audrey To Get An O in her practise paper. She grinned as her small boney hand curled around the door handle, pushing it open. Audrey quickly and quietly made her way to the corner of the room, not bothering to look around. she scanned the sheets on a large oak desk until she found a pile of papers from her class. excelent! she scanned through them and found a long -looking piece. perfect! Audrey grinned evily and pulled her wand from her bra, carrying out the process she had thought of, folding the original piece in her hands and placing her work on her own desk. Suddenly, she was aware of another person in the room. Audrey's head shot up to see whom it was. A Boy She May Have Known. And A Girl A Year Younger Than Her Perhaps?'What Do You Think You're Doing in here!?' Audrey said, folding her arms. what was she doing in here would probably be the reply. either way, what point was there in speech if you couldnt use it?

WHEN YOU'RE AT THE END OF THE ROAD & YOU LOST ALL SENSE OF CONTROL , & your thoughts have taken their toll
, --------------------------------------------------------------------- Another sigh escaped his smiling lips as he now leaned his head against the cold glass – as he now closed the window, trying to make the right words for his imaginable conclusion of the essay that needed to get finished (which was at his dorm) in his head. His dark eyes looked outside for a moment and followed a group of young gryffindor girls who had just walked down the stairs and now were all heading towards the greenhouses that were located on the other side of the castle. It was not because they were practically interesting but at the moment the only thing his eyes seemed to be able to handle was just an empty stare at some random people – he was after all almost done with all of his homework and now just needed to relax. Then some other housemates joined the girls and then the whole group of second or first year gryffindor walked happily down to their next lesson.
It was not hard to recognize Audrey simply because of her wild hair colour. He loved it. There was something about it that made him drawn to her. He loved how younger students struggled with the fact that she seemed way too wild for them to not be just a bit scared of her. He had never really talked with her even though she was in his year, but he had always respected the girl – in his own way. Once again his stomach roared and he finally remembered that he had an apple in his bag. Happily the boy summoned the red apple and took a bite of it while turning his head once again as another student entered – a blond girl. “Hi,” he replied while chewing. He noticed that she had an apple as well and raised his own, “Cheers.” He said jokingly as if it was a drink he was holding and took another bite. His eyes now turned to the pink haired housemate and he leaned backwards against the glass. “I have been sleeping here. What about you?” he asked her politely.

Petra laughed a little when Drakon hold his apple and cheer. "Cheers." She joked back. "I would be asking you the same question, Audrey." She didn't know the girl quite well but heard about her from the others people. “So having fun stealing other people’s homework, Audrey? You know the only reason why your IQ is really low is because you don’t do anything but I think that’s call laziness too.” She said with a smile. She had seen her around the common room but never talk to her. Why should she? She crossed her legs and pressed her back to the chair. "but i don't think i need to explain myself to you." She smiled at the girl.
"So why didn't you sleep in the common rooms, Drakon." She asked curiously. Drakon was a cute guy but she had Trevent. Well she didn't know if he liked her anymore since he had been acting strangely all of the sudden. She felt something bad was going to happen and she wouldn’t be able to do anything about it. It killed her though since she truly did love Trevent and didn’t want another guy though they were a lot of guys at school that she could pick from. She didn’t want to pick another guy though and that was the problem. She couldn't and probably wouldn't fine another guy who was like Trevent.

Audrey listened to the boy and rolled her eyes.who in their right mind would sleep in a classrom. eughh. She looked down at the paper in her hand and listened to Petra, a rather familiar-looking girl. Audrey guessed she might have spread gossip about her before or something like that. Then, Her Jaw Dropped Five Inches.
' WELL Excuse me Riddle Darling, perhaps my IQ isnt as great as yours, but at least I dont put guys off.'
She said, reffering to the recent rumor about Petra and her other half. Audrey looked around. ' And to clarify Riddle, i am not lazy, i have a social life;' She informed the girl, sticking her nose into the air, ' Meaning im obviously not going to shut myself in that sad excuse for a common room with all those new, muggle-born Slytherins running around, to do some worthless essay on shitty muggles am I.' Her Words Were Harsh, Cold even, and they seemed to cut through all desks, and made no echo. Moving on, She looked at The Boy, whom she did not recognise, and scanned him up and down. Hot Stuff. ' Why On Earth Did You Sleep In Here??' Audrey asked, a tiny, amused smile appearing on her face. [/blockquote] BANNER!i! TRUEY @ CAUTION ! / ME... STATUS!i! DONE ! TAGGED!i! OPEN ! WHEN YOU'RE AT THE END OF THE ROAD & YOU LOST ALL SENSE OF CONTROL , & your thoughts have taken their toll
, --------------------------------------------------------------------- Drakon gave Petra a friendly smile when she cheered back and took another bite of his apple. He now turned his head to look at the pink haired girl and watched how talked. He did not want to comment or interrupt any of them, since he found it quite silly. Petra could just stay out of other people’s business, while he suddenly felt disgusted by Audrey. Did that girl really take Mugglestudies since she had to make an essay about muggles. How low could one get? Why take that filthy subject in the first place? He shook his head at both of them and lifted an eyebrow when he heard Audrey mention something about putting guys off. The way they answered each other and tried to make the best come-backs was both funny to hear and also made him realise how childish they really were. He respected people who could control their mouth and had enough respect for themselves to ignore comments like that.
But being a boy in his teenage years, Drakon of course liked to watch a cat-fight begin. Two girls fighting whether it was verbally or physically was quite hot – especially when they were as different as these two. Suddenly they turned to him and asked him why eh had slept here. The boy shrugged, “I was writing a potions essay last night and just got too much wine.” He said while running his slender fingers through his dark hair, “I didn’t know that a girl like you had mugglestudies…” he now turned to Audrey. He could not help saying that, because he had honestly thought that she had more pride than that. It was only those slytherins who had been placed in the wrong house, that took a subject like that. But even though he usually disliked people like them, his voice was still calm and a bit friendly towards this girl, because she was after all quite beautiful.

