PHYSICAL APPEARANCE: Dianne Alison Wood doesn’t look much like her twin. She has long blond hair, which is the most that is the same about the Wood twins, that goes past her shoulders. Sometimes it’s straight and other times it’s curly, just depends on her mood really most of the time her hair is straight. Dianne has beautiful oval shaped eyes that are a blue-grey color. When she is happy her eyes light up and sparkle some would say. When she is mad though an angry glare comes into her eyes and a darker tint to the blue-grey comes in. People can usually tell if Dianne is happy or upset just by looking at her eyes. Dianne stands at five feet and five inches. She has been there since the beginning of her fourth year. She figures that is as much as she will grow as well and she is tall but not too tall. She weighs around a hundred and thirty-three pounds. She has some muscle from playing quidditch. She is sweet, smart, charming, and funny. She loves helping people who need her help. She always has to help people but she never lets people take advantage of her. She is very smart from studying a lot and reading constantly. She loves reading all the old books from the library, which is where she spends a lot of her time. She is funny though some people don’t get to see it. Dianne is funny and loves making other people laugh though. Dianne loves to fly. She could spend all day outside flying around and playing quidditch. She plays the muggle guitar, sings, and writes music. She doesn’t care if someone thinks she is terrible as she knows it is there opinion. Dianne is usually a nice and friendly person but if you mess with her or her siblings she will fight back. She stands up for herself and others around her. She has constantly gotten in trouble because of fights with other kids who picked on younger kids. Some have said she is an odd Ravenclaw. Even though Dianne seems to have it all together and constantly flirting with guys there is one guy she stumbles when she is around him. She gets embarrassed a lot when he is around and talks to her, but what girl wouldn’t. She will just ramble and stumble around her words and then run away red with embarrassment. Dianne is a daddy’s girl through and through. She always goes to him when she is upset and needs to talk. A lot of people say she is a baby, but she just has always felt more of a connection with her father than anybody else in her family, including her twin though she can talk to her twin about almost anything, though she does love them all. Dianne recently has had a lot of anger built up inside of her. She hates what the recent minister has done. Her whole family was made to move somewhere else and in two more years her and her whole family will be separated since she was sorted into Ravenclaw. It upsets Dianne though she won’t admit it. She wants to stay strong. When she came out she came out screaming at the top of her lungs. Her father is always making jokes especially when she was growing up that she had a set of lungs on her. Growing up Dianne was very hyper unlike her twin. She was always running everywhere. She would hardly slow down long enough to sit for more than a few minutes. At the age of five she went to a muggle school just because she wanted to. She loved going to school. Every day she would come home and tell her parents what she learned in school. Even at a young age Dianne wouldn’t take bullying. Her parents received constant letters about her fighting with other students. Dianne explained why though and her parents were happy. At the age of seven she told her parents she wanted to learn to play muggle instruments. So that Christmas she received her first guitar and she started learning how to play, then on her birthday the next year she got a piano. She loved learning how to play the guitar and piano. It wasn't that long till she was writing some of her own songs. While growing up Dianne constantly had to be in charge and tell others what to do. She wasn’t being mean she just couldn’t help it. She loved planning events and such with her parents. Dianne and her twin Sadie had to watch their older brother go to Hogwarts. This was the year everything changed for the wizarding world. Robert Leblanc had changed the laws and Dianne and her family had to move. She hated it and spoke about this vigorously to anyone who would listen to her. Her parents tried to teach Dianne the rules and to obey them but she wasn’t one to do so like her sister. It was soon time for her to go to Hogwarts with her twin sister Sadie. They rode the train together wondering what house they would be sorted in, everyone though Dianne would be in Gryffindor like her parent’s but they were wrong. Sadie was sorted into Hufflepuff while Dianne was put into Ravenclaw. The twins knew that after their seventh year they would be separated and made to live in different parts of the world. Dianne was separated from her parent’s as well now after her seventh year. She was not looking forward to that. As she attended Hogwarts she got good grades and in her second year joined the quidditch team. She currently is in her fifth year at Hogwarts and is studying for her OWL exams. She had plans later to go with her sister to Hogsmead. There were some things they both needed from there and they both wanted to visit the qudditch shop in Hogsmead. Quidditch was something that an in the Wood family. Both the twins played it and even their parents had. Of course Sadie and Dianne wasn’t in the house their parents were in, which Dianne would admit was a little sad at times, but also a good thing as they didn’t have to live up to the expectations that would have been bestowed upon them if they were in Gryffindor like their parents. Dianne loved playing quidditch without all the pressures that some parents put on their children. It was just too much if you asked her. Sighing she continued reading her book until it was time to head to the Entrance Hall to meet Sadie. She put her book in her dorm and headed out of the common room and Ravenclaw Tower. She walked through the seventh floor and down the Great Staircase. She was glad to be spending time with her sister. With everything going on the twins hardly spent time together anymore. They were in different houses and had their studies for different classes and had their own quidditch practice. It was nice to just get away from everything and spend time with your family, especially if after they graduate they would have to live in separate parts of the country. She made it down to the Entrance Hall and walked to Hogsmead with Sadie. They walked down the cobble stones together to the quidditch shop first. This was one of their favorite stores. She walked in behind her sister and started looking around. After visiting the shop both twins went their separate ways. Dianne went to the Three Broomsticks and ordered a cheeseburger, fries, and a drink. Dianne wasn’t one of the girls who ate salads just to watch her figure. She didn’t eat too much and she exercised so she was in great shape. She smiled when her food came and took a bite of her burger. |
