--- i'll be there when you close your eyes ,. ( HOLD YOU TIGHT, SAY GOODNIGHT ) Lucy Weasley was an exceptionally happy person. She was just one of those girls who was never sad, never down, who found the silver lining to every cloud. Today was, of course, no exception. She skipped outside onto the Hogwarts grounds and then down toward Hogsmeade at nine o'clock on a Saturday morning. It was a beautiful day, even if it was extremely cold, but even that couldn't bring down Lucy's perpetual good mood. The snow was crisp, and the air cold and clear and it burned its way down her lungs, but it was an incredible day. In all truth, Lucy loved winter. It was a time when a lot of other people weren't out, and that was always refreshing.
She made short work of the trip down to Hogsmeade, unable to stifle a smile as she watched her breath mist on the air. Despite her short stature, the girl really did step out when she wanted to go somewhere, and she could cover a lot of ground in a single stride with those short little legs. She kept up with people much taller than her without a problem, and half the time it seemed like she out-walked them. If she had somewhere to go, of course, and Lu was a singly determined person. If she had a destination in mind, nothing distracted her until she got there, and today was no different. When she hit Hogsmeade, many would have stopped to look in the windows, but Lu didn't. She was making for the Three Broomsticks. There would always be time for browsing and window shopping later, but right now she just wanted to get warm. Sure, it was a beautiful day and everything, but it was still plenty cold, despite her long sleeves and knee-length coat.
She drew a deep breath, stomping the snow off her high heeled boots as she finally got into the three broomsticks. she didn't really like high heels that much, but they had been the first thing she touched when she reached into her closet. They weren't warm, either In fact, they were pretty stupid shoes to be wearing in the cold like this, but oh well. Lu wasn't exactly a sensible person, nor did she claim to be. Everyone knew she wasn't exactly a practical person.
The redhead drew a deep breath as she slipped onto a chair and ordered a butter beer. She didn't have any particular plans to meet up with anybody, but it was the Three Broomsticks. Someone always showed up. They couldn't help it, especially in the cold weather. Everyone ended up here at some point in time, and she was bound to run into someone she knew, considering she pretty much knew everyone. Whether they were on friendly terms with her or not, she wasn't particular, but pretty much everyone in the school knew Lucy Weasley. She tended to usually be Trouble with a capital T and that was how she liked it. She had a reputation for something, at least, even if it was causing mischief, and there was something to be said for that in a school as big as Hogwarts, in Lucy's mind at least. So she sat quietly sipping butter beer, for once by herself, although probably only for a short time, and contemplating her next batch of mischief.

Jo woke up to sound of her alarm clock. She hated alarms clock because it always woke her up when she was having a nice dream. She was having a dream about being in Paris concert hall and playing her violin but the dang alarm clock woke her up. She got out of bed and did her morning routine. She comb her hair through and decided to put it in a ponytail since it was going mess up if to much snow got on it. She went in her closet and got a pair of jeans out and a sweater. She hoped her attire today would keep her warm as she went down to Hogsmeade. She put on her plaid jacket and got her boots out that her mother had sent her early that month. It should keep her warm since it had fur in it which was cool.
She skipped out of Hogwarts after trying to found Jake and Thess. She couldn’t found them anywhere so she was left being alone. She didn’t understand why they don’t hang out together after all they were family. She wasn’t use to being alone since every since she was little Jake had always been with her. When she turned 10 Thess came into her life and she accept her as a sister even though she was her sister through an affair. She didn’t really care but was hurt that her father had done what he did. She still hasn’t forgiven her father for doing that to her mom. She loved her father though but didn’t know if he can trust him.
She shivered in the cold and wish she put on a heavy jacket. She was relived when she enter Three Broomsticks since it was warm. As she walked inside she tried to find someone she knew. Then she saw Lucy. “Hi Lucy.” She said as she walk up to her fellow house member. “Can I join you?” She ask.

--- i'll be there when you close your eyes ,. ( HOLD YOU TIGHT, SAY GOODNIGHT ) Lu had never been overly bothered by the cold weather. It was one of those things that you got used to, and Lu was one of those girls who liked to be outside, rain or shine. That didn't work so well if you were shivering in the cold. It was hard not to notice when the door opened again and a wave of cold winter air whooshed through the building, ruffling Lu's ponytail. She glanced up, curious as to who the intruder might be. Well, not intruder, considering it was a public place. Still, her eyes followed the line of Jo Blackwell.
Of course Lu knew the girl. She knew practically everyone in the school, but especially those of her own house. Rather, she knew of everyone in the school, and everyone knew of her. Still, she didn't know a whole lot about Joanna Blackwell, just that she was a fourth year like Lu herself and that she had a brother and half sister born of an affair. That was all pretty common knowledge, though. There were few people Lu really took the time to get to know, unless they wanted to get to know her. And then, of course, she was usually more than willing, unless she knew of a good reason not to trust a person. She was an outgoing girl, and one of those people who didn't have any secrets.
She glanced up as Jo made her way over, offering a bright smile. She nodded slightly when the girl asked if she could join her. "Of course!" she responded eagerly, always up for company. And of course, there was always the fun of getting to meet someone new. And, although Jo wasn't exactly new, as they were in the same year together, there was still a ton that Lu didn't know about her, and the spunky red head was always eager to get to know people better. She was just a people person. She liked knowing what made people tick, what they liked and didn't like, what made them, well, them. People really were just fascinating creatures. "How are you?" Lu asked with a grin, spitting out the first thing that came to mind, even if it was generic and a little lame.