The paper crumpled in Audreys hand as the question she dreaded was asked. She had always hated muggles, thought them disgusting creatures that we too low a species for wizards. Yet, here she was, with the coldest hatred for muggles any witch could have, in Muggle Studies O class. O, by cheating her way through it to make the wish. 'A Girl Like Me...' She said quitely to herself, thinking of her father, the gangs , and the scandals shed been in before. Then, the question sprung in her mind. her large brown eyes began to water as she looked down at the crumpled paper. Quickly, she wiped the tear starters away and looked up at Drakon. 'My Mother And i Fought About Muggles The Day Before Her...' murder. she couldn't say it. the words ran through her head constantly. Should she say it the two fellow slytherins could do anything with it, affecting audrey. it had been 6 months since she had returned back to school after therapy, she would NOT go back there. 'Its None Of Your Buisness to What Classes I Take!' She told them, hoping the sudden mood change back to her normal self would leave it at that.

' WELL Excuse me Riddle Darling, perhaps my IQ isnt as great as yours, but at least I dont put guys off." “Who told you I put guys off?” Petra ask the girl. She couldn’t believe rumors were flying around about her. “and its none of your business about who I date or flirt with,” She said crossing her arms across her chest. She wasn’t in the mood to start a girl fight with a girl who wasn’t worth her time.
"And to clarify Riddle, i am not lazy, i have a social life;' Meaning im obviously not going to shut myself in that sad excuse for a common room with all those new, muggle-born Slytherins running around, to do some worthless essay on shitty muggles am I.' “Well excuse me. I didn’t know getting drunk and wasted was considered a social life.” She said sarcastically. She sat down and cross her legs. “well I guess shutting yourself in a bar getting drunk and being taken advantage by boys is every girls dream, isn’t it?” She heard rumors about this girl but did she pass them on. No. It was a waste of her time and rumors was simple a way to make people feel better about themselves.
“I was writing a potions essay last night and just got too much wine.” Honestly did everyone get drunk these days, Why couldn’t people try to be themselves and stop trying to act like grown ups. Her family own a bar for crying out loud and did she drink for fun, no. She only drinks butterbeer and that it though she did taste fire whiskey before but that hurt her throat.

WHEN YOU'RE AT THE END OF THE ROAD & YOU LOST ALL SENSE OF CONTROL , & your thoughts have taken their toll
, --------------------------------------------------------------------- Drakon looked at the pink haired housemate as she began explaining why she had taken muggle studies. But she did not reach far, before she suddenly snapped and told him that it was not any of his business. Well, she was definitely right. It wasn’t. But still, Drakon could not help but to feel a bit curious about what she had wanted to say before she paused herself. He had not heard any rumours about any of the girls – probably because he almost never listened if someone told him some gossip, so he did not know any of their history. He wondered what had happened with Audrey’s mother, but decided not to ask. Instead he just gave her a polite and respectful nod, “I understand… I’m sorry. It is not any of my business.” He said and now turned his attention to the blond haired slytherin.
She had not really said anything to him, but she was focused on the subject her and Audrey’s conversation was following. Drakon rested his back against the cold window and let his dark eyes wander off to the other girl again. All these rumours they were talking about… He wanted to shake his head at them, but remained quiet. He had not really expected Audrey to be a girl who would let boys take advantage of her, since she seemed quite strong and rather tough to him. Perhaps he should meet her at a bar some day and see if the rumour was true. The boy crossed his arms and looked at Petra again. Since he did not want to comment on their private conversation, he decided to make a comment about what he had just told Petra. “Well yeah, it is perhaps not something you expect from a student, but at least I finished my essay and it even became better than I intended it to. Sometimes wine really helps your creativity.” He shrugged and gave a friendly smile.
