In the rush of it all, running away, Yumi had forgotten the one thing that helped her forget everything : Guitar Playing. The day was warm, inviting Yumi to be happy for once. She sat down, paddeling her legs in the lake infront of her. The words that flew out of her mouth came so very easily to her.
"It's all jumbled up,
Nothings making sense,
No-one to fall back on,
Like I'm the only one,
Who's alone,
It's just a game to them,
I'm just a game,
To them.
Who cares what she thinks,
We'll make her do it,
No-one really understands..."
The girl sighed. She was so glad there was no-one there to listen to her life story.

Alex had met a beautiful girl just the other day, he had wondered if she would be at the lake today again. Unlike last time he didn't grab his sketchpad, he took his acoustic guitar with him. It was sort of weird since he never had seen with a guitar in this school. Maybe he was the only who was able to play, but didn't really bother him. The Ravenclaw had grabbed the guitar and threw the black strap around him so he wouldn't have to hold it the hole time he was walking to the lake. When he had got there, his usual sport has being taken by a Gryffindor. After finding a spot by a tree, he had proceeded there and sat down against it. Few minutes after he began to play, snow began to fall gently down to the ground. Its about time he had thought with a smirk on his face. His hair had been covering his right side of the face, so you every only able to see his left. The Ravenclaws eyes were a baby blue. His clothes at the moment, were just his house robes.

The snow was getting heavier. Yumi didn't want to go indoors so she decided to occupy her mind by climbing the large oak tree she reffered to as, "The Climbing Tree,". The young girl expected the place to be empty, she was in fact, quite wrong. She smiled a little at the young boy sat before her.
"Can I leave my guitar here?" She didn't wait for an answer, instead, she jumped up and grasped the nearest branch within her reach. The snow hadn't got through to the branches yet, so it wawsn't slippery. The young'un jumped around on the tree, swinging, jumping and leaping from branch to branch. she lept, missed, then fell. She prepared herself, then landed in a crouched position in front of the boy. She relaxed.
"Hi. I'm Yumi. would you mind if I played my guitar here?"

Alex stopped strumming his guitar as he heard a voice. He looked up and nodded slowly, he didn't know the girl so he didn't talk to her. It was sort of a rule that he had, he would never start talking to people that he didn't know. So he wouldn't start talking unless she had began to talk to him. It seemed stupid but it helped him, from being laughed at more then usual. After he watched the female Gryffindor climb the tree, he had resumed playing his guitar. Alex didn't do anything when he saw her fall right in front of him, he didn't really pay attention to her. Sure the Ravenclaw had answered, he didn't really mind is she played. So I'm not the only one the thought had said itself in his mind. He then smirked, as he began to play the tune of Hey There Delilah.

Albus walked along the edge of the lake, his friend Rachel at his side, as he spotted a couple of kids nearby. He nudged the girl beside him and pointed to them, wondering if they looked familiar to her. Of course the girl looked familiar to him, it was Yumi for heaven's sake!
The male grinned as he jogged over, dragging the girl along with him as he tackled Yumi from behind. She was the only girl that didn't freak him out, girls were terrifying. Even Rachel had her moments of scaring the bloody hell out of him. The boy placed his head on the smaller girl's, watching the Ravenclaw boy in his peripheral vision and pulling Yumi closer. "Guess who?"

Rachel sighed, obsessing to Albus about how the Ravenclaws and the other underclassmen were annoying the hell out of her as they walked, rubbing her temples when she paused. Her visions were annoying her and she was tired, she slept very little the night before. She raised an eyebrow when Albus stopped and nudged her. A few feet before them was Yumi and Alex, of course, Albus didn't know the smaller boy.
Before she knew it she was being dragged along like his favorite toy and he took her to the other two children. He finally let go when he tackled Yumi, causing her to chuckle and spot Alex strumming along. The girl walked around the "lovebirds" and sat beside the small Ravenclaw, watching him play and not saying anything as not to startle him.

