Physical Appearance; ginny has the trade mark look of a weasley, red hair, brown eyes, somewhat tall. she even has a few freckles about her face though, over the years those has somewhat faded. she is nearly the same height as harry but, not nearly as tall as her brothers - thank merlin. she had retained a somewhat athletic stature since she is not long athletic really.

Personality; . ginny is known for being very strong willed, independant, self-confident, and pushes herself (sometimes toward danger). it's hard to be shy when you've grown up with six brothers, especially when two of them are fred and george. she has a "i-don't-take-crap-from-anyone" view. she doesn't let anyone change her mind about pretty much anything. she knows her own mind, and what she wants. she is very energetic, always an early riser and usually the last to got to bed. she does sleep but, she can be perfectly fine with a five or six hour nights sleep.
ginny isn't a girl that gets all weepy, sappy, or emotional. even though she was pretty much possessed by voldemort at the age of eleven, although she was scared, she didn't cry about it afterward. she was horrified all the following summer but, she never let it get the best of her. in fact, she used to to increase her inner strength. she is not afraid to stand up to any either for herself or for others. this includes her own friends and enemies. if she had a friend that is annoying her, she'll tell them, or voice her opinions if she believes they are in the wrong.
she has a habit of imitating the mannerisms of others. she can do it rather accurately. she uses this little talent mostly to amuse others. she does it quiet often with her children, neices, and nephews. she particularly enjoys imitating harry and ron the most. toward those she dislikes, ginny is rather harsh. she often makes fun of them behind their backs or, is just plain mean to them by hexing them. [although hexing those her annoy her happened more in her hogwarts years than now].
ginner is rather good at lying and and is capable of not giving away any such indicators that she is lying. this ties in wither her mimicing talents. had she wanted to, ginny would have made an excellent auror. she often times would lie to get herself out of situations but, now that barely happens really. occassionally, she lie to harry if one of their children does something rather minor, or something he reallyd does not need to know. lastly, ginny just loves animals. she is fond of cats particulary. she is pretty good with cats, and once had her own pygmy puff named arnold but, he has since died.

History; ginvera was the last child born to arthur and molly weasley on the eleventh of augus in 1981. she was the first girl born to the weasley family in several generations. she grew up with her six brothers and parents at the burrow [the weasley's home name] in devon, england. growing up with six brothers was quite an experience. she remembers always wanted to play quidditch with them in their yard but, her parents never allowed her to as a child. due to this restriction, ginny defied her parents rule and broke into their broom shed at times. she would take each of their brooms out for fun. they never suspected a thing until it finally came out eight years later when she tried out for the hogwarts quidditch team.
every year she looked forward to going to hogwarts. it irritated her beyond end to see each of her brothers go off with their mother and attend hogwarts. the year before she could attend, her mother actually let her go with to king's cross to see percy, fred, george and ron off to hogwarts. ginny was searing with jealousy the entire time, and it only grew worse when she actually stood on the platform and got to see the hogwarts express. it was at king's cross that ginevra first met harry potter, although at first she did not realize harry was harry. when she did find out, she wanted to meet him. who wouldn't? he was a famous wizard. she even tried chasing down the train. that, of course failed. it wasn't until the end of that school term that ginny actually got to see harry, this time knowing he was harry. she felt bad, seeing him have to go off with those muggles that are his insufferable aunt and uncle. she still can't believe he is actually related to those people. needless to say, after this day, ginny developed a huge crush on harry - causing her to talk about him all summer, annoying all her brothers with harry, harry, harry and proding ron to give her details about him.
