It was crazy to think that school was right around the corner. It would be Dom’s last year and she wanted to look her best. So right now Dominique was sun bathing in her backyard. Since the backyard was literally the beach. She was wearing a black bikini with flames. It was one of her favorite bathing suits. Her parents were away actually at Diagon Alley. Louis was there too. So she had the whole house to herself. Dominique had on huge sunglasses. The sun felt nice on her already tan skin. Right now Dom couldn’t wait to go back to school. She wanted away from home and to maybe see Felix. What happened the other night wasn’t how she wanted to end their meeting.

Dominique was still having hard time thinking about Lily. And what her cousin has gotten into. A death eater who would have ever thought? Definitely not Dom. But Lily asked for her help and she wanted to help her cousin. She also swore not to tell a word to anyone. And she didn’t plan on it. Even after she met and talked with Jack. Who scared the shit out of her. And that he was keeping Fenrir in the back of his shop. Dominique didn’t like that werewolf and if she had the chance she would kill it. Not a second thought going through her mind either. She took a sip of lemonade that was on a table next to her chair. Right now she was relaxed. And her wand was right next to her chair. Dom never left it anywhere before.

Lilly looked up at Fleurs house. She had swore to the dark lord that she would kill Dom, and here she was. And this time she wasn't going to let Dom touch her. Instead she was going to do it out of surprise. She went to the front door. It was open, Lilly already knew it was only Dom home, she had bumped into Fleur when she was on her way. She walked through the house. Her wand was in her hands but she hid it behind her back. She spotted Dom outside in the garden and walked out till she was just behind her.

"Um.. hey Dom" she said innocently, she put her innocent act on, this she had mastered. She had to use it pretty much everywhere, though Dom knew she was nowhere near innocent. "Tell me now. Did you speak to Jack" she said it rather cold. She was a bit pissed of with the fact that she had ignored Lilly and gone and found him anyway, which put her in one awkward position.

Dom heard the front door open. Family. Really only people who knew where her house was. Her parents wanted to get away from it all. And they sure did finding this house out in the middle of nowhere. The person coming in really didn’t bother her. If it was family, oh well. Just don’t mess up the house of Fleur was going to whoever the person was. Family or not. But then a familiar voice talked. The last person she wanted to talk to right now. Dominique was trying to get her mind off of Lily. Not having her here talking with her. “Hey Lily.” Dom said putting her sunglasses on top of her head so she could see her cousin. She also turned around in her chair. Lily’s arms were behind her. Dom didn’t trust that at all.

Then Lily brought up Jack. Another lovely chat that she didn’t want to talk about. “Yes found him in Knockturn Alley. Death Eaters are very predictable. Dark Alley. You find dark people.” Dom said like it was nothing important. Her wand was hidden now in the grass since her family has forgotten to mow the lawn. “Is that all you wanted to know?” Dominique knew there was something more and didn’t trust Lily’s innocent act at all. This wasn’t her cousin anymore. And since she found out about her talking with Jack that meant Jack had gotten a hold of her cousin. Which means she was brainwashed again.

Atleast Dom had spoke the truth about finding Jack. Lilly didn't even bother with a smile or a nice little how are you. She wasn't in the mood, not anymore. Especially with Dominique. Dom was probably going to regret having a cousin.

"How could you! I told you to steer clear of Jack not go find him! You broke my trust, you might as well have gone told the ministry!" Lilly snapped, she'd finally lost her temper but she didn't raise her wand or show it from behind her back. "And you lied to me again.. why did you lie to me!? I thought you cared about me, but obviously not. Did special cousin Rose take my place? I loved you." she put the loved bit in past tense. She wanted nothing more than Dom dead, and she wasn't going to stop until it happened.

The truth was coming out now. Dom went in search for Jack and by her talking with Jack she found out that he got a hold of Lily. How was she supposed to trust Lily after talking with that guy? Who was very non psychotic for a death eater? Actually he looked somewhat normal. But so did Lily and she have already killed. Never judge a book by their cover. “I still didn’t tell anyone Lily! Jack already knew everything when I walked in since he talked with you! How do I know you aren’t brainwashed again?” Dominique asked her cousin keeping her voice calm. The only one trying to remain calm at the moment.