"Guess who?"
Yumi grinned, hearing Albus's voice. "I Guess it's the big dork I call Albus Potter!" she laughed at him.She looked at him. "How'd I know, I guess I'm physchic!" She hugged him, smiling. Her day seemed to have got a lot brighter.
Then, she whacked him playfully."Where've you been hiding? I've not seen you since 3 days ago!" she joked. She looked at the young Ravenclaw.
"This is Albus. He's the dork I'm dating."

Alex had kept playing his guitar, nothing did distract him. He had heard people coming up to him and the girl that introduced herself as Yumi. When she had talked to Alex about the dork that she has been dating. All Alex did was wave his hand, short after that he began to play the same tune. He didn't like being disturbed while playing his guitar or drawing. While Alex had been laying his guitar, he had realized that he didn't even looked at how Yumi looked. He didn't want to take his eyes of his guitar tho. It sounded weird but he wasn't sure why he didn't want to. The Ravenclaw had heard someone breathing right beside him. He wasn't sure who it was but he was sure that he didn't care.

"Well, aren't you observant?" she teased the smaller boy, nudging him gently. Alex had spaced out, she knew it. Rachel turned to Yumi and waved a quick hello, chuckling at the scene between her and Albus. Sometimes she envied them, since she had no boyfriend of her own.
Rachel sighed, reclining as she sat, looking across the lake at the view. It was just as pretty as the other day when she was there.

Albus smiled at the smaller boy, noticing how Rachel was hovering over him slightly. So this was Alex, a little young for her ain't he? Well, he shouldn't be one to talk, he was dating Yumi. Albus smirked, watching Rachel tease the boy and lean back, trying to mask herself watching him. "You're such a cougar"

When Alex had heard Rachel's voice he went red a bit. But nobody was able to see it since his hair was covering most of his face. After getting bored of the same tune he changed it to the acoustic version of Nothing Else Matters by a famous rock group called Metallica. He thought that their songs were amazing especially that one. What a lucky time he was having, for the last few days. He had seen the girl that he had a crush on twice in two days. He this was almost the best day of his life, he was beginning to make friends. But it wasn't the best day, his best day was when he had started playing the guitar.

"Ow! I'm not a dork." "Well, in my eyes you are." Yumi grinned, listening to Alex play his guitar. She pickeed up her own when he ended, playing Sugar We're going down by Fall Out Boy. Yumi felt really relaxed for the first time in a long while. She looked at Alex. "Do'u know this one?" she asked lightly. She wanted to converse with this boy about guitars. She'd never seen anyone carrying a guitar bout before.

After he had finished he had hear Yumi's voice. Asking if he had known the song Sugar Were Going Down. He did know it but he had to wait till, the Gryffindor had been half way trough the song. Until he had joined in with her. The young Ravenclaw couldn't believe that he was actually making friends. Where were you people all these years he had asked himself in his mind. He was also happy that he wasn't the only person that knew how to play the guitar in the whole school. He felt not as lonely as usual.

Albus smiled at the scene, placing his head on Yumi's as she played. He was thankful she had forgotten her earlier question of why he had been gone. His life was hectic enough without dragging his best friend and his girlfriend into it. He told no one about the fact that Lily was a Death Eater. He wasn't that much of a prick, but she had pissed him off, so he wasn't too happy. Maybe he should start up something like Dumbledore's Army... He knew Bellatrix would probably make her move soon, when? he didn't know.

Rachel smiled, watching Alex join in with Yumi. She always loved music, it was one of her favorite hobbies. She ignored Albus' comment about her being a cougar and let her mind wander. Things were so peaceful these days, hopefully it wouldn't end, but something seemed awry in the Potter household. Albus had been gone for days, he told her he went to see his mother, and he didn't tell her anything about it. Rachel! His best friend! She frowned slightly, confused as to why he wouldnt tell her.
