Apologies

Lily Potter had been insane. Even she could admit that and now on her return to Hogwarts she had decided to apologise for the things she had done. And to begin with Rose Weasley was at the top of her list. She had gotten so angry and worked up of her cousin dating Jon Finnigan ( in which she didn't like him that much anymore anyway) she thought it would be best to apologise for her mistakes in life. She was turning her life around as if she had gone cold turkey.

She'd asked a friend of Rose's to invite her down to the grounds on the fine sunny day. Even though she guessed Rose would be busy considering it was a saturday she had still gone ahead with it. She sat on a patch of grass under a tree with her sketch book out, sketching the black lake in the sunshine. She was at peace. Her long red hair hung down unmoved. There was no breeze. The day was perfect and she could only hope to fix the bonds of friendship and family hood. It was posing a hard problem to fix but she was working at it. She is a compeltely new person. The old Lily was back and now she was dreading the rest of her time at Hogwarts. And here she was going to turn back to her faveroute cousin Rose, for comfort and help. And it all had to start of with a very big 'Sorry'

Rose was happy because she was suppose to meet a friend down at the grounds today. Rose was off today instead of working at Zabini Designs. Rose sighed as she brushed her hair getting ready to go down to the grounds. Rose threw her brush on her bed in her dorm and walked out of the dorm and common room. Rose started walking down the grand staircase trying to hurry.

Rose stepped on to the main floor and walked down the steps leading to the grounds. Rose looked around, but didn't see anyone yet. Rose was getting closer when she saw someone standing still. Rose thought it was her friend and so she was running now. Rose finally reached the person and knew that it was Lily. " Why are you here? " Rose snapped at Lily glaring at her. Rose was still mad at Lily because of Rose's break up with Jon, but it was bound to happen i guess.

The second Rose arrived Lily stood up. "Rose.." She began, unsure on how to apologise to her. She hung her head in shame. "Rose.. listen, im really really really sorry" she began. It could go either way from that moment."I know i've done wrong, i know i was crazy.. reckless. But please i really want to make up for what i've done" she shifted her wait. She was nervous but she didn't want to show that. She more wanting forgiveness.

"You are my faveroute cousin.. you know that, and i miss us being good friends. I was just being .. oh i don't no what i was i was just.. evil. Im begging you please can we start afresh?" It was alll she could so for now.

Rose listened, but didn't know if she should believe her. " You ruined everything Lily! Everything! " Rose said in a sad voice. Rose wasn't gonna give into her acting. Rose didn't know if she should accept the apology, but she was family.

" Why did you do what you did? Use one of the unforgiveables on me? Made me and Jon break up? " Rose said feeling tears coming soon. Rose ran her fingers through her hair and looked around her so Lily couldn't see her cry if she did. Rose put her hands on her hips and sighed. " If I forgive you no more unforgivable curses or interfearing with my love life? " Rose said softly.