“When I have lied before? And I never promised anything to you Lily. I said I would try. I did for a bit but then I had to meet this guy who did this to you. And look I’m alive.” Dom said her voice starting to strain because she really wanted to yell. She reached down and grabbed her wand and pointed it right at Lily. She was ready to move at any moment. “I do care about you. And I do love you.” She said trying to get through to her stubborn cousin. “And yeah I like Rose more. She likes shopping not killing people.” Now she did that just to get under her cousin’s skin. Dominique stood up her wand pointed right at her younger cousin. “Now I’m gonna ask you to leave Lily.”

Lilly looked at her cousin, it really hurt deep down what she had said, what little was left of Lilly. And that made her even more angry, she looked at the wand pointed at her, she wouldn't strike yet, instead she place her wand into her back pocket and raised her arms at the side. She was trying to show she was deffensless. "You lied to me about everything, the whole family did. Everyone had been lied to why can't you see it! she said in a calm tone. "I dont care is Rose is your faverioute, i don't care if you don't see me as family anymore, if you want rid of me kill me now. "she stood waiting patiently too see if her cousin could kill the one that she had protected for so long. Maybe her protection just ran out. A little hint of the old Lilly flashed in her personality. It was around this time ten years ago that James and Dom had told her to play in the mud and go hug fleur and she had stood in the very same spot. She brought her arms down dangling at her sides . "Go on Dom, finish me off. Theres not that much time left for me anyway"Lilly looked serious she said it calmly, she was waiting to see what Dom would do.

Lied. Of course that was what they did Lily’s whole life. Well that was what she believed now. Dom was thinking her cousin was acting a bit psycho. Just a little paranoid about this whole thing. Must come with being a death eater. Thinking everyone was after you and that everyone was trying to kill you. Which they were. “Why is the family lying? Why isn’t it Jack or Bellatrix?” Dom asked her cousin remaing calm. Why was it suddenly the family’s fault? “I talked with Jack remember that. He knows my name and everything. Hell, I would have given him my address. He tried telling me there was no different between Death Eaters and Order. Yet we all know there is Lily.” Yeah let Lily think that Jack might have been trying to turn her over to their side also. “He only wants to kill Uncle Harry. Once he’s done that. He won’t need you.” Now that was the plain truth right there. Why would they need the young death eater any longer?

Kill her? Very tempting but no. She wasn’t going to go to jail for a waste of magic like that. “I would. It’s a tempting offer. But what could I tell the Ministry? Actually they might be happy I got rid of a death eater. Maybe I’ll get a reward?” Dom said smirking and aiming her wand at her cousin’s chest. “Cause you know after you and Jack talked about killing me. I thought I might as well learn those curses also. So I did some research and talked with people. I’m pretty good if I might say so myself.” Yeah now she was just being cruel to Lily. But Dominique did learn those curses. She didn’t want to be left with simple ones once the war came around. She wanted to be prepared.

Lilly looked at her. Jack had told her that death eaters just had opposite opinions to the ministry, the ministry were corrupted. "Jack and Bella would never lie to me. There my family, and if their not then i have no family." Lilly said trying to keep the cold voice away from her own.
"Jack promised me none of the family will be harmed as long as they stay out the war! Can't you see its the ministry, its corrupted. We are working to make the wizarding world better not worse and you people keep jumping in our way. Yes we killed muggles but that was a warning, wizards and witches are better than filthy muggles. I don't understand why... why you can't see it. We've all been lied to by the ministry." She paused.

"Jack cares about me, he really does."she said truthfully. Atleast she believed he did. She compeletly belived the opposite to Dom. She stopped when Dom said about learning curses. She came up with a smirk. "You? learned the curses. They take practise." she laughed. Yeah like Dom would use the unforgivables. Lilly quickly snatched up her wand, this time it would be a fair fight. That was her being kind to Dom, by letting her keep her wand. "Come on then Dominique. Show me the curses you learned." Lilly laughed. She already had one curse on her mind, Crucio. She was going to make Dom pay and she knew exactly how.