about a week or so before the hogwarts term was to being, ginny came downstairs to breakfast, only to find harry sitting at the breakfast table. the sight of harry in their house startled her, and she went straight back to her room and stayed there practically the whole day. at this point, ginny suddenly became shy, clumsy, and awkward when ever harry was around. finally the day came when ginny actually got to go to diagon alley to shop for her school supplies. her excitement was considerably dulled by the fact that everything she got had to be second hand except for two things - her wand, and a set of gilderoy lockhar's books. harry gave them to her, because lockhart gave them to harry. ginny was excited because harry gave them to her, and her mother was excited because it was lockhart. in diagon alley, ginny also met the malfoys, officially, for the first time. this meeting, in turn, sealed her fate for the following year at hogwarts. draco and his father were insulting the weasley family as ginny was standing with ron and harry - while her father was off talking to hermione granger's parents. when arthur rejoined ginny, ron, and harry, insults flew between the adults. when draco insulted harry - well, ginny insulted draco right back. it was the first time ginny managed rto speak in front of harry - and it wouldn't be the last time. lucius slipped tom riddle's diary into ginny's transfiguartion book without being caught. and then, with much embarassment, her father and lucius nearly got into a phsycial altercation.
finally, ginny got to take the train to hogwarts. like all other weasleys on the planet, ginny was happily sorted into gryffindor. she had no doubt that she would and was exceedingly happy to see that she could see harry a bit more often now. while going through her school things, ginny discovered the diary that had been stashed in her things. thinking nothing of it, she began to write of it, and when the diary wrote back, she confided in it. she wrote unknowingly to the memory of tom riddle, who more or less took advantage of her. she told tom everything from how her brothers teased her to what she thought about harry, and her doubts that he would ever like her. this all made her vulnerable to tom riddle, who slowly possessed her. it showed about a month later when her physical appeareance changed slightly. by the end of the month, tom had her fully possessed and he was able to get her to open the chamber of secrets and release the basilisk who first attacked mrs. norris. after which, ginny was extremely upset over it. each time the chamber was opened, and studetns were petrified, ginny grew worse and more upset over all of them. everyone put other reasons to the cause of her being upset but, none was the truth. ginny continued to write in the diary about the attacks and what she could remember from them.
over the holiday break, ginny tried to just get rid of the diary. she grew suspicious that somethign was wrong with it. she attempted to flush it down a toliet in moaning myrtle's bathroom...and then harry found it. she was mortified when she saw harry with it and was afraid that he would find out everrything she wrote in the book. she stole into the boys dormitry, completely went through harry's things and took the diary back. once again, tom possessed her and opened the chamber - this time petrifying hermione granger. ginny then attempted to tell harry and ron what was going on but, the words never really came. this angered tom riddle and he took her the chamber where she lay unconscious. she rememberes seeing tom but, from then on nothing because tom was stealing her life force. when she came to, she found harry had saved her and destroyed the book. she was bit teary eyes and still scared but, glad to see harry and saved her - and was afraid she could possibly be expelled. dumbledore did not blame her for anything that happened. during the summer, ginny managed to return to her old self.
the summer before her third year, ginny traveled to egypt with her family to visit bill. it was a very fun summer but, she was quite upset that her mother didn't let her go into the chamber with mutant skeletons in it. the family stayed at the leaky cauldron the night before the hogwarts express was to depart. there she met harry, where again - ginny was completely embarrassed to see him. especially after how their last year ended together. the train ride to hogwarts that year was one she wishes she did not remember. when the dementors climbed aboard, ginny had been sitting with harry, ron, hermione, and professor lupin. when they appeared, ginny was affected the most because of those experiences with tom riddle. her third year was less exciting that her brother's or harry's. ginny hung back and really was trying to just have a normal hogwarts term. it went rather smoothly for her, and she still had that crush on harry.
the summer of her third year provided much excitement, and new friendship for ginny with hermione. hermione came to stay with the weasleys for the quidditch world cup. ginny shared her room with hermione and they spent a lot of time together. this made their friendship more solid, and stable. hermione even gave ginny advice about her crush on harry. ginny took hermione's advice and stopped acting like an idiot around harry. at the world up, the death eaters showed up, and blah, blah, blah. these were the first death eaters she got tos ee up close, and she doesn't like them.
she returned to hogwarts, with all the others. and during the triwizard tournament, hermione told ginny about her liking of viktor krum. ginny was some what upset that as a third year, she couldn't attend the ball. neville longbottom, however, asked her to go when hermione turned him down. ginny accepted neville's invitation because she really wanted to go, and considered neville to be her friend. ginny was extremely unhappy that harry took a liking to cho chang that year, causing gin to hate cho. she was even more furious when word got back to her that harry had kissed cho. ginny saw her chances with harry were gone. at the end of her third year at hogwarts, ginny got her first boyfriend - michael corner.
