So pretty soon, the month is going to change to December! (Frankly, It should probably already be February or something but, the time hadn't been changed for awhile, so I'm just shortening up November) What sort of event should we have?
Please vote! =)
Oh, if you choose #3: the attire must be black & white and no one should wear any other color. If you choose #4 leave a suggestion! Also, there will be no event for adults, as it is now illegal to congregate into large groups. There will be a list of new "laws & regulations" issued by Bellatrix soon. (well, once I type them out and stuff)

Wouldn't it be neat if we could all have "guest accounts?" We could post in a Maskquerade ball thread completely anonymous. We could describe our outfits, and roleplay with others as we danced, flirted, etc. Then at a certain time, we all unmask and post as our characters. It could be like a real ball where no one would have a clue who they were dancing with, or flirting with at all. (You could actually create three "ball dancer" accounts, and give the passwords to everyone. These three accounts could be used by all of us to post in the ball only. We could personalize our anonymous posts by using a picture or title describing our outfits. Then our final posts in the thread could be the unmasking and the reactions to others.)
Imagine it, posting and flirting with someone your character is suppose to hate. Maybe even a romantic kiss right before unmasking to face your enemy? I am just making a suggestion, but it could be really fun to have something like that.

If that were to happen, I'd need it explained at least once more. It's an awesome idea, I'll give you that. :3

That is a good idea. I was trying to think of a way to keep in anonymous. When it is closer to the date, there will be a separate board for the ball, and I'll post all the rules and all that jazz there.

I am so looking forward to this.
I would suggest that you create three accounts called: Party Goer 1, 2, and 3. The password for each can be the same. (ball, or something would do) Then whenever someone logs on to post in the Masquerade thread, they would need to use one of those three accounts. (Make sure the rules to posting include something along the lines of: You are not allowed to use your own name in the thread, everyone has to remain in "disguise" until "midnight." No changing the open account's passwords, or signature. Etc.)
Everyone is posting anonymously. Then, whenever enough time has passed, an admin or "party host" will declare it is midnight, and everyone will post their next post as themselves.

No, the board will just be guest enabled, so then everyone can post on the board because i'm not going to go through the process of making stupid accounts.

Count me in! Ps- I think someone should spike the punch at some point. A bunch of drunk reckless teenage wizards running around would be fun. (;