“The Ministry is your family! If Jack says no family will get hurt but the Ministry will have to be put to an end, how does that play out? Remember our aunt in Mistress of Magic. My sister is an Auror. Teddy is an Auror. I’ll become an Auror someday and stand beside the Ministry!” Dominique said yelling to her cousin. Half the family has jobs with the Ministry. Wouldn’t Jack want Hermione dead since she was in charge? Wouldn’t he want the Aurors dead since they posed a thread? Yes everything was a lie now a day wasn’t it? Lily was seriously paranoid. “If we get rid of all the muggles and half-bloods soon enough there will be incest! Which is disgusting. How would the wizarding world be better with that?!” Dom really wanted to know these answers. If you got rid of those muggles and half-bloods all that was left was pure blood. And there weren’t many of those left.

“Why does it need practice? All you have to do is use it once and your point is across. And I’m really starting to have enough hate for this one person to use this curse. Sure practicing is good and all. But why have extra bloodshed? That’s what Jack said at least. He didn’t want extra bloodshed.” And there she went bringing up Jack again. Let Lily think that Jack was talking Dom into being a death eater. Her cousin was already paranoid enough. “I’ve learned a lot Lily.” She said smirking. It was going to hurt Dom to do this. But it would hurt Lily even more if she didn’t block the curse right away. “Sectumsempra.” Was the curse Dominique picked out for Lily. Funny thing if you actually listened to her uncle’s stories you picked up on a few curses he used back in school.

Lilly had to think for a second. "If your all part of the ministry and you get involved with the war, then you die. Its simple. Stay out of minsitry and death eater buisness then your free to go about your ever day lives" Lilly said, it was a pretty thoughtful comment.

"If you stand by the ministry then we are nothing, not that any of you will care about loosing me, i was nothing but an extra there and atleast i can walk away knowing the truth. And ill stand with the dark lord." she shouted back. There was no way she was going to believe what Dom said anymore. "Jack doesn't make the rules, Bellatrix does. And she outrules Jack" laughed Lilly.

"And i have learned a lot too. Maybe we shouldn't speak anymore maybe your better off dead just like Teddys parents, and just like our uncle and just like my grandparents. It was their stupid faults for getting killed!" she knew that would be hurtful to Dom, that was crossing the line, though she crossed it long ago. She saw Dom go to do a jinx and moved out of the way nearly tripping up but she kept her balance she turned back to Dom. "Crucio" she said pointing her wand directly at her.

So at the moment if you were with the Ministry it equaled death? Somehow that equation didn’t match up in Dominique’s head. She was sure the Ministry wouldn’t fall down that quickly. Much better managed than the last war. And Hermione was a stubborn woman. Plus she has dealt with this kid of things before. Could help her a bit. Wait, if Jack wasn’t in charge. That meant Bellatrix was. This meant she was the new Dark Lord. At first Dom thought for sure Jack would be being Voldemort’s son and all. But this made even more sense! No one knew Bellatrix was alive so she would be perfect. Yet Dom knew she couldn’t let this secret out. This one would be her death. Maybe once she became an Auror she could do something about it. That was along as the whole world didn’t know by then.

Then Lily stepped too far. “Potter, talk all about my death but don’t say anything about your grandparents and my uncle! Same with Teddy’s parents!” Even thought Teddy was being a prick at the moment. “They all died wanting their children to have a better life. And look what you do to repay them. If Voldemort even has a grave I’m gonna find it and spit on it.” Hopefully that would offend Lily. If not the next was going to. “And I’ll spit on all the other death eaters’ graves once we get rid of them. Including yours.” Yup Dominique wasn’t holding back anymore. She would feel the regret later but not now.

The moment Dom heard the words leave Lily’s lips she moved right the hell away from where she was standing. Her cousin just used an unforgivable on her. They might just track that magic back to Lily. And off she went to cozy cell in Azkaban. “Nice aim.” She said sarcastically wand pointed right at Lily’s chest. “Petrificus Totalus.”

Lilly smirked she knew she had hit a weakness in talking about teddys parents and her grandparents. "And spit and dance with joy onthe graves of Teddys parents my grandparents and sirius Black!" The offence was taken when she talked abotu spitting on graves. On the end of her scentence she added "You wont be able to spit on my grave! You'll be dead before me" she shrieked with laughter.

Lilly dived out the way of the charm. It looked light it was a equal fight, both Dom and Lilly were quick with getting out the way. "Come on Dom, i thought you wanted to save the family not destroy the house" she laughed, Lilly aimed for Dom, yet again she went with the Crucio curse. "Crucio, crucio CRUCIO" She screamed. If Dom dodged it it would hit the house and the house would most likely fall apart. The unforgivable curses were leathal and powerful, they caused distruction not that Lilly cared to much.

