Laying there empty headed in the common room Axel didn't know what to do. he hadn't slept much lately. Many reasons for that. Too much going on in his life. His dad actually trying to be a dad since he bit him a few months back. Or just the fact that his love life was hell right now. Wait that wasn't one hundred percent true. Axel could have nearly any girl he wanted. That is if he tried. But see Axel didn't want to try to impress a girl anymore. He wanted to just fall for someone who liked him for who he was.

But now; since of a few days ago he doubted he would ever find someone like that. See he was a father too be. Yeah Axel Keith Wynn slipped up and got Lily Potter pregnant, man how he was dead. Shaking that horrible thought out of his head he stood up pulling on a pair of jeans and a white teeshirt, he didn't feel like getting dressed up just to go do his homework.

As he left out of the common room he ran his fingers threw his messy hair thinking what he was going to do about the lily situation. He didn't love Lily, and he knew that so did she. So them being a couple was out of the question. Yes he was an expecting dad, but did anyone know that, no. Was anyone going to know at this point and time, no. Axel wasn't about to ruin all the fun he got to have in his life right now when Lily wasn't even showing that much of being pregnant, but he knew he would have to take responsibility soon enough, but that didn't mean it was going to be tonight.

Walking outside he figured that homework could wait. He needed fresh air. He had too much on his mind. Walking outside he stood by the stone hedges that looked out where Hagrids Hut use to be. Just starring at the grass as he thought about his future. See he was starting to think he was in love with his best friend. Isabella, but he didn't know what to do. He still had to care for Lily ad their baby. He didn't know if Bell would accept that. He didn't know anything.

Sighing he just starred out in the distance thinking what in the world he was going to do now.

This past two months had been rather confusing and filled with lots of things he normally would never do. He had proposed to his girlfriend and ran off and gotten married for one. Then he told his family, minus Lily, at the Christmas Ball. He had had a confrontation with his new father-in-law, oh had that gone well! Yes, over all it had been an eventful couple months. But was that the end of it? No of course not. Not in his daytime drama of a life. The last thing he saw coming at him was the next thing to happen. His fourteen year old sister Lily was pregnant to one of his good friends Axel Wynn. That had just blown him away. Like no body could imagine. It was time he just took a break and went for a run and forgot everything.

Oh but wait, there was more. Lily was a Death Eater as well, and Bellatrix Lestrange was ready to kill her having already attempted. So now it was time for a run. Something to clear his head so he could keep focused on the newest problems. He knew the best way to help Lily with her pregnancy would be to have her talk to Michael, so soon he would set them up to chat about babies. After all, Michael has a two year old son already so he knows what it's like to be a parent rather young. And maybe he would have him talk with Axel as well, after James himself talked to him. But oh did he have to blow off some steam before he could do that. There was no way he was going to talk to him right now.

So that morning he woke up and the air was still crisp and chilly. Almost too cold to go for a run without his hoodie, so he brought it anyways. A little extra sweat never hurt anyone, right? He put on black basketball shorts, his white running shoes, a crimson muscle shirt and a crimson Gryffindor hooded sweatshirt, and was almost ready to go. He looked over to his shelf, and grabbed the pack of Marlboro cigarettes. Yes, he would be needing those after he ran, so he stuck them in his shorts pocket along with a lighter and was on his way. He made it out into the common room, no sign of Axel. But it was early, everyone was sleeping in today after all. So his habits of getting up early paid off once again.

It was only seven thirty in the morning after all, what teenager gets up that early? Besides one James Sirius Potter who is always conscious of keeping his body as healthy as it can be without quitting smoking or drinking. That way his muscles and the rest of him was always ready for Quidditch, or a fight, or whatever physical endurance he would need to be ready for. When he got all the way downstairs and out onto the grounds before he decided which direction he would run. First down to the Quidditch Pitch, run around the inside of the giant stadium. When he reached the stadium he ended up flying for an hour or so, it was something to do and he could always use the practice after all. Then he took off from the ground again, still wearing his hoodie (it had been chillier than expected while flying) and he took a run down to the lake.

At the lake he ran around it a couple of times before finally slowing to a walk. He sat at the waters edge, thinking for quite some time. What was he going to do to get him and Kelsey their own home before the summer began? Her father had said at the ball that he had said all those same things once. And that now his family hated him... That couldn't happen to him... Could it? He did not want to end up in the same bitter state that the Headmaster was in... But there was no way that would ever happen to him and Kelsey. Right? Then he was brought back to the most recent situations at hand... Lily was a Death Eater and Bellatrix was going to attempt to kill her. He had to find a way to be in between them when she did. And he had to talk to Kelsey about all this still... And then of course, Lily's pregnancy came back to his mind, and so did the thought of killing Axel for some sort of betrayal he would call it.

Now a few hours of thinking by the water later, he figured he might as well head back towards the castle. His cigarette pack had now been almost half emptied because when he sat down to think, he also had a tendency to chain smoke. Well, he did that anyways, but a million times worse when he is one, drinking, two, high, or three, thinking about things. For some reason, smoking really honestly calmed his nerves and it was a good thing for him right now. He felt so much better, so relaxed now that he had been out and about this morning. Having run, practiced, and just sat and smoked. All of it helped clear up his head a little, just not as much as he would have liked. Now he just had to go back up to the Common Room and not run into Axel, that way he would stay this relaxed.

But soon enough he realized that was impossible and Axel was unavoidable. He was sitting right there, right in the middle of fucking no where on the grounds. Why did he have to come outside, right into James sight? That was so god damn stupid of the boy James almost didn't feel right to do what he was going to do. Especially since they had once been rather close friends, but that seems to have changed considering the situation his sister was in. This was all something he could have avoided if Axel had not slept with his sister! But he had, and now he was going to pay for what he had done. So what did James do next? He got completely distracted by the fury he had been trying to suppress since Lily had told him who the father was, and he took another drag or two of his cigarette as he marched his way over to Axel.

Without saying a word, he swung his fist right at Axel's face...
