It was the afternoon in the Wizarding world, and as Marc made his way to the Three Broomsticks, he wondered why business was so quiet. He sat at the bar, smiling at the woman behind the counter. "Tea, please." he muttered, handed over the coins, and began the waiting process. He was reasonably early, as usual, and the meeting with Keaton was 10 minutes away.
Marc suddenly sighed. He was always early, and waiting, and he really wanted to get talking instead of sitting where he was, sipping tea like an old codger. 'Come on, Keaton, be early, please?' he silently willed in his head, and sat boredly, waiting. Minutes streched into hours, and he paid for another cup of tea. 'Come on, Keaton.' Marc willed again.

So much was going on inside of Keatons mind that he was unsure what day it was. Wasn't he suppose to meet up with his brother in Hogsmeade one day soon? He knew he was suppose to but he couldn't remember the day. Pulling out the calendar he had in his trunk he seen that the meeting was schelduled for later that day. Taking his old watch off of the night stand he checked the time.
"Holy crap," he yelled as he realized he was already five minutes late for meeting his brother. He knew that there was no way that Marc was going to be pleased with Keaton being late, though it shouldn't surprise Marc anyway, Keaton usually was always late.
Pulling on a pair of jeans and a t-shirt he through his winter coat over his back and put his arms in the sleeves. Running out of the dormitories he kept running until he had made his way out of the school and off the grounds. From there he slowed into a walk and took his time to get to the meeting place.
Sighing as he finally made it, Keaton slipped through the door to the Three Broomsticks and into the seat next to Marc. "Sorry bro, sleep didn't dismiss me until just recently, I ran here as fast as I could," he said as he ordered a butterbeer.

Marc raised his eyebrows. "Took your time, though, right?" Then he grinned. "It's alright, bro. How's school?" He asked, getting straight into the checking up part of their meeting. He wouldn't usually do that, so something was wrong, or making him a bit ... unlike himself. "And I'll pay," he added, handing over a few more coins. "You'll need the money for your school stuff." Oh yes, he was making sure Keaton bought all his things. He wasn't implying or thinking he hadn't bought his stuff in the past, but he just wanted to be on the safe side, as always. He grinned at Keaton again. "Anything unusual happen lately?" He asked. OOC : I cant be bothered writing anything else. Coz I cant think of anything else. Hhaha

Keaton was taking a few moments to get relaxed after the jog. Like usual his brother wasn't all that mad that he was late. It was in Keaton's nature to be late so he figured by now his family had got very use to it by it now. Out of all of his silbings Marc was probably one of his favorite. Marc seemed let Keaton be Keaton.
Shrugging as the question about school was asked Keaton rolled his eyes. "School is school, nothing great or anything, it's all the same," he said with a slight smirk on his face. Hey, it was the truth. School wasn't anything big to Keaton.
When Marc asked the question about if anything unusual happened Keaton laughed out loud. He couldn't hold it back. Unusual? Yes. Keaton was having feelings for not only one girl but two! Something was wrong. "Did mom and dad ever arrange marriage for you?" he spit out seriously as he looked at his brother.

Marc was glad to be with Keaton, he could be himself, and for this reason Marc let Keaton be himself. He didn't have expextations like thier mother and father did. They always disapproved of Marcs' laidback ways. The ultimate blow for them was when they found out he'd run off with Clara. "They did, Keaton, but I ran away with the person I really loved," He smiled a little, then sighed, remembering the situation he was in. "Why, is Mum and Dad doing that to you? I thought they would've learned with me! ... Need help?" He grinned. He wondered if Keaton knew why he wasn't talking to his mother and father, or if he knew at all. "Do you know," he began, "I'm not speaking to Mum and Dad? Or why?" He looked quizzical. He wasn't sure if Mum and Dad had even spoken to him about it, and Marc wanted him to know. "Well, whether you do or not, I'm going to tell you."
"I was going to marry someone I didn't want to marry. I wanted Clara, I needed her. So, I plucked up the courage and told her 2 nights before the wedding, then ran away alone. On my actual wedding, I appeared in a T-shirt and jeans. Mum and Dad didn't look half shocked, I'll tell you that! So, anyway, I said I was sorry to the girl, but I didn't love her, and that was the point of marriage, to be with the one you love. Then I left to tell Clara, and I never spoke to Mum and Dad again, not in the house, on vacation, or anywhere." He paused and looked at Keaton. "I'm not saying you have to do that. You might actually want to marry this girl, I don't know." He shrugged, then smiled. "Mum and Dad just haven't grasped the fact we don't like it. Now, I said I haven't talked to them, but I'll happily storm the house till they get the idea! Or .... Maybe you need to do this alone.