Okay the girl has officially gone psycho. It looked like Lily was almost giddy to be doing this to Dominique. All they needed was some crappy, scary music and Lily just had to do an evil laugh and rub her hands together. Then tada! Your perfect evil character was right there. Plus she was only fourteen which made it even worse. Since her youngest cousin was now using unforgivable and all. How was Dom supposed to save her after this? Lily had wanted her to save her before! And to tell Harry! Well consider Uncle Harry told because someone was going to find out about Lily. And there Lily went talking about her death. Lovely subject, Dom thought. “I don’t think so. I’m gonna make sure you have a lovely cell in Azkaban.” Yeah as soon as Dom became an Auror, Lily didn’t stand a chance.

Why did Lily love those curses so much? Couldn’t the Ministry watch underage magic and all? And they knew when people used Unforgivables didn’t they? That’s why Domn wasn’t using them on her own cousin. Dom dodged another crucio again but turned her head right in time for it to hit the side of her house. “Shit!” she screamed. Not really worried about Lily at the moment more like worried that her mother would kill her. Dominique ran toward the house but just in enough time to see one of the curses come straight toward her. It hit her square and she crumbled right to the ground. The pain was unbearable and she started to scream wildly. So much for her parents picking a house out here. The poor girl could feel her bones bending and on the verge of breaking. How had told Lily to do this to her?

Lilly grinned. She knew Jack had made alliances with the dementors, he wouldnt let her rot away in Azkaban. "You try it. Im sure Jack can help me out there, maybe i can swap it around and you can rot away in Azkaban. At least thats worse that your death!" Lilly looked forward to that. If she didn't kill Dom she could give her a worse fate.

And the curse hit the house, she knew Fleur would flip at Dom. And Lilly started laughing. And then tears of laughter came when the curse hit Dom. She walked over and crouched down while Dom was in pain. She snatched the wand out of her reach and pointed her own at her. "How easy it would be to kill you now."Lilly laughed. She looked up at the house, it had broken slightly. You could tell a powerful curse had hit it. And then she heard Fleur and the family return. It was her time to leave. "Looks like your safe this time. I guess i'll see you soon. I mean, i can't disobey Bellatrix now can i" she laughed again. "But don't forget that pain, because it will become a common occurance. Watch your back Dominique, and see you at Hogwarts."Lilly pointed her wand at the house. "Reparo" and the house looked better than it was. She got up and looked back down at Dom. She knew she didn't want to kill her thats why she was slightly glad that Fleur and the family had returned. She gave Dom a little smile, "I dont want Fleur to kill you first." she winked and threw Doms wand back to her.

She hurried off. She knew Fleur would flip out if she saw the house, at least it only looked slightly damaged. It was better than what she had done to it. Somehow she felt sorry for Dom, but she knew she couldn't feel for them, they were meant to be nothing to her. She hurried off not sure on where she would go.

The pain was now literally tearing Dom apart. She could feel bones on the edge of breaking and muscles prepared to tear. Tears were coming down her face and she couldn’t stop them. She didn’t know if she was crying because of the pain or what Lily just did to her. Dominique was guessing it was because of the pain but she really didn’t care at the moment. She just really didn’t want to die. Especially at the hands of her cousin. Who asked for her help earlier? Right now she was just really trying to live and stay conscious. Her mind wanted her body to shut down for a while. And it was becoming tempting.

Lily wouldn’t have killed her. She had all the time in the world and didn’t saw the words once. She could have killed Dom easily when she was just sunbathing. Could have been quick and Dominique would have never known it was her cousin. She could tell Lily didn’t want to kill her but that Bellatrix ordered her death. Great. Just dandy that this woman wanted her dead. At least her death eater cousin fixed the wall. Fleur would have Dom’s head. How would she explain the bruises and all to her parents? She could hear them inside the house. Once Lily left the curse wore off. Dominique took deep breathes and stayed on the ground. What an odd sight. She was on the ground in her bathing suit and looked like she was in a lot of pain. She lifted up her head slightly to see the house barely looked bad. Her mother called her name. “I’m…,” Dominique started to say but it hurt her lung. “Sunbathing.” She finally managed to say. She wanted to talk with Uncle Harry and only Uncle Harry about Lily.
