Albus carefully climbed the stairs to the North Tower, intent on getting a good practical view of the grounds. He usually did this, though not recently, so he figured he could use some time up there.
As he climbed the stairs, he thought of his family and how far apart they were as siblings. Him and James were sort of close, but he was always teasing Albus, so it was no brotherly love relationship there. Roula was quite distant from him, and close to his parents, and Lily. Well, he saw Lily as living in a different world entirely. She was so much into a muggle lifestyle it was hard to tell if she was even a witch. He rolled his eyes at the thought. Albus didn't know why Lily spent so much of her time away from her family, but he was rarely one to snoop about in others' businesses.
When he finally reached the top, he froze as he saw the form of his sister. It was very odd that he had been thinking about her faults just a few minutes ago, "Lily?" he asked, "what's brought you up here?" he asked, in a kind tone. Albus decided that he would try to mend the broken ties between his sister. They were after all brother and sister, and he did love her.
