PHYSICAL APPEARANCE:
Brooke stands at roughly 5’8 inches in height and weighs maybe 163 pounds; she’s average height for her age, and she takes after her parents and is very thin, some of her friends worry that she just doesn’t eat enough, when she has a tendency to actually stuff her face with food. Brooke is lightly tanned, with chocolate brown hair and blue green eyes; since she was sixteen her skin complexion has been pretty flawless due to her dedication to taking good care of it, but of course when she hit puberty she struggled with the dreaded zits. Her chocolate brown hair can usually be seen hanging down around her shoulders; she has natural soft waves that give it that nice messy look that some guys find really attractive, she just feels more comfortable and natural with it that way.

Brooke isn’t overly girly, she likes to look good, but she isn’t a giant fan of wearing dresses unless it’s for a special occasion. She likes wearing clothes that fit to her form, most of the time her clothes are fairly tight on her body, showing a bit of skin here and there, however she is cautious about showing her left thigh as she has a birth mark there, that she is a little self-conscious about, its low enough down that if she wore shorts it would peak out, when she was younger she was teased about it, so she doesn’t like people seeing it. She looks very much like her mother, but she has her father’s eyes.

PERSONALITY:
Brooke is your average seventeen year old teenage girl; she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, and the odd time she likes to get into a little mischief (something her Mother says she gets from her Father). Brooke is very friendly, though when you first meet her she tends to be a little more on the quiet side, but after she warms up to you sometimes it’s hard to get her to shut her mouth. She is very loyal and trustworthy, she wouldn’t stab her friends in the back, and she values the people in her life too much to throw them away, especially with how things are in the wizarding world. Brooke is very loyal to her family, she is quick to defend both her parents, especially when her blood status comes up, but most of all she loves the time she gets with her parents, mostly because when she is home they are working hard in their shop to get their family by.

Though she isn’t extremely girly, you know pink everywhere, wearing dresses every chance she gets, she is your basic teenage girl. She likes to look good, always does something with her hair to make it look nice, wear the slightest bit of make-up, and find the perfect outfit that may get her noticed, and most of the time she gets noticed. She really enjoys making up clothing designs, though her sketching could use a lot of improvement she always comes up with fun designs. Her family isn’t rich by any means, but she doesn’t care as much about money as other people do, she has a roof over her head and people that love her, that’s what matters in her eyes.

Though she can be a complete and utter sweet heart, she has a dark side as well. This girl likes to play pranks, and get into trouble, something she gets from her Father. She’s the type who sneaks out of her dorm at night to go roam the school grounds or just roam the halls talking to the various ghosts around the school. She enjoys playing small innocent pranks on other students, nothing too serious but she has gotten a detention once or twice. Brooke also tends to have a bit of a temper, especially if you mess with her friends or family, she isn’t the kind of girl to fight for no reason, but if someone is picking on a friend of hers, she will step in and defend them, however if it’s just harmless name calling she remembers who was involved with the taunting and gets them back with a prank.

HISTORY
Jackson and Maria Thithe were married young, fresh out of school, they had been dating since their seventh year and were destined to be together. They both wanted to start their family right away but financially they weren’t entirely ready. Jackson had been working in his Father’s shop to make some money, and Maria was helping some friends in starting a small shop, a year after they had been married Maria discovered she was pregnant, and the two couldn’t be happier, though they were worried about whether or not they were financially stable enough to give their child everything she needed. The nine months went by quickly and soon the young couple had their first child, Brooke. Jackson’s Mother had died before Brooke was born, growing up she only knew her Grandfather and developed a very strong bond with the older man. Soon he got too old to run his shop, so he handed it over to his son, so while Brooke grew up her parents would work and she would spend the time with her Grandfather learning a thing or two.

Brooke grew up being very close with her parents and grandfather, she had a few friends from their town, but she felt more comfortable with her family. As she got older she started helping out in their shop, this is where she started learning a few pranks from her Father, especially when he pranked her Mother or his employees. Brooke enjoyed life at home, and didn’t want anything to change, so needless to say when her letter for Hogwarts came in, she wasn’t extremely excited to be leaving home. Her Mother took time off from working in the shop to go with Brooke to buy her all her things from school, they weren’t rich but they were well enough off that she didn’t need to use hand-me-downs. When the time came to hop on the train and go, Brooke really didn’t want to say good-bye but her parents promised she would have a good time, they promised to write every day, and reluctantly she got on the train.

It didn’t take her too long to make friends, she was a little shy at first, but soon became very close with a boy and girl in her year, all three of them were sorted into Gryffindor and they have been inseparable over the last few years. The three of them have enjoyed causing a few pranks, getting into little bits of mischief here and there. Over the years Brooke has made many other friends, she doesn’t intentionally do anything to make others dislike her, though she does have people who don’t like her or get along with her. Brooke is now in her seventh year, working hard to get good grades, but having loads of fun at the same time.

Brooke made her way down the stairs, her hair a tangled mess, a bit of eye liner smudged down under her eyes, summers at home were wonderful, unless you agreed to go out with your friends the night before and have a bit of fun… that bit of fun included sneaking her broomstick out and flying around, she tiptoed into the kitchen, hoping both her parents were at the shop or at least hoping they didn’t know about her little escapade from last night. Stopping at the doorway leading into the kitchen she stopped and listened in for just a moment, she could hear some murmuring and she groaned slightly. Sounded like mom was home for sure, which meant she was busted, Mom never stayed home unless there was a good reason. There really wasn’t any choice, if she didn’t face her Mother now she would have to later anyway so Brooke walked into the kitchen and gave her Mother and Grandfather a great big smile. “Good morning my wonderfully amazing family!” she said trying to judge their reactions to her coming in. Her mother looked at her and shook her head, Brooke couldn’t take her eyes off her for a while, something just didn’t feel right.

Breakfast passed in silence after she came in, her Grandfather was sipping his tea quietly, seemingly lost deep in his thoughts, her Mother kept looking out the window as if she were waiting for something to happen, or for someone to show up, Brooke wasn’t sure. “Brooke darling, if you’re finished your breakfast go clean up.” Her mother told her gently barely glancing at her as she did so, nodding Brooke put her dishes in the sink and made her way upstairs. It took her about an hour to shower and get herself ready for the day, she was wearing some nice kaprees and a tub top, her hair tied back in a ponytail as she came down. “Mom what’s going on?” she asked as she realized no one had moved an inch in the entire hour she’d been gone. Her mother hesitated and glanced at her grandfather, almost as if asking what to do so Brooke looked back and forth between the two for a minute or so then finally got a little angry. “What’s going on!? Just tell me!” she yelled hoping they finally would. Her Grandfather stood up and walked over to her, looking her straight in the eye, his eyes grave. “Brookey… your Father has gone missing.”
