Attack of the Gaint Snake (open)

Jo walk down the crowded hallways looking for the snake she found in the woods. It shouldn’t be hard to found since the fourteen year old girl put a spell to make it larger. She wasn’t sure if it was poisonous or not. She just hoped that she found the snake before someone else found it. She couldn’t be certain if the snake would swallow someone whole, either. All she wanted to do was to see how big its teeth were and see if she can get some of its poison to use it in a potion.

Jo was nothing like her big brother, Jake.Well she was cocky as him but that didn't count. She was independent, mischievous, and all ways looking for fun. She can remember all her stunts she pulled and almost all the time she ended up in a hospital bed. Her parents always told her that she will be the death of both them. She wasn't like her sister either.


She bended down and started to crawl. She hoped that nobody she knew saw her doing this. They will just think she lost it which she didn’t. “Where are you?” She said in a whisper. She could only imagine the trouble she will be in when the head master founds out she let a snake lose. The head master might call her parents and she will have to go home for a week.

“Crap.” She said as she got up. “Why can’t animals be good and listen to me.” She said annoyed.

Shiloh had actually decided to return to work after she ran into her ex boyfriend just a few weeks ago. He had returned home, and was now staying with their four year old daughter while she worked as a professor during the day, something she actually loved, besides cooking that is. Roaming the halls, since she had a free hour before her next class, she heard the bustling news about someone accidently loosing a large, well over sized snake, that was now roaming the halls.

It didn’t take her long to find the snake. It wasn’t very hard to find a seven foot snake that was sunbathing on the window seal of the hallway. Pointing her wand at it she mumbled a simple shrinking spell before picking up the snake and petting his head. “I wonder who did this too you buddy.” She said putting the snake in her jacket pocket before heading on down the hallway.

Being the curious, and noisy professor she was Shiloh headed down the hall way, her black heels clacking on the floor with each step she took. Her eyes locked on a girl who was crawling around on the ground. With a mischievous smile on her face she walked up to the girl just at the time as she stood up. “Maybe it would listen to it if you didn’t make it five feet longer than it was supposed to be Ms. Blackwell.” She stated with a small smile.

"There a funny story behind it all, Mrs. Smith." Jo said laughing. She couldn't get in trouble again since she already got in touble earlier in the day. "It was my older brother fault. He made me put a spell on it to make it bigger." She said trying to place all the blame on her brother but for some reason that never works out for her. She always gets trouble for it in the end. "okay I did it but it was for educational purpose only. I wanted to make this new potion and it called for this type of snake poison and I wanted to measure its vipers." She said innocently. She couldn’t help that she was trying to learn.

"So can I have my snake back?" She asked. She really needed to get going since she wanted to finish her potion. It was a potion to make her invisible for a day. She needed the potion to go in the Slytherin common rooms and pull this prank that she bought at that Joke store in Hogsemede. She's been dying to pull it and since she was Jake little sister she wouldn't get kill for pulling it and beside they never figure out who did it. “I really need to get going since I was in the middle of making the potion.” She said looking around.

Shiloh automatically shook her head at the first words that left her lips. “Its Ms. Smith, I am not married dear.” She said simply. Shiloh probably would have been married by now, if two things hadn’t occurred. One, Trent wouldn’t have married Angela, but truth be told she was glad that happened because if it didn’t she would have never had her baby. And two, if Jamie wouldn’t have left her lying in bed when she was four and a half months pregnant with her, well with their daughter.

Now standing here listening to the girl try to blame her brother, then confess, then ask for her snake back Shiloh just shook her head slightly. “First off, is this potion for potions class? And don’t lie, because Professor Victoria is only a call away.” It wasn’t like Shiloh actually cared; she just hadn’t bothered any of her students lately, so this was a good opportunity. “And what makes you think I have your snake Ms. Blackwell, for all you know I just heard of this giant snake just like the rest of the school has by now, and your just lucky that I did hear about it and say I would come settle this before the head master did, because if he had of, I really doubt you would get your snake back, and Ms. Blackwell your parents probably would have been called.” She stated with an almost mischievous smile on her face.

Jo didn't want her to call her parents. She was already in big trouble from putting some sleeping potion in the Slytherin drinks. It was funny because all the slytherin fell asleep in they lunches. It was priceless. "No the potion isn’t for Professor Victoria's class. I was just making it because i wanted to become a better witch." She didn't want to tell Ms. Smith the real reason why she needed it. She wouldn't understand since almost all the teacher at Hogwarts favored the Slytherin house.

“why aren’t you married?” She ask trying to change the subject. She could always find another snake later. She didn’t have to pull the prank today she could pull it tomorrow or the next day. “I know I'll want to get married when I get old enough but first I have to found a boyfriend.” She said. “Do you think I’m pretty enough to get a boyfriend. My sister says that pretty enough but guys haven’t ask me out. You know who are the cutest guys in Gryffindor? Blay, Asher, and Dougie. They so hot.” She was good at ranting and making people get annoyed with her after all she was the youngest out of two older siblings. “but I think its due to fact that Jake scares all the guys away.” She said. “do you have older sibling? “ She ask. “do you have a boyfriend. You must have one because you’re really pretty.” She said smiling. She hoped that her teacher was getting annoyed with her because that would mean she could go.