with the return of voldemort, ginny's family became more active with the order and all. the weasley family moved to 12 grimmauld place that summer, and ginny stayed there again sharing a room with hermione. there she learned all about sirius black from tonks who became her new favourite person. tonks befriended ginny and hermione, and became like an big sister sort of friend. when harry arrived at hq, ginny remained cool and collected, remembering hermione's advice and the fact that she was with michael. although ginny was never allowing in on the order meetings, she learned everything from hermione so, the fact her mother banished her from them became irrelevant.
her fourth year proved to be...interesting. with the arrival of umbridge, ginny had a new person to make fun of and immitate. she did, quite often outside of class. because of the theory-based class, the trio had formed a group - which ginny immediately joined and brought michael with her. their first meeting was helt at the hogs head, and there, ginny came up with the name for the group - dumbledore's army. her time in the da was well spent. her talent for using defensive magic grew, and was more or less shown. she managed to impress harry with her reductor curse. in that year, ginny tried out for the gryffindor team when the ban was lifted. ginny became the new seeker, since hary was banned. ginny knew harry was better than her, she would have preferred to be a chaser. ginny was completely shaken when her father was attacked around christmas that year. it had her very upset. when she learned harry thought he had done it, possessed by voldemort, she grilled him about for not speaking to her. of all people that should know something about being possessed by the dark wizard, ginny would know the most.
ginny went with the trio, neville and luna to umbridge's office to get harry to help rescue sirius. ginny, unfortunately was caught by warrington who was apart of umbridge's inquistorial squad. while harry lured umbridge off to the forest, ginny used the bat-bogey hex on draco and managed an escape from the squad to join harry and hermione. they went to teh minitry, in an attempt to save sirius. in the hall of prophecies, they were attacked by death eaters and ginny fought bravely with them although, her ankle was broken, she escaped pretty much unscathed with the help of luna. she recovered in the hospital wing at hogwarts. earlier that year, ginny dumped michael because the oaf moved on to cho chang. she then started dating deam thomas - which ron did nto particularly like.
ginny spend another summer with the trio at teh burrow. there she had to up with bills fiancee, fleur delacour - who got the nickname phlegm. ginny made fun of fleur quite a lot, practised quidditch to try out for chase this term, and got her first pet, arnold. at the beginning of her fifth year she tried out for a chaser spot, and made it. for much of that year, ginny and ron did not really get along well - mostly because of their huge argument when he caught her snogging dean. she spent another christmas with harry, and the burror. later in the year ginny dumped dean over the point that he was always attmepting to help her into the common room. being very independant, that annoyed her.
blah blah blah - hand of glory blah, blah, blah, voldemort. blah,blah, blah, kissed harry, blah, blah blah, battle of hogwarts...you all know how this ends, right? yes. you do.
At the end of the second war, ginny and harry renewed their romantic interests in each other. although, it never really ended it was because harry was a moron. she went on to play for the holyhead harpies for a few years and married harry. one season, during training, ginny was playing with the new possible team members. someone, who was out to get ginny's spot did something rather nasty to her. he hexed her broom, causing her fall and whole sixty feet to the ground. the impact caused some serious head injury and broken bones. gin spent weeks in st. mungos healing. her physical injuries healed but, some magic can't heal. ginny lost her some of her vision. she can only see straight ahead of her, and where one could normally see things out of the corner of their eyes, ginny can't she had to turn her head slightly. in time, the healers think she may completely lose her vision but, they don't know for sure. in the end, her vision didn't really worsen all that much - luckily. ginny, however, can't play quidditch. she writes for the prophet and also works at her brother's shop.
she went on to have three children with harry, james, ablus, and lily. james has been ever so kind as to bless her with grandchildren early. ginny refused to admit she's a grandmother most of the time but, she loves them of course. and blah, blah, blah.
