Physical Appearance; Laci Ackerley has wavy blonde hair that falls a few inches below her collar bone. She has pale skin and freckles that appear mostly during the summer months. The girl isn't the tallest, standing at about 5'2''. Her eyes are blueish-gray, the same color as the ocean during a storm. Laci is usually dressed in her school robes and doesn't try to spice her uniform up in any way. When she isn't wearing her uniform, she's dressing to impress.

Personality; Laci has always conformed to the rules, never acting out until recently. People who decide to judge her are confused. The girl's personality depends on who she's with and where she is. When Laci is with her family, she is quiet and keeps to herself. When she's with friends, she's either calm and collected or letting loose. The girl can be quite a partier, but she doesn't party often. Drinking is rare, unless she is out. School is her top priority because she's determined to outshine her sister.
Laci wants to be noticed by her parents. She tries to do everything she can to be noticed by her parents, whether it is positive or negative. As the middle child of the Ackerley family, Laci strives to be like her sister and snagged the position as the favorite child when her sister screwed up. She fears her little brother becoming the favorite.

History; Gemma was the pride of the Ackerley’s and Laci has always strived to be like her. She was always the second best in the family and she hated it. In her first year at Hogwarts, Laci’s sister became pregnant, which turned practically the whole family against her sister. The only one that didn’t shun Gemma was her little sister, Laci. Laci seized the opportunity to become the best child in the family. Whenever there was an argument in the family she always took her mother’s side, even if she knew it was wrong. Gemma hated her little sister and Lace doesn’t understand why. She didn't understand what she has done and really wants to talk to her. She couldn’t gather up the courage to confront her older sister.
When Laci Anne is fifteen years old, she decided that she isn’t a little kid anymore. Her parents wanted to prevent another teenage pregnancy in the family so they keep Laci on a short leash. The overprotective-ness of the family is starting to get on Laci’s nerves. She doesn’t want to be the perfect child anymore. It's not all it's cracked up to be. She tries her hardest now to rebel against her parents but she can never gather up the courage to do so. She is afraid of what others might think of her and can’t deal with the guilt of letting her family down.
Since then, Laci has spoken to her sister and cleared things up quite a bit. Being the perfect child isn't much of a concern for her any more. Now she's just looking to live it up before she becomes an adult. Laci has been getting in a bit more trouble lately because she has gotten over her fear of the consequences.