It took Keaton a few moments to grasp what his brother was saying. Their family was close, always had been, up until Marc did leave. Keaton hadn't really thought to question it beings his parents never mentioned a thing about him leaving or what was going on. The fact that his brother and parents hadn't talked was unsettling. He didn't want to see the Flints become a non-family family. He wasn't so keen on how his family acted or anything but he didn't want his brother to be excluded from family things and holidays. It was wrong. All because he didn't want to marry the girl they chose.
As his brother talked Keaton listened. He didn't have anything to say and he wasn't going to interrupt the story. Keaton wanted and needed to know everything. It made him a little bit better to find out that Marc had also had an arranged marriage, it meant that his parents weren't just doing such a thing to him. He actually felt a pang of sadness for his other siblings. They too probably didn't have a choice and it was sad. He didn't want to think about his sister with a guy like himself. No, he wouldn't see her with someone like that. His sister deserved the best, and so did Danielle.
The thought of Danielle made something inside of him sturr. And then, of course, his brother got to the part about what Keaton should do. There was no way he would ever ask Marc to go to their parents for him. No, Keaton would handle it himself. That is if he couldn't win Danielle over. Sighing Keaton wasn't sure he wanted to confess that he had started to fall with the evil blonde angel who just haunted his dreams every night and filled his thoughts everyday.
"Yup, they arranged one for me," he said answering one of the first things that had been asked. He hadn't been able to speak before but now he found some words to answer his brother. Taking a sip of his butterbeer Keaton shrugged. "It's alright I got this one," he said with a faint smile. He was sure that sooner or later his brother would pick it up himself without Keaton having to share the information that this girl had taken over him.

"Growing up now, are we?" laughed Marc. He stopped abruptly and ordered more tea. He was acting really obvious, but he didn't want Keaton to ask him. He'd have to get his act together. "More?" he asked, trying to keep his voice normal. He smiled faintly. "So, what classes are you taking this year? Better make it count, seeing as it's you're last year. You want to leave with the best memories you can wrap your fingers around." He wiped the smile off his face. His last year sucked due to his mum and dad. Of course, the end of the year was the best, seeing as he'd moved in with Clara, and now he didn't even know whether he had a baby of his own. All he knew was she was pregnant, and he hated it. His stomach flipped anytime he thought of it, his heart raced when he talked of it, he couldn't sleep at night because of it. He shook his head, back in reality. He hoped Keaton didn't notice the jumpy way he was acting.

As his brother spoke Keaton shrugged. Maybe he was finally growing up. Maybe it was normal for a one time bad boy to actually want to settle down and marry. The thought made him happy because that meant that he wasn't losing it and that others would follow sooner or later too. Then again maybe he was crazy. He couldn't see his friend Blaze changing. He was and would probably always be a man whore. Though lately things had been a little sketchy between them beings Blaze and Danielle were once an item.
Shaking his head he refused to worry about that. Right now he was with his brother who was suddenly very weird. Keaton looked at him suspiciously not bothering with covering it up. Was something going on? Here Keaton was only concerned with himself, he should have noticed awhile ago that Marc wasn't acting much like Marc either.
"Oh I'm taking the normal classes, obviously you know I'm taking yours though we don't get much time to talk between my naps in your class," he said jokingly. There had been a few times that Keaton had fallen asleep already that year on Marc, it wasnt that the class was boring it was just that he was kept up and busy all night long before that. "I'm also taking potions, charms, ancient runes, which I must say is boring and defense against the dark arts," he answered.
Then crossing his arms and looking at his brother he said, "I'm not stupid Marc, whats up?" he said with a small smirk on his face.

Marc whacked his arm lightly. "Shut up," he laughed. He had fallen asleep in Marc's class. It was quite funny, now that you look at it. "Good," nodded Marc, glad he was taking worthwhile classes. "It'll really help you get on in the Wizarding World."
"I'm not stupid Marc, whats up?" Oh no. This wasn't good. Marc should've known this was going to come, he just wished it was in the future. Far, far, far in the future. "Do I have to say?" asked Marc, laying his head on the table. Wait, this was similar to the Ice-cream parlor. Where was he, with Clara or Keaton? Keaton, yes, Keaton, definitely. "Do I?!" mumbled Marc from the table. He already knew what the answer was.

Unlike most people his age, Keaton had not yet came to terms with what he wanted to do after leaving Hogwarts. That was not important to him until now. He hadn't really took a look at his own future until the arranged marriage was out of the bag and he stopped to really think about his life. Now, seeing that he was further behind then most he could smack himself. Why hadn't anyone gave him the talk about his future awhile ago? Oh, wait. They had, he just did not listen. "Yeah sorry about that bro," he responded about Keaton falling asleep in his own brothers class. He felt bad, now.
Watching Marc, Keaton was worried about his brother. They had always been able to tell each other anything and now he can't. There was something up, something more important then Keaton's problem of liking Danielle. That could wait. "Come on, we've always been able to tell each other anything," he finished.
Taking a sip of his drink he awaited for his brothers respond patiently. In time, hopefully sooner rather then later, Marc would spill. All Keaton had to do was wait until his brother was ready to speak.

"Come on, we've always been able to tell each other anything," He gulped his tea down, trying to stall for time. "Ok, well, it's not about Me..." He looked Keton in the eyes. "We should've been more careful..." he whispered. "It's Clara. Pregnant . . ." He looked at Keaton to see his reaction.
